You will find Keren the most amazing, caring, knowledgeable and much more in personal training in a group as well as individual coaching. She helped me reached many of my fitness goals, in also btw a very fun environment. Very excited to know she now opened her studio location in BH. I always look forward to working out with her! ❤️🫶🏽 Highly recommended! You will not regret working out with Keren!

I had the chance to try out a Sunday morning class at this workout studio, and while I’m not usually the type to get up early on a Sunday, I’m so glad I went. The class was amazing! The instructor, Karen, was absolutely fantastic—professional, encouraging, and attentive. She kept checking my posture throughout the session, making sure I was doing the exercises correctly, which I really appreciated.

What I loved the most was her energy. Keren’s enthusiasm was contagious and really helped me push myself further than I thought I could. I won’t lie, the next day I was sore in places I didn’t even know existed, but in the best way possible! It was a challenging yet rewarding experience, and I can’t wait to go back again. Highly recommend it!

Listen, if I could give this more stars, I WOULD. Such a fun, (tough), and well rounded work-out. Keren is super professional and attentive, making sure to correct and adjust so we target all the right muscles. I’ve been training with her for years and every class feels new and fresh. The space is so beautiful, clean, and inviting. Highly recommend!

I just bought a 10 class package…I probably should have gone for the unlimited membership because I’ve been to 5 classes in the last week!

❤️ Love that the classes are small enough to get personal attention but large enough to get me in a workout headspace (the classes I’ve been to have had 5-6 people in them)
❤️ Uhm…yes, I’ll have an almond latte post workout drink
❤️ vibe is great and the owner (who I think is also the trainer) is really welcoming!
❤️I do love a workout studio with nice equipment!

I’ve been training with Keren in her small-group weightlifting sessions for the last few years and I can’t recommend her enough. Keren’s small-group weightlifting sessions are fantastic! She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and ensures proper form while tailoring workouts for all levels. The small group setting provides personalized attention with great energy and support. I can’t recommend her enough for safe, effective strength training!

Very clean environment and inspiring teacher! Had such a good time and enjoyed the challenging workout. She offers everyone water, coffee, protein snacks, etc. at the end of the workout and I was definitely sore the next day. Overall amazing environment for women and I am excited to go back.
