Totally love this gym and I really enjoy the workouts. They’re very intense and really target each body part perfectly. The instructors are very welcoming and nice.
Highly recommend Sam’s class even though his dance moves are okay… singing 3/5, and jokes 7.5/10

I love Kamps Fitness for these reasons:
1. The workouts are challenging and fun.
2. The staff is friendly and helpful. The instructors are great too.
3. The parking is free, spacious, safe, and convenient. It provides 90-minute validate parking.
4. The facility is brand new. Everything is so state-of-the-art and clean.

This place is so fun! I went to the owner Sam’s class and it was soooo hard, but so good. He had good 2000s hip hop remixes and pop remixes. This place is a 50 minute workout with half tread and half floor work. The treads are super cool— brand new and touch screens! When you’re on the floor everything you need is at your bench, which I love! Every spot has every weight option right there under your bench so if you decide you want to go up or down depending on an exercise you can easily do that without missing a beat. The studio is so gorgeous. It’s dark with really cool colored lights and the place is brand new with free lockers and showers. There’s also parking in the building that’s free for an hour and a half with validation. The parking entrance is on 8th st off of La Brea. They’re also doing a special right now where you can go an unlimited amount for one whole week if you’re new to the studio!!
