I've seen Kelly for many years and recently dug in and scheduled a series of 10 session. It has transformed my life - I *love* my workouts, and honestly I normally hate exercising. My body feels phenomenal but the process is also fun and interesting. Kelly is just the absolute best teacher - so kind and supportive, and so in tune with her clients and what serves their needs and progress. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. Go sign up!

Kelly's OASIS retreat was absolutely the retreat my body needed. The venue was beautiful with a perfect breeze in the trees overhead. We began with gentle stress relieving and body-balancing exercises designed to help reset and revive the nervous system and enjoyed the refreshing wonders of a sound bath before sharing and "co-regulating" with fellow participants over a delicious champagne charcuterie. It was exactly what my body needed after an incredibly overwhelming and stressful week. I highly recommend Kelly's Oasis retreat for both what you will experience in the moment, and for the knowledge you will walk away with to care for yourself during other stressful life experiences.

The Oasis retreat was a wonderful way to relax and focus. The Vagus nerve toning was new to me. Making the nerve-body connection is a great way to combine the Pilates work I do with Kelly to a new way of thinking about overall body strength, alignment and health. And the snack and champagne afterwards are great treat! Highly recommended!

My husband and I are fortunate to have Kelly as our Pilates instructor. Kelly is a curious, intelligent, caring person, and she is always expanding her knowledge and experience base...so my husband and I were eager to join her on one of her OASIS retreats. What a 'treat'! OASIS is a welcome way to start your day....or week! Kelly gently guides you through de-stressing, all in a lovely atmosphere resplendent with birdsong and calming breezes. In only three short hours we were able to put worries to the side and be guided through a series of nervous system priming practices ( a wonderful complement to pilates, yoga and other practices), enjoy a transporting sound bath, and engage in delightful social time while sipping Prosecco and noshing on fresh fruit, veggies and charcuterie. You get smarter and serene at the same time, and you get a handy checklist of the techniques learned so that you can continue these practices on your own. I encourage you to join in the fun!

Kelly is an exceptional pilates trainer. She ensures you use proper pilates techniques and don't get hurt while practicing pilates. I took her 12-week course, and it made an unexpected difference in my life. I was surprised and pleased. I highly recommend Kelly if ready to take charge of your body. You must do the work, but Kelly helps keep you motivated.

Kelly has been amazing!! I have a bone spur on the top of my foot as well as a bone on bone knee. I am feeling so much better with each session. The foot issue really isn’t hurting anymore. My knee is feeling better too. Kelly has really helped!!!

WOW! I started pilates to help with my chronic back pain. My back feels so much better after only 10 sessions. Actually, after every session I feel stronger in my back and core. I learned so much about establishing and maintaining a healthier posture from Kelly's open studio workshops! Not only does she teach about the mechanics of good posture and how to get there, but after each session (I've attended twice) I notice that I am much more aware of the nuances of my posture and and how to make even slight adjustments to feel better. Her studio is a lovely and peaceful place and she is very positive and encouraging. Highly recommended!!!

Of the five Pilates teachers I have had sessions with, Kelly Etter is the best. She listens to what you tell her and then customizes the session to meet your needs. She is kind enough to be encouraging and firm enough to keep you progressing.
Pilates with Kelly has given me more energy and boosted my mood. Her sessions are an excellent way to de-stress after work. Additionally, I have built up my upper body strength and no longer have back and knee pain, as a result of her tailored workouts.
I highly recommend Kelly as a Pilates teacher who motivates you to attain your goals. As I told my brother, Pilates with Kelly is better than chocolate!
