This is the BEST Pilates studio I have been to. Kelli the owner and her instructors are super nice! They push and motivate you to do your absolute best! I can't say enough pf how nice and accommodating Kelli is. I go to a pilates class at my local gym and it is nothing like this! This is a whole new world for me and I am enjoying it! They are super patient and make sure I am in perfect form to get the best out of the workout. I totally reccomend trying them outπ

I was 53 and out of shape when I decided to give Pilates Plus a try. Iβll be honest I didnβt think I was going to be able to do it after the first two classes but on the third class I knew Iβd found something I could stick to. I love the slow but so intense workout it provides! The instructors are amazing and always checking to make sure your form is correct. Just 4 months in and I feel so much stronger, slimmer and I am no longer prediabetic!! Thank you so much to all the instructors, youβre helping me change my life!!!

This place is professional, clean and friendly. The studio, clients, instructors and owner make you feel like one of the family. The classes spin/pilates combo, spin or just pilates are just what your body needs to keep switching things up to see real changes.

If you're the type of person who doesn't feel satisfied with a workout unless you're sore the next day, you need to check out KP Pilates Plus. It is hands down one of the best workouts I've ever had, and I've never been disappointed by a class. In 50 minutes (regular class), you'll get a serious full body workout in that'll make your arms, abs, butt and legs sore for days. And yes, you'll feel your heart racing.

The best total body work out! If you're stuck in a routine and are no longer seeing results, try a Pilates class here. I'm an avid runner and indoor cyclist, with some strength training mixed in. I was interested in strengthening my core and toning up, and a friend recommended Pilates. No joke, these classes are extremely challenging, and you will initially feel very sore. Then, you see the results that Pilates brings about and you're hooked. This was the first place I checked out and I enjoy it so much that I haven't looked elsewhere. It's a positive, professional and fun environment. In additional to Pilates classes, there are classes that incorporate both Pilates and indoor cycling. The instructors are fantastic and well trained.

KP Pilates Plus in Long Beach is a great facility to get a workout in. Very clean and well kept equipment! The trainers are very knowledable and will challenge you. I highly recommend KP Pilates to anyone that is just trying out Pilates for the first time or if you have been doing it for a long time!

I have had 4 knee surgeries. After all of the physical therapy I have done I figured pilates would be the new workout for me. I started 3 years ago after my last surgery & my knees have never been stronger! All of the instructors go out of their way to adjust certain moves for me just to make my knees feel better. I also call it my mental therapy & the best stress relief I know. This is a great group of people & I look forward to each workout & having some laughs!

This is hands down the best full-body workout you can get in under an hour. Not only is it core-centric, but it strengthens the whole body, and gives you a cardio workout without any impact on the joints. And it speeds up metabolism by igniting the slow-twitch muscle fibers! And if you really want to double up your workout, knock yourself out with the 80 minute spin/ Pilates class!

Been coming to the studio since Kelli (the K in KP) opened. Thanks to the workouts that I get between the spin and Pilates and the 80 minute butt kicking 1/2 spin 1/2 Pilates, I am now in the best shape of my life. Seriously - I am of a certain age which I will not disclose here, and I now have the obliques that I never had in my 20's. I get excited about coming to class, getting a great workout in and seeing and feeling results! I also love everyone who comes to the studio - have made great friends who make the tough workouts easier to endure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality, result oriented workout in a fun environment!!

I love this studio! If you go to the half spin/half pilates class, you absolutely will burn some calories! The teachers explain things really well and they make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. They also have "competition" months where they challenge everyone to try to go to a certain number of classes or some other health challenge - and it's always really fun. Love love!

KP is a great instructor (plays great music and super encouraging throughout the class)! Class was small which is great for beginner and even better for people who are looking for a place to always go back to. There's no shower, yes to meter street parking (although I walked to the studio from work).
