This means training for Life Outside of the Gym! Life has physical demands, and stronger means easier or more of the things you need to do or want to do.

It’s just over a year now since I joined KSV and it’s been a game changer for me. My mobility, weight and strength and have improved significantly. The classes are challenging yet enjoyable so I’m always looking forward to the next session. If you’re looking for real results this is the place.

A humble box where everything is tailored for your personal needs. If you are a beginner you have boot camp where you are taught to do the exercises properly. People accustomed to crossfit can join any of the group training sessions which are usually 60 min sessions with one or two 90 min session everyday. Kurt, the trainer/owner is very helpful and helps you all the way. I personally have trouble with abnormally tight hamstrings and shoulder so he incorporated specific exercises in my routine. I definitely recommend this place. Ask for a free trial week and don't expect it to go easy.
