I'm a Personal Trainer with 8+ years of experience in the field. I specialize in developing better stronger bootys through strength training and sustainable healthy lifestyle habits. I've worked with a variety of clientele ranging from former collegiate level athletes to woman who have never stepped foot into the gym before. I assure you my approach to fitness is unique, fun, and effective compared to other personal training services. I will give you the tools to make health, fitness and strength training a part of your everyday life for years to come!

I started training with Kevin Labar in early 2025, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. His expertise in strength training and mobility work is unmatched. What I appreciate most about Kevin is how well he gauges his clients’ strengths and weaknesses—he always knows exactly how far to push me while still respecting my limits for the day.

There have been so many sessions where I’ve come in running on little sleep or low energy, and he somehow strikes the perfect balance of being accommodating yet motivating. Because of his coaching, I’ve gotten noticeably stronger, leaner, and more confident—I’ve made such great progress and am genuinely proud of how far my body has come.

Kevin is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and flexible, and he truly cares about his clients’ growth. Grateful to be working with such an amazing trainer!

I never thought I'd find the confidence or motivation to exercise, let alone step foot in a gym. Enter Kevin, as my personal trainer, and everything changed for the better. Kevin is a top notch personal trainer. His knowledge on all things body + fitness is unmatched. I learned so much during my time with him. I’ve had 2 knee surgeries so it’s imperative that I keep them strong & healthy - he always kept that in mind. I also saw amazing progress while training with him. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Struggled with lower back pain and knee pain while training to become a firefighter. Kevin has not only helped relieve my back and knee pain while simultaneously strengthening them, he has helped me get my pull ups from 1/2 to 10. I’m still amazed. Love this guy

Kevin is simply amazing. He will listen to your needs and build you a custom program that produces the results you want to see and even more! He is very knowledgeable not only about workout programs but nutrition and living a healthy/active lifestyle. My experience has been nothing but wonderful - he's been flexible with my work schedule (I travel frequently) and even accommodated having my husband join my sessions after my husband saw how great Kevin's program is and wanted to work with him too! Kevin is absolutely amazing! Literally the best trainer I've ever had! I used to have severe lower back pain and sciatica as well; to the point where I had to take medications and go to physical therapy (which really didn't help at all). Until I started seeing him, I was able to correct my form with certain exercises, learn proper body mechanics not only if the gym but for life. Because I work in the health care industry we're prone to back issues but learning what I have from him has prevented so many injuries I knew I would have gotten from past experiences. His training methodologies are superb! I felt totally comfortable with him and you can tell that he truly cares for his clients overall health and wellness because he focuses on our lifestyles and long term goals.

Kevin is a great trainer, he's highly motiving, funny and caring. I started training with him while i was recovering from a back injury and noticed that he makes sure to work with your injury not around it. His work outs get results and he's also very knowledgeable when it comes to any new workouts that he implements. I've had a great experience being trained by him!

Kevin is a wonderful trainer. I’ve been training with him for a year. I’ve accomplished so much within the past year. He doesn’t just help your body look fantastic. He will help you build you confidence. He is also some I talk to the most about my problems. I’m so glad that he had helped me fix my back problems. It’s pricey but it is totally worth it. I am a single mother and work full time and I managed to see him twice a week. He’s part of routine.

Signing up with Kevin has been the biggest life changer for me, this year I wanted to transform my health and with Kevin I feel that anything is possible! Kevin definitely makes his workouts fun! Right away he will start you off with a warm up and then you get into the rhythm of the exercises that he provides. His sessions go by quick, because you keep moving. His pricing is reasonable and you will love the workouts he provides. For the ladies who want to grow their glutes, he has the best workouts for it!
