Today at the front desk, I asked Hannah about a pair of shoes I might have left in the locker room. Without checking anything, she immediately told me they didn’t have them and even stated specifically that they do not have any shoes in lost and found. She asked when I had left them and added that anything unclaimed for a week is thrown away.

I was still standing there trying to ask a few more questions, but she turned away from me mid-conversation and began assisting the next person in line, completely ignoring me. I stayed and insisted on continuing the conversation because I needed accurate information. Eventually, she told me there is a lost-and-found room next to the women’s locker room and that I should check there. When I went to look, they did have several pairs of shoes—just not mine. This was the exact opposite of what she told me with certainty.

After my workout, I still felt bothered by the interaction and went back to let her know, calmly, that she should provide complete information about lost items next time. The manager who was sitting there immediately interrupted, defended her, and dismissed my concern without acknowledging anything I said. I was not raising my voice or being rude; I was simply trying to explain that I had not been properly informed about where and how to check for my lost item.

At the end of the conversation, the manager suggested that the issue was “probably a language barrier.” I found that comment completely inappropriate and condescending. I have lived in this country for over 20 years and speak excellent English. Not once did I ask them to repeat anything or did they ask me to repeat myself. The conversation was simple, and everything was clear. The problem was not language—it was the lack of effort and professionalism.

As I went back upstairs to finish my workout, I saw both of them laughing immediately after I walked away.

This was unacceptable customer service, and I truly hope I do not have to interact with either of them again.

Weekend spin classes are limited, with only a ine on Saturdays—last year, there were more, including one on Sunday. If there were more convenient options for 9-to-5 folks, I’d love this location even more. It’s clean, the members are friendly and considerate, and the atmosphere is great. I understand times are tough, and maybe classes are getting too expensive to offer as frequently, but I hope to see more in the future. As of Nov 2025 still only 1 weekend spin classes on Saturday

I’ve had several serious issues at this location and received no response from management or corporate.
My husband’s locker was broken into and nothing was followed up. My friend was harassed in the women’s sauna — also ignored.
The manager has repeatedly acted unprofessionally, from making us wait for a simple guest pass to interrupting my workouts and accusing me of “training” my friend, even though we were just exercising together.
I asked for the District Manager’s contact email, and they refused to provide it.
Overall, the lack of safety, communication, and professionalism is very disappointing.

I hope corporate finally addresses these issues.

Very disappointing experience with LA Fitness.
I reached out multiple times to the customer support team regarding an issue with my membership freeze and unexpected charges, and nobody ever responded. After weeks of trying, I finally contacted the corporate office, only to be told that because I “don’t have it in writing,” they won’t do anything about it — even though the manager at my home location was the one who made the promise in person.

It’s extremely frustrating that LA Fitness won’t honor what their own staff told me, and that they put the burden on the customer instead of fixing their mistake.
Between the lack of communication, no accountability, and unhelpful corporate response, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a gym.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering LA Fitness get every promise in writing, because even when their staff makes a commitment, they refuse to stand behind it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrific customer service as I was turned away after calling in and asking if I was allowed to workout there. On the phone I was told I could come and use their facility, but when I showed up a ride front desk rep said they were “too elite” for my membership and I could go to a lower class one nearby. Her words. When I asked where the nearest is, she told me to “you can google it.” Frustrating when I pay these people $ I earn. Genuinely not one to leave reviews but that’s just unacceptable customer service and people should know.

Just wanted to give a warning to people using the trial passes that they may not have luck at this location. We tried using the pass according to the rules online, but they concocted another one about the distance we both had to be to the gym. This was not on the form. This was not presented in writing. It seemed to be arbitrary. This was also not clarified until we sat through their sales pitch. Pretty unprofessional, pretty inconsiderate. Save yourself the headache and check out a gym with better service

I gave 1 star for this faciliy because I felt that the request to have more chairs for our seniors Silver Sneaker class has been ignored for a long time - more than 3 months at least ! When you come into this class, you will see seniors have to sit on the floor, make their own seats or to hang on to their classmates for balance themselves!

As a senior , I feel unsafe and ignored and disrespect from this club. It’s sad because the instructors for the 2 Silver Sneakers are excellent. The friendships for our seniors in this class is also wonderful and caring . I guess, when we get older and older, we will be just ignored, unworthy and disregarded by our request to just have more chairs to sit down for our own safety and have some movements for our body . Oh well, thank you for reading the review of a senior about LA Fitness. With much respect.

I had a very negative experience at this LA fitness location. I had a guy verbally assault me as well as call me all types of inappropriate and derogatory names since I didn’t like him hitting on me. When I told the manager and staff members they seemed not to care. It was then implied that I could workout at another location if I didn’t feel comfortable there anymore. No repercussions for this type of inappropriate behavior. To make matters worse they knew this man when I pointed him out and told me that many girls complained about him making them uncomfortable yet he can still workout there. Why? I kept seeing him there so I decided to revoke my membership and didn’t look back. Extremely unprofessional how the managers and staff handled this situation. I did really like the gym facilities but they seem not to care about girls working out safely without being harassed.

Had to cancel after 20 years. The gym has been short of long bars for years and is now shot between 5 and six long bars for over 4 months. When I asked the manager if they could get some long bars in a timely manner, after I asked numerous times over the past 4 months, he said it's a process to get more bars, and would rather take my cancellation that get desperately needed long bars in the next few weeks or months. This was at their Signature club on Michaelson in Irvine. Sad the company is going downhill since the owner who my brother knew, passed away.

I signed up for a free trial at the Irvine/Michelson location. When speaking with sales manager I was truthful that I had been here a year ago but my brother was a first timer. After starting to work out consistently, I was looking to switch gyms. The manager told me "you can't go to in n out and get a free sample then expect to keep coming back for free samples." Pretty condescending for someone interested in joining a gym who was simply looking to give it another shot. From a sales strategy, he didn't make any attempt to sell the day pass, it was a pay or get out attitude. I understand, but you also utilize promotions so people can experience the gym and then decide to join. Better free sample example would be COSCO, right? Similar to how sales don't convert on the 2nd phone call, but more often the 4th or 5th. He said he was unsure of the policy but doesn't apply to his gym.

Anyways, we drove there and were looking forward to giving it a shot. I said it was ridiculous, but his response to us was that he can refuse service to anyone.

Truthfully, I understand that LA Fitness is extremely successful and as a non-member, it may not be any concern to you your business. But I would never return based on that experience. Just my two cents

I had my LA Fitness account on freeze at a location in Canada, and I was planning to cancel it soon. Despite that, they charged me the annual fee, and when I contacted them just one day later, they refused to refund me.

What’s worse is that even when I used the gym before, it was always overcrowded and hard to access equipment. I wasn’t getting value from my membership, and being charged while on freeze just added insult to injury.

Customer service told me there’s “nothing they can do,” which makes it clear they care more about the money than their members. Extremely frustrating experience.

I expected better from a large gym brand like LA Fitness. I won’t be returning, and I do not recommend them based on this experience.

If there were a word better than excellent, I would use it for this fitness branch! I’ve traveled all over California and visited many other locations, but none of them compare to the quality, hospitality, and overall experience here. The staff are incredibly welcoming and professional, the facility is spotless, and the indoor parking is a huge bonus. They even offer towel service, which is a small detail that makes a big difference. I don’t know who manages this branch, but they’re clearly doing an outstanding job. Highly recommended!

My family and I were in the area traveling for a short 3 day excursion and we wanted to find a gym because we always try to get some activity in. Anyway my point is that when I walked in, I was immediately helped by a man named Jose, Jose was so incredibly helpful and hooked us up with everything that we needed. When Jose gave us the passes that he got for us for the 3 days and I walked into the exercise area I was amazed, everything was very clean and working properly. No gym around me was like so I was amazed and enjoyed my workout very much, thank you so much Jose 🙏.

I’m writing this review as a long-time member who is deeply disappointed in recent changes at LA Fitness, particularly regarding the handling of group fitness classes and management conduct.

It has come to my attention that several classes are being cut due to lower attendance. While I understand the need for efficiency, cutting a class simply because 2–3 people show up is short-sighted. These classes are a critical part of my fitness routine, and their removal makes me feel as though my time and membership are not valued. Rather than cutting classes, I urge management to first explore how to increase participation—such as having front desk staff promote classes or offering trial incentives for new members.

Additionally, I’m very concerned about the behavior of Crystal from HR. I've witnessed and heard multiple accounts of her referring to employees as “lazy” or “unmanageable.” This kind of language is not only demoralizing but unprofessional. It’s not aligned with the values LA Fitness should represent. Constructive leadership encourages growth and motivation—not fear or disrespect.

I strongly recommend that upper management review her communication style and interactions with both staff and members. Listening to her recorded calls and seeking anonymous employee feedback might reveal a pattern that requires corrective action.

A successful fitness facility runs on mutual respect between staff and members. I hope these concerns are taken seriously to ensure LA Fitness continues to be a welcoming and supportive environment.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Lack of Professionalism

I had high hopes for this gym, especially for the Pilates classes, but after a month of paying, I’ve decided it’s not worth the money.

The front desk staff is consistently unprofessional—particularly Marissa. There’s no greeting when you walk in, and any questions are met with visible annoyance, as if you're inconveniencing them.

The Pilates program is poorly run. Instructors regularly arrive late, talk loudly with friends during class, and make little to no effort in actually teaching the technique. Most don’t use a mic, making it hard to hear instructions. One substitute instructor, Michael, often came to class in a visibly bad mood, was unfriendly, and outright rude to both me and other participants.

The women’s locker room is also neglected. It's frequently dirty, and the sink water fluctuates wildly from freezing to scalding with barely any flow at times. The sauna is dangerously hot—so much so that my necklace actually burned my skin after just a few minutes.

I’m leaving this review in the hope that management takes it seriously and makes real improvements. That said, I’ve already canceled my membership and won’t be returning.

I kept my 24 Hour Fitness pass so I just went back to that location at Tustin Marketplace. It's way better vibes.

I was offered a two-month contract by Jesse and promised no surprise fees, all paid in full on the spot. Next day my credit card was charged with annual fee, called and was told it will be dropped. Not dropped after a week, called and was told would be refunded. 5 calls and a month later - always “we will get this sorted out by tomorrow” but never calls back. Eventually have to dispute with my credit card and close the card I used to avoid further surprise charges because I don’t trust them at all anymore. They stopped responding to me completely. Do not come here, they will fraudulently charge your card and squeeze any penny out of you, then be completely unreachable.

Want to be a member? I would highly suggest to sign up elsewhere. This place is a joke!! Always closed, not opened at the time that it states (5am), I have been sending emails for well over a month now, with pictures to prove that they are closed and no response, not even an acknowledgement. The place is dirty and more than half the machines do not work!! Tons of "Machine not working" warning signs on pretty much all of their elliptical machines, some stair masters, workout benches and this has been going on for months now. This is the Schaumburg, IL (Woodfield) location.

Compared to other L.A. Fitnesses I've been to, this one is still nicer. The showers are clean and this gym provides a better quality of shampoo, soap and conditioner. Other gyms only provide soap. But the water in the pool isn't as clear as when I used to go there on Sundays or 3 years ago. I notice it's cloudy every time I go there. It also used to be warm but that's good. I don't like swimming in warm water, so I'm glad they stopped making it too warm. Warm water is not conducive to effective lap swimming. The only other complaint I have is the modern disco pop music constantly on play. If it isn't that, then its ghetto music. Most of us who go there didn't grow up in the ghetto. And that music has a dark, dreary, depressing and even aggravating aura or tone. All of us have enough to deal with in our lives. Why make things more uncomfortable and disagreeable? The least they can do is play different genres to add in more variation.

Really love this gym. Only super annoying thing, there isn’t supposed to be outside personal training, but there is a recreational sports team Tigers, there’s about 20-30 of them, come in in their uniforms, with their coaches and take up the entire gym doing their personal training. They should be doing this at a rec center. I’ve come at different hours of the day trying to avoid them, but it seems they are always there.

Had the worst experience with the 3 day trial at this "signature club"!! It was like a timeshare sales pitch.

I met with an extremely pushy sales agent that kept trying to get me on to sign up for yearly membership with "deals" like $0 initiation fee that was available for that day only. When I insisted I needed to try out the gym first before committing, he cancelled the 3 day trial as well and claimed that because I was once a member of la fitness I cannot get the free trial. Avoid at all costs!!

I left my hoodie on the floor while working out and when I couldn’t find it anywhere the janitor said he saw someone pick it up and throw it in the trash and I found it there shortly after.

This type of toxic behavior is pathetic and the member who did this should be banned from the location. That is literally what a 2 year old child does when they are angry.

I sincerely hope the manager follows up with security footage as promised because I’ve never had something like this happen before and am still in disbelief.

I’ve had the absolute WORST experience with this LA Fitness, all thanks to their incompetent management—especially Jacob. My mom froze her membership while she was out of the country, yet they STILL charged her $75 TWICE. When I confronted Jacob about the charges, his response was beyond unprofessional. He didn’t seem to care about the issue at all and was incredibly dismissive. The customer service was terrible—rude, unhelpful, and just plain disrespectful. I expect way more from a gym this size. If you value your money and your time, I’d recommend avoiding this place altogether.

This gym is great. I personally like the group classes and their professional group class trainers. They are always caring for the proper postures to prevent injuries and are challenging in their routines but at the same time they are easy on the members that are just starting their fitness journey. My favorite classes are the pilates and bodyworks class. Their pilates, yoga and bodywork group class trainers are the reason that I am encouraged to write this review. This is possibly the best LA Fitness in the area. It’s very clean, and the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Unlike many other locations, they offer towel service, which is really convenient, and the showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Overall, a great gym experience!

This is not the case with LA Fitness. You will find 80% of the TV's with CNN and FOX broadcasting nothing but politics. I asked them to show more sports channels or any motivations healthy channels to inspire us. It was declined!!

Had a really disappointing (understatement) experience at this LA fitness asking Jacob, who I believe is a manager, for help and guidance. His disposition, thoughtfulness, and thoroughness, were so lacking that it was quite shocking.

Also, it should be clear on maps that this is a signature location so that people don’t drive out of their way to attend this gym only to be told they have to pay extra. Gyms like this have me questioning more and more leaving LA Fitness. .

I came to this gym yesterday morning to make a membership through my employer. This has to be done in person, and when I asked the front desk employee about, she was extremely rude. Not sure if she’s clueless and new and doesn’t know how to work in customer service. Or simply a bitter person. After telling her I was there to make a membership, she didn’t say anything for a long time, and made me feel like I was stupid for even asking for help. Needless to say, she needs either an attitude check, or proper customer service training. She is literally the face of this LA fitness, how hard is it to answer a question politely? All she does is scan people’s membership cards, how are you going to act like you’re having a bad day 😭. Anyways, everyone else I spoke to after that was extremely polite.

I really thought this location was going to be extremely nice considering it is a signature club but as soon as I came through the door I was met with attitude from the young front desk girl. All I asked was how do I validate my parking from the parking structure and she responded rudely and as if I was causing a huge interruption to her day. I was at the gym with my wife and a guest around 10 pm. We checked in and informed the staff behind the counter that we had a guest. The staff member informed us that there was a $20 fee for guests. I politely asked if she could make an exception this time, but she repeated that we had to pay $20. I have visited different LA Fitness gyms across the country and have never experienced such rude behavior. The dumbbell section is the most chaotic unorganized section ive seen at a gym even compared to my college gym. Ive never once found a set of weights in their designated weight slot &/or there is just one dumbell and i need to go search for the other for about 5 minutes. I get there super close to opening and you would think at least at 5am the weights would be organized. Every other section is satisfactory though.

I had 3 times bad experiences with no instructors showing up in the group classes recently; it is not worth for who pay extra membership fee. On June 8th, 8:30am yoga class has no instructor show and about 15 students were in the classroom waiting, the worst thing is NO BODY (staff) to come to give an explanation.

had a really unfortunate encounter with Asad today. I have been coming to La Fitness for years, and this gym location is probably my least favorite of all time. I signed up for 6 months of personal training, and called towards the end to see if I had to do anything to complete the term, and the front desk said I was fine and it wouldn’t auto renew. After sitting on hold for 20-25 mins 3 separate times today- I went in person to try and resolve getting charged yet again. Asad told me I should have taken ownership for my account and that it was my fault it auto renewed, even though I was told by the front desk that it wouldn’t. He told me that I would have to come in again to handle it with someone else again tomorrow, and walked away mid sentence. He was pretty rude and not at all willing to help. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but I’d check out other locations if you can swing it- would have given 0 stars if that were an option.

Update 5/29/24: The gym is still great but I have noticed some deferred maintenance (on things like dumbbells, mats, fixtures, etc.

The Pilates program isn't as good as it was when I first joined. They added reformers to the Pilates studio, and they removed equipment. Also, all the classes are offered without levels - that's to say, every class may have beginners, intermediate, and advanced participants.
I think this makes it difficult for the instructors and it certainly has been difficult for me as a participant.

I love LA fitness but the staff here made me want to switch memberships. I came in to try out their signature gym to see if it’s worth upgrading my knees hip. After wasting 20 minuets of my time they said I could only tour the gym but not workout, because I’m a member and the lower tier I’m not allowed to get a day pass to try out the gym. But if I’m not a member I could. So members of LA fitness are treated worse than non members at this location.

The manager literally told me to my face he could let me workout if he wanted to but just doesn’t want to. Keep in mind I was polite and calm the whole interaction. Theese people clearly don’t care about growing the company or memebers they were annoyed when they had to stop gossiping in the back and come help me when I first walked in. Theese staff members are all on their phone and couldn’t care less for the customers there.

If you like big crowds come here. It’s like a zoo at all hours. The cable machines are poor quality, have weird sections of resistance when it should be smooth the whole way. I attempted to use a guest pass, looking forward to trying out the facilities, only to be bluntly informed that they are a "signature" location and members pay more, therefore disqualifying my guest pass privileges. This exclusionary approach not only undermines the purpose of a guest pass but also blatantly discriminates against individuals based on their willingness or ability to pay high membership fees. It's disheartening to see a fitness center that promotes health and wellness act so unwelcomingly towards potential new members. Their lack of transparency and elitist stance has completely turned me off. I expected a more welcoming environment and better customer service from such a well-known gym. Online I call in for the prices (possible deals) and they told to me come in person. So I go in with a friend and ask for the prices. this weasel looking man with a pubestache tells me to sign up its $45/mo with the initial fee of $75 or $55/mo without the initial fee.

Im like... aiya.. I swear online it's cheaper. And it is! Its $10 a month cheaper for both options. So I ask him about this and he says this was for a package deal for some stupid videos and it actually was supposed to be the price online. Continues showing us the $10 more prices while saying it's cheaper without the package deal.

So I ask for time to talk to my friend. Im like... wc did u hear him say this was the actual price and didn't mention the packages.... my friends like yea...

Ya so better to buy online and honestly I think the regular la fitnesses are just as good. Like maybe this one is a bit bigger but the front desk is even worse than the usual la fitnesses. The facility is okay as a gym. Nothing special compared to other gyms or other LA Fitnesses, but it gets the job done. The facility I would give a 4 star rating because everything is there and it's clean.

The sales team and management are pretty useless/scummy. The sales team will try to sell you on their training programs and will outright lie to you about the terms of your program. They will say anything to get you to sign up, even if its a lie. Best, avoid talking to them about it all together. Trust me!!!! Management may as well be non-existent as they can't do anything and will just point you to corporate, who will ignore your calls and emails. They have 0 integrity. Even when you have proof that the sales team lied to you, no one will do a thing about it.

Summary: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE TRAINING! Don't even do the free assessment!!! They will more than likely lie to you during your assessment and will push for the sale. Do yourself a favor, get social, ask someone there to help you work out, and save yourself a few grand. They're nice people at the gym who go there daily who will help for free. Just work out on your own terms, and you will be fine

I recently visited the LA Fitness location in California, hoping to enjoy the benefits of my multi-club access membership while traveling from Cleveland, Ohio. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.

Upon arriving at the gym, I was informed by the staff that, despite having a $40 monthly membership for all clubs, I would still be charged an additional $10 due to the location being a "signature club." This policy seems counterintuitive, as the essence of a multi-club membership is to provide flexibility and convenience for members.

This gym is like sitting in the traffic on the 405, it’s so packed that you can’t get a training session most of the time so it’s just not even worth it. It sucks that this place is overpopulated now because it used to be a great gym. The last few times I’ve come here consistently, I warmed up and left because I would get more done by leaving then by staying. There’s no point in getting a membership here unless you like waiting 30 minutes for a bench or machine to open. A one hour workout here will take 3 hours with the ridiculous amount of people here.

Machines are in top working order such as their elliptical machines with great availability, no waiting time. They have 4 curved non-motorized treadmills which many gyms do not offer.
Well ventilated place. Love the towel service, although extra charge per month. Nice swimming pool and hot tub and dry sauna. Locker room kept pretty clean. This particular LA Fitness is not crowded, at least in the later hours in my experience which is a good thing.

Been here before and it's still a really nice gym. Only disappointment is their relentless march to kill off the racquetball courts. There were a few people who came by wanting to use the one and only court left, but we had it reserved and used the full two hours. Meanwhile, the two converted courts next to it that had been loaded up with Pilates and Stretch equipments and gear sat unused the entire time.
I get that these activities must make more money overall for LAF, but was really hoping they would have at least kept two courts. Every LAF I've been to that has done this conversion looked just like this too, with no one in the converted courts but people left wanting to use the remaining court(s). RB isn't dead yet, and people still use those courts for all sorts of activities.

I got a guest pass. Just wanted to go for a day. They pull me to the side to activate it, and say it’s $20 but if I sign up they can do 20 off. I’m talking to sales rep Brandon and we find a deal for $75 and once I go to pay after they take all my info, he says they don’t take cash or Apple Pay. I go to the car to get my card and when I’m back, like a horrible salesman he says, “listen so I just talked to my manager and we can do a better deal for you. It’ll just be 110$”
At this moment, they’ve cut 20 min into my workout and now I’m preworkout up to talk to brandon and mark. Manager mark is no help and actually the downfall of the team. I would’ve signed up if he said 150 at first, I didn’t care about the price but the fact they waste my time and change the price when I’m at the checkout is pretty crazy. Anyways, horrible sales reps( everyone’s new because no one works there for more then a year), the gym is always busy, basketball courts don’t have balls, everything besides weightlifting costs more money to do. The good:
Facility is nice, locker rooms are clean, and trainers are friendly and great at helping with fitness goals. Probably the one of better LA fitness facilities in socal.

The bad:
Sales people and managers are the worst part of the experience.
I got scammed with the personal training sessions. After asking multiple times if the purchased personal training sessions expired, I was told they did not (and verifying point blank if it held true after personal training monthly subscription ended).

Then when it came time to cancel, they told me I had 30 days left to use up 20 sessions (or $1400 worth of sessions).

I asked them if they could extend availability for purchased sessions. For this they SAID, they'd grant an extra month is the most they'd be able to grant. (They did not, and $700 of my remaining sessions went down the drain).

When i confronted them about it, they said it wasn't in the end agreement.

Lesson learned: always get it in writing. And don't trust LA Fitness managers and sales people

I understand contracts and my part for not pushing to get it in writing. But the blatant lying by management was absolutely atrocious, and downright disrespectful.

I recently signed up for a membership and came from using 24 hour fitness. I decided to make the switch since I live close-by. The cost was much higher than 24 hour so I was hoping for more value. I have been a member for no more than a couple weeks and I’m already canceling. The equipment is not taken care of. You would think that the gym would be much cleaner than 24 hour since it doesn’t stay open as long - I was very disappointed to find that the equipment was no where near as nice and in fact was disgusting. If this is a signature location, I’m scared to see their standard locations. There were lines of people waiting to use machines - something that I rarely experienced at 24 hour. When I went to speak with the representative that signed me up, he explained that I am just coming at the wrong time. I tried coming at varying times and my experience was the same each time. I asked to cancel my membership and the rep said he would have to call me the next day. I never received a call. I called in to cancel and they told me they could not cancel over the phone. Worst experience with a business. I advise everyone to stay clear of this business.

I went to this club because I was staying at AC hotel , I visited the Irvine area before in the past and worked out at this (signature ) club .
I’ve been told you don’t have this membership to workout at this (signature ) club, but they let me go anyways , cause I’m just visiting .
But today I went there ,they wouldn’t accommodate me , have to pay $10 .
Employee and manager no common sense .

LA fitness is a very money hungry gym. I moved away and from California and was not able to cancel my membership. I had to pay for another 6months plus fees till I was back on vacation to walk in-person to the gym and cancel my membership. There was an option to mail in a cancellation but when I asked for help with this no representative was able to provide me with the form or information to do that. Good gym, but a terrible company and terrible policys.

If would give this place 5 stars if they would actually listen to when I complain that one of ONLY two grey ellipticals with blue steps (aka adaptive motion trainers) are broken. I informed two weeks ago, 3 different associates notified until today and nothing. Not even an out of order sign. Please fix the right side one and fix the left side one as it’s starting to click on the left foot rest.

Update: 8 weeks later and they fixed it. Finally put an out of order sign on the 6th week of asking. 4 stars because miscommunication on management but overall they do do everything else amazing and clean. Can’t ding them that hard
