My daughter loves gymnastics and she's been going here since she first started. She used to love coming and now (since the change in ownership of I'm being honest) she comes home crying almost every time and says things like "I think my coaches hate me." This is heartbreaking. She is SEVEN. How anyone can treat 7yos in such a way that they can ruin an intrinsic enthusiasm for a sport at age 7 is baffling. My mom (who brings her) just told me about witnessing the coaches single her out for extra situps after harassing her about her vaccine bandaid the whole class. I will be looking for a different gym and maybe she'll still enjoy the activity without the bullying. The coaches should be ashamed. I'm just sad my mom didn't share this until now (the 1st) when I'm sure I won't be getting any refund for this month.

The Coach or trainer has something against certain children. My Daughter has been ignored by the trainer on multiple occasions. They tend to prioritize children and family who are not ethnically different. I felt disrespected. My child has a lasting impression from this place. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE

My daughter was put in a class of girls who already knew and practicing gymnastics for a while. The instructor did not bother to make her comfortable with the rest of the group and teach her what others are doing, my daughter was struggling to figure out what other kids were doing and try to do on her own. Disappointed with the instructor and the teaching style.

They need to work on their customer service, especially when it comes to helping out a parent when theirs been no communication and making students have a bad experience… coaches are good but the front desk people need to fix their attitude and attend a customer service class or something.

I can't believe this place is in business, lack of customer service, actually none at all. No callbacks or response to messages, even showed up when the website said they were open to find they were not open yet. My 6 year old and I were looked at from the person inside and not acknowledged, she just turned around and went about her business like we didn't exist. Very Rude! A simple you're going to have to come back or even a returned phone call would have been nice. Ended up going to Gymnastics Pacifica and had a great experience! Take your children and money elsewhere.

My three kids have been in lessons here for about 4 years. We really enjoy the instructors and atmosphere. Ms. Lisa (teacher of 4-5 year olds) is really special and was amazing with my daughter. I really feel like these instructors care about their students.

I wish there is zero star. Today was my first day of my six year old girl she was very excited but the coach there was so mean and my daughter was running to me crying in the middle of class saying that the coach is so mean and was making fun of her moves .. they expect a six year old begginer to be professional 😡 my daughter was begging me not to go to that place anymore

The kids enjoy themselves in spite of poor management which affects the parents more than it may be worth. If you get a coach who doesn't care and is so obviously not into their job don't bother complaining. For other signs of how poorly the business side is run just look to a website that's a year out of date, so the calendar and other information is useless, phones that are never answered and the inability to pay on line, etc. Etc.

Well I did like this place until I noticed that they really didn't help my daughter were she needed it. My daughter used to wake up with sore necks all the time from improper instructions.

My daughter has been coming to this location since February and my husband and we absolutely love it we will continue to bring her here as long as she's still interested. We also just had her 2nd birthday party and it went great we were very impressed the 2 employees that stood out the most from the 3 were Bailey and Megan petino I would defiantly have another birthday party with them being the hostes them 2 are defiantly keepers for kips. I recommend kips to all my friends and family. You won't regret brining your kids here the coaches are awesome as well from what I've noticed they don't have "favorites" they treat everyone equally😀

We went here for my grand daughter's three year old birthday party. What a fun time for the kids! They staff was great. Well organized and perfect for smaller kids. They were escorted through a series of fun activities then had an area for cake and gifts. I would recommend Kips.
