Shelly is such an amazingly talented trainer if you are looking for anyone for personal training and Pilates. She is so knowledgeable and never ceases to be the best in her field. Her skills are unmatched by so many other average trainers/Pilates instructors. Plus her down-to-earth personality and positive energy are so contagious and I want to be around her every day! Give her a go and you won’t disappoint.

Shelly at Kinetic Technique is wonderful! She is caring and definitely knows what she's doing! She taylors all your exercises towards your needs and creates an individualized plan.
I'm a general dentist and when I first met Shelly I had really bad back pain, shoulder pain and neck pain. After about 7 or 8 sessions, I feel wonderful with no pain at all after long working hours.
Shelly really helped me focus on strengthening the muscles that need to support me throughout the day. She is the best Pilates instructor ever!! I highly recommend her to whoever is looking for an amazing instructor/ trainer (Pilates instructor) who cares and will taylor your sessions towards your individual needs.

Shelly is absolutely wonderful! She listens to what you want to focus on and will push you if you need that extra push! She is fun and energetic and the classes seem to fly by! Her studio is also immaculate and she has all the equipment you would look for. If I didn’t move I would still be going to her!

Shelly is an extremely enjoyable and technically trained STOTT Pilates instructor who makes the workouts challenging and fun. She prepares an innovative class, each session is different from the next. She’s got a great personality, a lot of talent and brings a wealth of information with a degree in Kinesiology combined with a specialization in physical therapy. I’ve had physical therapy over the years due to various athletic injuries and know a good practioner when I see one. Even though I am now injury free, I sometimes experience joint or muscle discomfort. She is able to address these issues with her training in Pilates for injury treatment and prevention. I’ve trained for many years as a Pilates student and know with 100% certainty that she is at the top of her profession; rarely do you find someone of her caliber. I also find her studio to be light, airy and very clean which makes for a great and very safe workout environment.

I am very pleased with Kinetic Technique. The gym is great, in a great location, clean, with top of the line STOTT equipment. Shelly is very friendly and knowledgeable and is able to modify the workouts as needed. I am new to the Pilates Reformer and am hooked.
