Danielle has been in my life since i took Yoga and Cross Training from her . I enjoyed her workouts so much that i continued thru the pandemic to currently. I am 76 and have been so amazed with her constant dedication to my training through two operations for hip and such , always fitting in the appropriate workout for me . Her knowledge of your body and her constant encouragement are her greatest assets not to mention her beautiful demeanor and friendship to all her students . I would wish her for all wanting to improve on strength and flexibility.

I have been training with Danielle for a few years now, the longest I’ve ever stuck with any type of exercise regime. I am a life long athlete but have a really hard time self motivating to exercise. She is so great at personalizing the workouts and keeping them mixed up so I not only don’t get bored but am working all of my body.
I love that she is very honest but kind in her approach. She is extremely knowledgeable in the entire “health and wellness” arena and I trust her immensely. She has helped me with diet as well. She is encouraging and thoughtful and just an all around amazing person. If you are thinking about getting a trainer, feeling like you’re in an exercise rut or just starting in your fitness journey, I can not recommend her enough. I feel so lucky to have met her and have her in my life🙂

In the seven months that I’ve trained with Danielle, she has consistently provided a safe and welcoming space filled with expert guidance on my healing health and fitness journey. She is super knowledgable about different studio exercises and caters everything to what is best for my body. The pacing and circuits always feel natural and just right. I also just feel genuinely excited to go spend time with her in her adorable home studio. I had gained a very large amount of weight from medication side effects and am proud to say that with her support, I have now lost 70 of those pounds and am well on my way to gaining my strength back and having increased ease in my body. I love working out with Danielle because it’s like visiting with a friend. I enjoy my time and look forward to going, which is pretty darn important to me. She does a phenomenal job leading our workouts and is thorough with training all my muscle groups and switching things up so it’s not boring. Having a fitness and wellness coach on your team is the best way to stay accountable for taking care of yourself.

I was struggling with back pain and tired of my fluctuating waistline. After meeting Danielle, owner of Killen Fitness & Wellness, I had to see if she could help me.

She put together custom workouts for me and helped me maintain good form and build muscle. She is so great at offering modifications and recommendations for stretches that can support any aches and pains I may mention during our sessions. I no longer have back pain and am feeling stronger in my 40s than I did in my 20s.

Danielle also helped me prepare for a major surgery. I took advantage of her health coaching to focus on stress reduction, balance my hormones, and build a healthy and strong body with Whole Foods. I was able to quickly recover and get back in the studio within weeks. She’s also a wealth of knowledge on the best products to support a toxin free life.

Scheduling is a breeze and her studio is comfortable and clean.

Danielle is absolutely amazing! Thanks to her, I actually look forward to 6:30 AM workouts on Mondays! She’s helped me build serious upper body strength and always pushes me to go beyond what I think I can do.
