I’ve worked with Mike since I was 13 years old playing volleyball in the desert. he is so incredibly knowledgeable and a great person to work out with. he has a great sense which makes it much easier to train. I’m happy to be back in the desert as an adult and training with him again.

I came here because I hit a weight loss plateau. I did the inferred sauna 3 days in one week and it worked! I lost 6 lbs and felt more energetic. I loved talking with Bella and she was such a wonderful guide and help.

The girl at the front desk has no personality - I called to complain that I was never contacted about class being canceled all she could say was ok. She seemed as if I disturbed her and was to busy to have an adult conversation.
My daughter on the other hand has a great trainer and she loves the class there. That's the only reason they get a 3 star because of her instructor.

I have a very painful shoulder injury. After weeks of PT through my insurance I felt like I was getting nowhere. One session of Active Release Therapy with Mike Butler helped me get back in the gym and feel better immediately. Mike made me a list of do’s and dont’s for my workouts. If your serious about your health and well being, this is the answer you’ve been looking for. This state of the art facility is staffed by extremely educated and caring people who are serious and passionate about helping you.

I was in town for business and everyday I paid this place a visit for the cryotherapy. Week long conferences can be extremely stressful on the mind and body. The cryotherapy saved me-helping me focus and stay energetic. Susan, the owner is a great coach to help us newbies.

If I lived in the area, this would be my home away from home. See you next time I’m in town again!

I have been dealing with debilitating chronic pain in my right arm for roughly 8 years. I've seen many Dr.'s which all gave me different diagnosis and sent me on my way with a new pain medication and/or injection.
As my arm was continuing to get worse to the point I had lost most of the use of that arm. I discovered Kinetix and decided to setup an appointment and I am so glad I did. I have had ART treatments on my arm and have been amazed at the results. I have 90% use back in that arm and the pain has subsided tremendously. The team at Kinetix is definitely top notch. Their true knowledge and passion for what they do, variety of different treatments and their positive determination they have for each of their clients is why I have been able to get more of my life back each time I walk through their doors. Highly recommend KINETIX, very clean, organize and grate service plus smells good when you walk in. I've had Active Release Therapy, and Cryotherapy, I highly recommend ART. I've had knee problems and shoulder pain, it took one session to notice a BIG difference. I can happily say I walk out with no pain the same day and I was able to get back to my activities quickly. Definitely I recommend everyone to check this place and all the good services they offer.

This week I tried out the infrared sauna here at Kinetix. Not only was the facility very clean and put together, but the staff was extremely helpful and informative during my visit. The sauna was just enough room to be comfortable, and I was provided with 3 clean towels to pat down my sweat so I could maximize the benefits of the sauna. There were different infrared lights to choose from that reaped different benefits. I opted to let each light rotate for my first visit and will use different ones on my next visit. Since the sauna was an infrared one as opposed to steam, it was a dry heat and was much easier on my body. I did not feel groggy or dehydrated after my 45 minute session, in fact I felt refreshed and had a burst of energy after. Once my body cooled down, I used the shower, and that was by far my favorite part. The stones on the floor felt amazing on my feet and the shower was clean and relaxing. Isabella answered any questions I had and was by far the best help! I will DEFINITELY return!

I've been going to kinetix since the beginning of my high school career, to now my second year of college baseball I can honestly say this is the place to go if you want to excel either in a sport or overall fitness goals. Mike Butler helped me get strength back in my legs & arms after some surgical trauma. The workouts & Active Release Therapy (ART) he's done on me have been transformative. After spine surgery, I used Kinetix Cryotherapy chamber twice daily to heal (much faster than my docs expected). Mike counseled me prior to knee replacement & helped me strengthen all the muscles around my knee which made my recovery far easier. My husband and I love the staff and service we get at Kinetix. Susan and Curtis are gifted massage therapists with caring healing hands. I was afraid to mention how great they are (I'd like them to be available and not overbooked!) but we are so pleased with everything about Kinetix. The spa space is lovely and the fitness area (which we have not yet tried) looks amazing and well equipped. It's always a pleasure to come to Kinetix and always be greeted with a smile and leaving in a state of bliss!
