KO Fitness & Wellness Center Bootcamp classes are designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals to become physically fit, lose weight, increase muscular strength, and improve cardiovascular efficiency. Through our 45-minute functional training classes you’ll learn how to increase your fitness and strength to get your heart-pumping and calories burning. Our programs are flexible, so you can choose whether you want to work out at home or in the gym! Our programs also grow with you, so you’ll always be progressing. This is a non-intimidating fitness center looking to help you reach your goals with trusted professionals and a community by your side.

The place is clean and the coaches are very friendly and they really push you to get the best out of your work outs. They also modify it for you if you need it. The coaches get very creative with keeping the classes exciting and fun.

KO Fitness has changed the lives of so many including myself. I have know the owner Kassandra for several years now. She coached me during my pregnancy which influenced many other soon to be moms to train with her! Later in 2024 I went it for her free week of Bootcamp Class where a conversation between her and I came up about her interest in expanding her business involving dance, which is one of my passions. Without hesitation I agreed and became their first dance fitness instructor for a few months! I was so good to get back into what I loved and also help others move their body in other ways than working out. KO has such an amazing community, they treat one another like family. Kassandra and Adrian have put their entire lives into their business and it truly resonates at KO. My upmost respect to them for putting their members interests best at heart!

I just finished my free trial at KO Fitness with Kass, and honestly that’s all it took for me to know I’m signing up. My background has been with HOTWORX which gave me decent results, but I was craving something more intense to really push my body and KO Fitness delivered.
I went to a 6 AM session, and in just 45 minutes I was dripping sweat and felt so motivated the entire time. The playlist was banging, the energy was amazing, and I loved seeing women of all ages, body types, and fitness levels working out together. Everyone was so friendly, which made it even better.
Kass is incredible. She made sure to explain the group routine clearly, came around to give corrections, and kept the encouragement flowing. I felt challenged, supported, and inspired all at once. I’m beyond excited to commit to this and can’t wait to see the results!

Absolutely a Great Workout!!! The 45-minute HIIT sessions are everything I need and more! From start to finish, it is high-energy, well-structured, and incredibly effective. The pacing was perfect—just enough time to push hard, followed by quick recovery periods that kept the intensity up without feeling overwhelming. I love the variety of movements, which target my whole body and keep things interesting the entire time.
The trainer's cues were clear and motivating. I was dripping with sweat by the end and felt an amazing sense of accomplishment. I recently moved out to the area and I needed to find a more personal gym, I found KO fitness through recommendations and I was not disappointed! Coach Kass & Adrian really give you a kick ass workout ! Their workouts never disappoint 👌🏽 they are kind enough to always correct me and guide me (which is important) especially when you are new. They are patient and informative which is also a plus ! If you join you will not be disappointed 😊

Their group classes are a standout feature; motivating, well-structured, and led by energetic trainers. I cannot praise KO Fitness enough. My entire relationship with fitness has changed over these last couple of years and I will always attribute that to this team. I’ve watched KO grow so much in these last couple of years and it’s been nothing short of inspiring. When I walk into this gym, I feel a strong sense of community, acceptance, guidance and motivation!! You will absolutely get out what you put in and the results are real. I joined a four month transformation and lost 18 LBS and inches all over my body and can honestly say that I’m the happiest with my body now than I ever have been. Amazing gym, great community and some badass trainers. KO Fitness is an awesome place to workout if you’re looking for HIIT style workout and/or weight training. Pretty big location too. Any fitness level is welcomed here. Kassanda and Adrain are both friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that they make sure you do proper form with your workouts and always ready for any questions you have. They offer a free trail too. I recommend it!
