This place changed my life forever! I LOVE all the instructors. It’s a peaceful place to focus on bettering yourself no matter what level your on! It’s worth it for YOU! I started with nothing, struggle with so many health problems, arthritis, back pain, bad posture and the list goes on.. yoga has helped with all these things!
Learning to thank your body and move with your breath is so important in life! Koru offers so much wisdom, you won’t want to miss a class!! I learn something new everyday and I’m extremely grateful I found this amazing yoga studio! Thank you Kimberly, Kathy, Alyssa, and Sarah, my beautiful instructors. I love you guys! ❤️
