We highly recommend the golf fitness class here! Rella has had an amazing experience. The coach is not only highly professional but also truly knows how to communicate with kids. He explains movements in a way that’s easy for children to understand, helping Rella quickly and effectively grasp key techniques. The sessions are well-structured—both challenging and fun—making her look forward to every class!

I was referred to Kinect by my golf coach, I was looking to gain some swing speed and also see if I could clear up some occasional lower back pain too. Huge shoutout to Coach Carlo who worked with me on my strength, flexibility, and overall range of motion. My back never hurts anymore and I picked up a few mph of speed in the process. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and I highly recommend you give Kinect a shot for any of your needs that may be similar to mine.

Kinect is a great environment with excellent Coaches full of knowledge, personality, and experience. Over the last year (taking a mix of group adult classes and private sessions), I have seen noticeable gains in my mobility and overall strength. The effortless distance gains on the golf course has been especially nice. If you want to improve your mobility and strength for golf, other rotational sports, or everyday life, I highly recommend joining the Kinect community.

We have a junior doing competitive golf. After 3 weeks doing both group and private lessons, her body condition improves a lot and she can drive further and swing more consistently. I highly recommend Joe's Kinect Performance to all junior golfers especially those living in Tri-Valley area.

The reason I chose Kinect Performance was because Joe is TPI Certified and I needed to get myself and my golf game in shape. The workouts are great. Structured and clear. Joe does a great job at showing you what exercises to do and how to perform them correctly. The workouts are relatively quick but by the end you are drenched in sweat and energized to start the day. Working with Joe in a short period of time, I feel more energetic throughout the day and also see a lot of positive effects on my golf game, which is most important. I am not as tired after walking 18 holes and my swing is holding up longer towards the end of the round. It’s amazing to see great results in a short period of time. Should’ve started sooner. Thanks Joe.

Joe is awesome and an excellent trainer who finds different ways to keep you motivated while working out! We participate in the junior golf program and find his workouts to be a great supplement for a young golfer. We like how Joe adapts as your child grows and is able to be pushed into different challenges. We’re so grateful to Joe for adapting quickly and providing his workouts online- now our whole family can exercise together!

I had a great time at this place. Over the course of a year and a half, I noticed considerable growth in my capabilities. My instructor, Joe, has just the right amount of strictness and friendliness. He always pushes the students to try their hardest, but is understanding when they need to rest. The workouts are balanced around core, strength, and power exercises. Even during quarantine, the workouts are challenging, but also flexible. I would highly recommend this service to anyone wanting to work out efficiently, both during quarantine and after quarantine.

My son enrolled in a golf specific training program with Joe a couple of months ago, and I am very pleased with the transformation my son is going through.

Joe @ KSF is remarkable! I am getting strong, more mobile, more stable and more balanced every day. Finding the inefficiency in my movement and programming to fix those has made my golf swing way better and I’m way less sore after I play or practice. I have been working out with Joe for nearly four years. I started to work with him as I suffered from lumbar pain and the medications and physical therapy were not helping. I am a very active person and at 68 years old, overweight and pains creep up. Joe has helped me by teaching me exercises and daily routines that have helped me keep active and keep the pain under a reasonable and manageable control. Seeing Joe on a weekly basis has also helped not avoid a lifestyle of daily exercise. I could go on and on about how having a personal trainer and how exercising is fundamentally important for everyone, especially, the aging person but, that goes without saying.
