Keith is the man! He has trained me throughout high school, junior college, and now playing division one baseball. He has created specific workouts and movements to your needs and based on what sport you play. He also works with anyone outside the sports world from moms and younger kids of all ages. He and his staff at KORE are great people and have so much knowledge regarding the weight room. It’s always has great energy and environment can be infectious!
