Konversion Fit's studio is an inviting space where people of all fitness backgrounds come together. Our goal is to be known not just as a gym, but a community. We strive to provide an experience where you are encouraged to become the best version of yourself through education, personal growth and camaraderie. Located in beautiful San Juan Capistrano, Konversion clients can make use of the outdoors as well as our equipment filled facility for group & personal training. Konversion Fit also offers opportunities in community involvement, specialty challenges and programs, as well as nutritional counseling. Our team is here to welcome you to our community of health, fitness & friendship!

I recommend this gym to anyone, any age, any experience level. Josh designs the workouts very technically, so you get a little of everything—cardio, strength, endurance, power lifts, core, body weight, etc. I have been weight lifting for years on my own terms, but my month at Konversion made me realize that although i was strong, i had other areas that needed improvement like cardio, core, and endurance. Attending these group workouts 5-6 days a week got me to push my limits to a level that i simply could not have done on my own. Josh is a great and very supportive coach who is present and attentive to everyone during the workouts. He will make sure your technique is proper, and he will gladly share the knowledge he’s gained from years of experience. The community is also very supportive and welcoming.
I would recommend buying a 1 month unlimited membership because it will motivate you to go every day to get your money’s worth! And you don’t even have to think about the workout—it has already been made for you. All you have to do is show up!!
I am very grateful to Josh for helping educate and inspire me.

Konversion changed my life at age 39. Lost 40lbs in under a year and am in the best physical shape of my life. I had been doing various group fitness programs such as F45, Barry’s, Orange Theory, and other “points based” bootcamp style workouts. I have actively worked out for 20 years. Josh’s philosophy and approach to fitness completely changed how I exercise and how I feel and function in my daily life. The programming is so dialed in to maximize function in several different aspects of fitness. This isn’t a class just designed around making you sweat and calling it exercise. You can get that anywhere. The programming here resulted in the most dramatic change in my strength, explosiveness, mobility, endurance, and body composition of any program I’ve participated in before. I have also learned skills I never thought were possible at this point in my life such as completing my first muscle up at 39 years old. I could never say enough good things about this place. If you’re looking for a new fitness program or you feel like you aren’t making progress with the one you’re currently on, you absolutely should give Konversion a try.

We have been training at Konversion for about 3 months now. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The workout programming is excellent and Josh does a great job of explaining the technique and progression of skills. It’s been a lot of fun learning new skills like Olympic lifting and gymnastics. I definitely recommend dropping in and giving it a shot if you like fun and challenging workouts!

This is a fantastic gym! I love that it offers a variety of workout types (strength training, interval, MetCons), and the owner Josh works with each client in the group setting to help them with technique, scaling options, or the right level of intensity. I'm challenged at this gym, but not in a way that crushes me or leaves me constantly sore or fatigued. It's the right amount of intensity. I've been training here for about 6 months and already seen objective increases in my lifts as well as a reduction in weight and body fat. If you're reading this, give it a try!

This gym is amazing ! I’ve been coming for almost a year. Coach Josh is the best. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of strength training and nutrition. The group classes are so fun & everyone supports & motivates each other. It’s a great positive environment and comfortable for anyone & everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE this gym!! Everyone is so friendly and the classes are AMAZING!! Just got back into the gym and it’s been the perfect place for me! I get the full body workout and I get to do it with a great community! If you’re on the fence, just sign up. You won’t regret it!

Amazing community filled with athletes who are commited to improvement. Super clean environment - everyone works with their own equipment which they clean between classes. Coaching is second to none - no matter where you are on your fitness journey they have the capability to help you to reach your goals. I've been to a lot of gyms and this one is by far the best. Konversion Fit is a great place to go if you want a small group boot camp/HIIT workout. For me, it's the perfect thing to keep me motivated and always coming back. The classes are offered throughout the morning and they vary each day so you never get bored. They are only 45 minutes and you work really hard the whole time. The trainers are amazing. That's really the main reason to go! They will work with you to make you stronger and healthier no matter what your fitness level. They also organize group activities outside our normal workouts, like Sunday morning hikes, Thursday evening runs, and skiing at Big Bear! Highly recommend!
