Our trained professionals use of Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) in combination with other stretching techniques are designed to help increase flexibility, reduce tension and improve circulation. My goal is to assist my clients to continue the life they want to live.

Not only is Kingsley an excellent stretch practitioner, but he takes it one step further. His knowlege anatomy and kinesiology enable him to show anyone ranging from beginner to advanced athlete how to implement and integrate various mobility drills into their routine in order to reduce pain, prevent injury, and increase performance.

He conducted a thorough assessment of my flexibility needs and tailored the session specifically to address my areas of tightness and discomfort.
His approach is a perfect blend of knowledge, skill, and personable interaction. Kingsley not only guided me through a series of effective stretches but also educated me about maintaining flexibility and preventing future injuries. His instructions were clear and easy to follow, and he was incredibly patient and encouraging throughout the session.
A particular movement that involved contracting different muscles of the pelvis to stabilize it, was a great addition to my daily workouts.

Kingsley did some work on my lower body & helped me address some of left side hamstring activation. It was great; now I’m able to apply the same stimulus activation whenever I’m performing my big compound movements like deadlifting.

Kingsley is the nicest and best trainer I’ve ever had! I used to hate stretching but Kingsley opened my eyes to what relief and relaxation feels like. Not only is he super knowledgeable but he radiates positive energy, which I find super important in a gym environment where it can feel intimidating. Kingsley started as my trainer but he became someone I could trust and even though I have since moved away, we are still close friends. I highly recommend Kingsley for anyone who needs help with their health/fitness!

I just finished a stretch session with Kingsley and my back feels much more relaxed already.
