My husband and I, both in our 60's, are being trained at KL Fitness by Alan. We love the gym! It's such a nice facility. Alan is a great coach and we found him when we noticed how great our friend, a client of Alans, was looking. We train 2 days a week and we've noticed how much better we feel about ourselves and our future. We have a new confidence and we owe that to Alan. I highly recommend training with Alan!

I am happy with my experience at KL Fitness & Performance, and can’t thank Alan enough for his guidance throughout my training. The atmosphere of the gym is excellent, it’s clean and well-organized. I was honestly nervous starting off because I had never had a personal trainer and would work out on my own terms, but I can say it was worth it because you feel so much stronger inside and out. I am happy to be giving myself time to work out and I have learned that I am stronger than I think I am. I also appreciate how flexible Alan is and works around your schedule. He’s an awesome coach and I highly recommend KL Fitness.

So many things to say, I’ve been training on and off with Alan for the last two years. I travel for work so when I’m in The Valley, he is my go-to. He has a really nice gym with fancy equipment and devotes his attention to writing specific workouts to reach his client’s goals. He works around my work schedule & has a shower room available, too, which is really nice for early workouts before work! Overall, I’d recommend KL fitness for any fitness type, but especially if you want a genuine friendship with your trainer.

Anyone looking for personal one on one training, I highly recommend Alan!
He has a great gym with all the best equipment. Great music always playing. The gym is clean, spacious, has shower and bathroom amenities to walk out looking great!

I highly recommend training here. Alan is the best. He is very experienced in what he does and you can tell he is passionate about his job and will help you reach your goal and help you get started. He will educate and explain to you on all the equipment he has if you’re new. His gym is constantly clean as well. I have been going to him for almost a year and I can honestly say I am very happy with my results. When I first started I wasn’t confident in myself and was self conscious about my body and I’m someone who would never step a foot in a gym.
