I use to dread going to the gym until I signed up the the month trial for Kickboxing with KBX! Then, I was hooked! I have met some great ppl who is sweating as much as me on the mat as we encourage each other every session. Besides the community, the trainers are great! Shout out to Miranda, Lex, Anna, Josh G. & Josh E. I tell them that I hate them each class but they know that I got nothing but love for them. This crew & community is not just a fad, it's a family with the same health goals while having fun! ❤️

I have been taking classes here for a year now and I love how I get a little bit of everything for my workouts whether that be strength training with the power kickboxing classes or the cardio with just kickboxing. I love how each class has various workouts and that no class is the same so I’m always learning something new and I love how each instructor adds their own mix and personality within the classes as well which keeps me motivated! I love kickboxing and I can see that I’ve gotten stronger with my upper body and core and I can feel the difference….it’s not just a hobby that I enjoy doing but it’s a stress reliever. The music is on point, the classes can be challenging sometimes but I always have a blast at the same time, I love the flexibility too with the times so I can go early mornings or evenings! People are friendly too and no one judges anyone depending on experience or level of expertise so anyone from being a beginner or advanced can attend and the instructors are more than willing to help out! All of the instructors do a phenomenal job teaching and motivating me! I always look forward to “kicking” it in class and I highly recommend kickboxing if you want to learn something new, take it out on the bag, make some new friends in a group setting while working out, or drench in sweat after a high intensity and fun workout!

PROS:
-Fair pricing
-good space class room
-understanding and caring instructors who can also kick your butt the good way to push yourself
-used to have a blood circulation issue where I couldn't feel certain parts of my body, since taking classes that's is now a thing of the past.
-I look forward to all my classes.
CONS: y'all need to have Friday night classes, at this location, come on I'm waiting!

Just started doing some sessions here and really enjoying it! I’ve had classes with Aaron, Raenna, Lex, and Miranda—all fantastic trainers. The power fitness class on wednesday is probably my favorite and I personally love his music choice. Miranda’s classes are always fun too. Highly recommend checking this place out, especially when they have great deals!
