Great place to workout. Small gym feeling without all the normal large gym drama. I love that the equipment tracks your progress and instructs you on amount of weight, reps and exercise. I am not looking to bulk up but rather tone up and strengthen my core. Stephanie one of the owners and fit coach is great...very helpful. Happy that the gym reopened given the COVID issues. Defiantly recommend.

I'm a Koko member in San Diego and ended up staying in the Bay Area for a few days. It was nice to be able to pop in and get a temporary key and get a work out in. Great experience!
