From the moment I walked into the gym, I felt genuinely welcomed. Mrs. King was wonderful—she guided me through the membership options, pricing, and everything I needed to get started. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the people at King are truly amazing. Beyond great training, Mrs. King has built and maintains a real community, especially for the kids.

Mrs.King was super shady and rude. Wasnt able to tell me how much training was and said i gotta talk to each individual trainer. Then when i asked how to get in contact with them she said she would contact me with the time and price of one of the trainers and that the price could change depending on different factors.

I used to workout here 13 years ago, brought my 2yo son back then and he still remember it, now I'm back at it to workout with my daughter and teenager son, it's still a rock-solid gym, we all love it!

King's Gym is now my addiction,a friend of mine invited me & i can honestly say that even though i thought i could fight i quickly realized that i am weak in many areas,lol,Thanks to my friend Hakeem for showing me the error of my ways.I met Mrs.King & she is down to earth & welcoming & by all accounts so is Mr.King.Great atmosphere

Best boxing gym came in today and proud to join and be part of the team I'm not going anywhere my fight team is kings mr king is a awsome man with some funny humor old school boxing gym mean and gritty best in east bay I recommend it you won't regret if your goal is too box or workout I say check it out deals are reasonable cheapest boxing gym in norcal that I've found since moveing here also its (worldclass) they produced world champions and have had great pros come in for a reason no nonsense gym it's grind and grind come check out kings train and train with savages!

Excellent old school gym. If I had no choice but to train to have serious striking hands as a pro fighter in the Bay Area, this is the nice rock-solid humble gym that can level up your game big-time. You're surrounded by very serious boxers who really focus on functional strength and proper techniques. Don't expect this place to have any distracting "luxuries".
