I workout regularly at KettleFlex as a class participant to really push myself harder that I would working out alone, AND the benefits of someone else to create a full-body plan as well as a coach to make sure my form is good. I also like to mix it up and strength train on my own. The other clients are considerate and friendly.

Went for the first time today and focus on form, explanations behind technique and programming are great.
It’s great to have some form reminders and options as there are different styles/approaches to kettle bells and lifting in general.

Great gym, great people! Never the same workout, always welcoming trainers and a good mix of equipment including TRX. Large well-ventilated/open indoor space and plenty of shaded outdoor area. I love what this gym and the amazing trainers here have done for my fitness level and my joint health 👍

I have been lifting at Kettleflex for the last 4 or 5 years. I started to recover from a hurt disc in my back, and now am strong enough to do anything that I want to do without getting hurt again.
I worked out there 3 or 4 days a week and love going. The trainers are very encouraging and it is like personal training when you go to a class. All the people in the classes are nice and into the workout without judgement on other people.
Most days I work out outside, as there is a large turf area to stay social distant and safe.

Came to San Diego on a visit and thankfully found KettleFlex Fitness, the facility is geared towards small group training but also does open gym and allows day passes. This is not a fancy facility but it is clean and has everything you need to get a great workout. I will definitely come back here next time I am in San Diego

Staff is great, some of the nicest people you will meet. Gym has all the basics, all you really need. For powerlifters they have Ohio Powerbars and platforms which is awesome but no Combo Rack/calibrated Kilo plates :(

I had been looking for a place to help me get rid of the quarantine weight and so far I have I really have enjoyed working out with Shneur!
He’s very attentive to everyone’s needs and a great trainer, you can tell he genuinely cares about your progress. Always there to push you a little harder but also help you take breaks when you need them. Overall a great gym!

Great gym to work out at! I've been going here for 5+ years now. I needed to take this summer off because of a bad back injury but I just started back 3-4 weeks ago. The owner/instructor has literally made me my own personalized workouts that are "back friendly". The class times are posted but he is flexible and you can go in a little late (or early) and just start at your own. You do not need to wear fancy workout clothes here, you just go, workout and get strong and healthy! Highly recommend!

Have been a regular attendee for about 2 years. This has been my favorite gym/workout I've participated in (compared to big box gyms, OTF, etc.). It's low key, no fuss, non competitive environment that focuses on the fundamentals. Very flexible with timing, membership options, and the actual workouts to individualize your fitness experience. Shneur's style is to provide direction and clarity up front, allow you to work out at your pace, while checking in on your form and correcting as needed. If you're newer he's more hands on to ensure correct form. I like this style because it allows you to focus on your own form and development rather than trying to beat a clock or keep up with others. Luckily it's semi outdoor so we've been able to continue workouts safely.

Me and my partner have been working out at KettleFlex with Shneur for a month now, and we love it! I've known about this gym from a friend, but it took me months to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. Shneur is a great and very knowledgeable trainer, and was very patient with us at the beginning. He really motivates us to push ourselves with every session. I feel great after every workout and really notice a difference in my body and my mind. I love the early morning sessions as it clears my mind and gives me power to jump start my day. If you've never worked out with kettle bells I would highly recommend it, as it's a great full body workout, and very different from regular weight lifting.

The owner was very nice and extremely helpful. He definitely wanted you to succeed in your Kettlebell classes. The facility is small but works well with his hands on assistance when needed. The location isn't the nicest, but I wouls still go back due to the how helpful the owner was with my workout to ensure proper form.

If you want to try a fun workout that is never the same as before, you should check out KettleFlex. Shneur, the trainer, is an easygoing guy who really mixes it up.
Example: the last session I had was a couple kettlebell exercises + burpees + a balance and leg strengthening exercise + medicine ball pushups + spiderman pushups....crazy! But fun.

I have been part of Shneur's, the personal trainer, class for over a month. The gains, or should i say losses I have gotten from his kettlebell training has been amazing.
I can definitely see a big difference in my waist size, my clothes are fitting better, the strength I have gained has been huge. I started the kettlebells class using an 18lb weight, and now Shneur has me swinging and pressing the 35lb kettlebell, and this is just within the first month. The workouts are intense but Shneur makes me push harder than I have ever in a gym, without barking in my face.
What I really enjoy about these workouts is the other people in the group classes, we all get along really well and I actually look forward to coming to the class, we all push each other that much more.
I can not wait for the next month and beyond of classes. I have already gotten another friend to sign up and will keep telling everyone about these classes.

So I decided it was time to strengthen up and regain my endless energy levels again. At first I was a bit nervous about this type of workout, but after meeting with Shneur and talking about my goals, I was assured that this program is worth my effort. I am one of those girls who asks "Why" all the time, and lucky for me, Shneur always has an answer. After teaching me proper form and giving me an understanding of the full body benefits kettle bell workouts offer, we set up a plan that will lead me directly to my target. I have to admit, that during the sessions I always feel like I am pushing myself to my limits, but afterwards I feel amazing!
He has taken the time to teach me the secret behind these key moves. It sounds simple but rings true, linking my body leads to optimal results. Although I am still using an 18lb kettle bell (for beginners) I am building strength, cardiovascular health, endurance, balance and toning my core with these one hour workouts 4 times a week. I certainly FEEL the difference, and I'm starting to see it too!!
