Nice, clean gym in a convenient location. Plentiful cardio, smith machines, & cables. The members and staff are lovely. People re-rack their weight and clean up after themselves. No ridiculous video recording…just people here trying to get their workout and leave. My only issues are:

The temperature! It’s consistently HOT and when I say hot. I mean like 79 degrees. I have voiced my concerns and adjusted my workout times to even come when they first open. It’s always boiling in here

The cardio machines randomly do software updates in the morning, interrupting your workout:

Some equipment seems very unbalanced. For example the bicep curls and standing hamstring curls. Both are weighted very heavily at the bottom or starting point of your rep and then get extremely light by the end of the rep; making it hard to find a good weight to get the burn.

Overall a great change from the circus gym down the street. I just wish they’d get the air thing fixed.

Classe's are amazing. Every woman in class is noticing how our figures are becoming more shaped and toned. we do 4 different classes of yoga a week, and everyone is so happy and ready for bikini season

The staff are amazing and the quality of the equipment is top notch. They also offer free cold water, coffee, and have amazing customer service. This gym is worth every penny!

First gym I’ve ever been a member of in my life and I love it. I followed my yoga teacher here and was hesitant about getting a full membership, but Phil, the gym manager walked me through how to use the machines I was wary of, and I‘ve been consistent ever since. The team here is so welcoming and accommodating and they greet you by name! The classes are all amazing and the instructors carry the same positive energy as the regular staff. Not gonna lie… the classes are going to kick your 🍑, but I promise it’s all love. If you need a place that is clean, welcoming, not super packed or pretentious, and has great classes, come throuuugh!!!!

$85 bucks for base gym equipment. Just work on the antisocial muscle and go to the $20 buck "crowded" one down the street that has A LOT more to offer for a fraction of the price and same results, also a lot of the equipment here is basically walmart equipment. This is a Karen gimmick for 12 suckers willing to pay the lots rent. I never had a problem with gym cleanliness at 24 hour fitness so I don't understand how that is this gyms selling point. It's obviously a get rich quick scheme to take advantage of the surrounding neighborhood, so of course the staff is going to be friendly. Leave it for the birds and continue your gains in the gym (24hr fitness) and your wallets, this is for the birds.

Is it pricey? Yeah, it is. But living in the neighborhood, there are only two gyms around here, and I’m not trying to deal with traffic going further out just to work out. If you’re from the area, you know how it is.

The convenience of being close, having some privacy, and the great customer service really make a difference. The staff is always friendly, the gym is clean, and the equipment is in good shape. I rarely have to wait for machines. It has been getting a little more crowded during peak hours, but it’s still manageable. You don’t have to deal with people hogging equipment or filming themselves either, which I really appreciate.

At the end of the day, I’m happy to pay a little extra to work out when I want without the hassle. I like what this gym offers, and that’s what matters to me.

I have been a member of this gym since they opened. Some positives to take note of: the gym is kept very nice, the gym has all the necessary equipment, the staff is very friendly, the customers appear to be considerate of the weight equipment and friendly, and the location is in a nice area!

was in town visiting family and went here on a day pass, nice and clean, the machines looked to be well maintained, the staff was polite and helpful wasn't crowded so i didn't get anxiety i really feel like this gym is worth the money with the quality you get. well, go here again next time i'm in town.

I have been going to this gym since it opened back in April 2024. I love that there’s no crowds whenever I go. The gym is always clean. The staff is always friendly when you walk in. I don’t mind paying the extra money to be able to workout in peace.
