The sauna is not working. It took over a year to get it fixed and now its broke again. Staff and management full of excuses but no ETA when the sauna will get fixed.
Homeless thieves loiter all day stealing from lockers, charging their electronics, washing their clothes in the shower for hours. Using all the hot water. You can easily identify them, they have several large bags and or luggage. They take ownership of several lockers and do not workout.
The air hand dryer only works sporadically then stops working. Paper towel were removed. Too much to list.
Feel scammed after joining. You pay full price and you get half the amenitues you are paying for.

Let’s start from a GOOD part. Alexandra M is a very nice yoga instructor, it’s slow pace and very relaxing.
Now to the point: it took me 20 min to get a yoga mat at that location. The staff is absolutely useless. Is it that difficult for you guys to have enough mats?
They were nowhere to find neither on the top floor nor on the ground floor nor in the yoga room. The receptionists as well as salesmen didn’t have any either. I was able to find one next to the weights. There was one more lady in the room who was doing yoga on her JACKET 😹😹😹 It differs a lot from all other locations (trust me — I’ve been almost to all of them).
And the validation is for only 90 minutes which adds extra stress. Well…

One of the worst location ever. Space is small, the smell when you walk in is overwhelming. The equipment in the lower level are old and rusty some falling a part.
Upstairs they set up an area for personal training which take half of the space and the trainers once done never place the extra back where members could then utilize. The weights are all over the place, it’s hard to get some time on the machines. I signed up under the impression that the managers actually monitored the gym and made sure equipment were up to date and the gym
Was clean and organized. This picture bellow is only one of many other examples that are all

LA Fitness makes it hard to cancel a membership, impossible to talk to the right people, they gaslit me, & treated me disingenuously when they messed up. I've never had such a poor experience in a customer service setting.
I had a membership for over a year & I paid for add-on services. I paid double on enrollment for the first & last month. My account billed at the end of the month.
I moved to a city 600 miles from the nearest LAF. Several days before my billing date, I called my club to cancel. They refused saying I had to come in. I explained my situation, was put on hold, but the call dropped. I called the next day, I was put on hold again for over 20 min until I had to hang up for a meeting.
I didn't have time again until the billing date. I called and the staff told me I would have to call corporate because there was no manager in. Corporate then told me I couldn't cancel over the phone AT ALL. Corporate redirected me AGAIN to submit a request via the app, so I did.
LAF didn't process my cancellation until 3 days later. I use a specific account for subscriptions and noticed LAF kept trying to charge me even though I just cancelled. I waited to add more funds to my account because I didn't want LAF to charge me since I just cancelled.
Later, LAF's collections dept called me to get me to pay the charge. I told them what happened, refused to pay since I did everything to cancel early & still submitted the request on time. They said they couldn't stop the charges. It was odd since they had the power to take my money but not stop the charges.
I called & I was told the charges should stop.
Two weeks later, the charges stopped, so I resumed using the same payment until LAF finally successfully charged me.
I called my club—they couldn't help.
I called corporate & explained everything, asking the employee, Evelyn, to remove the charge.
She explained that I was being charged because I didn't cancel in time. I explained I tried early, still submitted on time, but LAF slow-walked my request.
The call took on a baffling pattern: she would cite one LAF policy why the charges were right, I'd explain why that policy couldn't apply, she'd cite another, I'd explain it, and she'd restart the cycle like she didn't hear.
Specifically, I explained the situation; she said I was charged because I cancelled late; I said was only late because of LAF made timely cancellation impossible; she'd say I should've canceled in-person; I'd say I was unable because I moved (like I already said); she'd say that means I had to cancel online via the app; I said that's just what I did; she'd say but it was late; I'd say it wasn't late because I tried to call early, submitted in time, but LAF slow-walked it; then she'd say LAF had a policy that I should've done it in-person; & I'd say we've been over this; then she'd cycle back through.
She also tried to convince me the fees charged were for the prior month, where I used the gym. I said that was nonsense because when you sign-up you pay up front, for the future month, not the past one. Then she took me on a 3rd ride through the above cycle.
I asked for a manager multiple times, but she refused.
Yes, LAF is a business and has to protect itself from shady members. My situation wasn't that. I paid regularly, paid for extra services, & I worked to cancel several days before my final billing date. The ONLY possible reason my cancellation wasn't timely was because of LAF employees/policies.
I've been in other customer service situations. I always go in open to the chance that I made an error or there's a good faith policy explanation. My only expectations were that I'd get a full/partial refund or a sensible explanation why not.
I didn't get either. I had a long run-around, involving at least 6 calls. When I finally talked to the right person they ran me through a senseless shell game. I'm not mad I didn't get my refund. I'm mad they acted like my request was nonsense.
I'll move back to LA, but I'll never use LAF again. I hope the $65 was worth a multi-year membership.

For the price of a membership at $40-$50 per month, you would think you were at a premium club, somewhere that was very put together. You would be very wrong for assuming that. Machines break, which is okay, it happens. The issue is that don’t get fixed for 1-2 months. So many machines are broken here. The water station is also broken and has been broken for 4 weeks now.

Facilities would be great if they actually fixed their machines regularly. A shoulder press, back extension, and hip adductor have all been broke for way too long. Pads on working equipment is also often mangled and uncomfortable to use or outright missing. Staff is always nice though, and they’re aware of the issue as they have signs up on machines so I assume it’s whoever they source to repair the equipment.

FOR MONICA ON THE SALES TEAM.
I was a paying member of LA Fitness for 4 years. It’s a great facility with great people; however, cancelling my family account was a highly unprofessional experience and left an awful taste in my mouth facilitated by the sales rep Monica.
I came in to cancel my account and called ahead of time - I was transferred to Monica to inquire about closing my account and she was short and asked intrusive questions about the other members on my family plan. She stated that “I can’t close the family plan without confirmation from the other member on your plan” to which I told her that the other member had asked me to close the account (as we both don’t go anymore) and we had mutually decided to close the account. She flippantly disregarded this and reached out to his personal cell phone, both texting AND calling him after I had told her there was no need to do so.
When I came in person to cancel (which I was VERY clear about) she gave me the runaround. She sat me down, gave me a sheet of paper, and said “the account is cancelled” but after reading the sheet of paper she gave me closely, I realized the account was clearly not fully closed. I had to push back on her straight up lying to my face to get her to finally concede and fully close my account.
She was short, rude, and cold throughout the process and frankly, I would not be surprised if I got another charge on my card. She is untrustworthy as a sales person.
Listen, if you’re paid commission on customer retention and attempting to avoid churn, I totally understand. However, there is no excuse to flippantly disregard requests and host distasteful attempts to keep the lights on my account. Monica acted in a disgusting and sleezy fashion for her personal gain. Monica, go sell used cars if those are the sales standards you’re going to hold yourself to.
Great facility though :) Albeit, a bit busy!

The facility is decent for the price, but I had a disappointing experience with their personal training offering. I was initially told the sessions would be 60 minutes, but was later was told the cost was around $70 for only 30 minutes. When I raised the issue, the response from the trainer was unprofessional and hostile, where he cursed me out for wasting his time. The gym itself is functional but quite disorganized and not very clean. Overall, it feels like the business is run in a fairly loose and disjointed way. If you do decide to join, I’d recommend sticking to a fixed-duration membership and limiting interaction with the staff.

I’ve been a member of LA fitness for over 6 years. I recently moved and needed to change my home gym. I would avoid this facility and join a different location. The manager Juan Beltran (Westwood) severely lacks tack. No sir, canceling my membership and starting a new membership with you and paying the upgrade fee is not an option. If you’re that hard up for money find a different job. What a disappointment! However, it made the decision to join a different gym all together that much easier. - a loyal customer no more

If I could give LA Fitness zero stars, I would. Absolute scam. I signed up for a "free" personal training session, only to realize the entire thing is a joke — overpriced, barely 25-minute sessions, and no consistency in trainers. One day you’re with one random person, the next day with another. How is anyone supposed to make progress like that?
When I tried to cancel — WELL within the 5-day cancellation window clearly stated in their own contract — the experience became even worse. I emailed their support, only to be bounced to the "home club." I called the club, and the same rude, unprofessional manager (Devonn) who had been pushy from the beginning picked up. Instead of processing my cancellation, he interrogated me about why I even signed up in the first place, made comments about "commitment," and flat-out refused to help.
Completely unacceptable.
I'm attaching screenshots of some emails. I had to go back and forth for over three weeks and send a dozen emails and make multiple phone calls — just to cancel something that should have taken five minutes.
At that point, I had no choice but to dispute the charges with my bank — and thankfully, the bank sided with me. What a massive waste of time and energy. No customer should have to fight this hard just to cancel something they were misled into.
To be clear, my actual trainer (an older white gentleman) was friendly and professional — but it's obvious the real problem is the broken system and the incompetent management running these locations. They push people into overpriced contracts, fail to deliver a basic service, then make cancellation a nightmare.
Save yourself the headache — stay far away from LA Fitness.

I frequent this gym for the convenience of having it close to work. I appreciate that it's open early, and is always clean and well cared for. I believe the cleaning lady's name is Erlinda. She definitely deserves a shoutout, as I've been coming to the gym for many years and every time I see her, she's cleaning or organizing something! The one downside to the gym is the parking situation as it's only 90 minutes free. I also miss the 6am spin classes, as it was nice to get it in before work. hello, my experience at la fitness westwood was, bottom line, the worst experience i have ever had (and i was only in there for less than 3 minutes). i walk in and scan my membership card and the man at the front says rescan. so i rescan. upon rescanning, this man proceeds to say you can’t go in in the rudest tone i have ever heard. keep in mind i am a 20 year old female college student talking to a 40 something year old man. and also keep in mind earlier that day i have just been diagnosed with psoriasis so i obviously am not having the best day. so, irritatedly, i say im under my moms account since I am 20 and she created this account when i was under 18. (this is all i say in a slightly irritated voice). i have used this account for the past five years and have gotten into every other la fitness with no problem (that is until i came here). my mom has not even used this account as she only set it up under her name as I was under 18. back to the story, the man says doesnt matter, you cant get in. once again in the rudest tone i have ever heard. based on his looks and tone, his toxic masculinity took over once he heard me sound irritated as a 20 year old female. this is the only interaction i’ve had with him and he doesn’t offer me any solution, nothing. just a “you can’t come in”, no “come talk to someone in our team so they can fix your account/set up a new account for you”. even upon leaving, the man was talking to someone else at the front who offered me a guest pass. “can she use my guest pass” he says, a random stranger who is way nicer than a worker who is supposed to at least help. and the guy at the front desk says no she can’t in a way nicer tone, i don’t hear the reasoning as i walk out by this time.
genuinely the worst customer experience i have had, EVER. do yourself a favor and stay away from this gym. yes you want to go to a gym that’s local and the closest to you, but you do NOT want to go to a gym that treats their loyal customers like absolute crap. if you are a young girl in college who talks back even the slightest to the rudest customer service, you will be denied and given the worst attitude possible. I genuinely have never written a review about any place, nevermind a gym, but this has absolutely baffled me in so many ways. No solution was offered, the rudest tone was given, and the man acted like I was a criminal, saying no at the quickest chance to the person who offered me the guest pass. i do not have the name of the worker who has done this, but la fitness of westwood, a -Hispanic mid-age man who (seems) short and has very tan skin with black hair who works at the front desk needs to leave/his position needs to be rethought. his negligence and lack of empathy for others needs a reevaluation. given this terrible day of my diagnosis, i do understand that i could be way more upset than usual, but his lack of empathy truly ruined my day and outlook on la fitness. it makes me upset that someone like this could even be hired — the guest who offered my guest pass also seemed baffled by this huge change of attitude. to him, he was insanely nice, but to me, the rudest man i have ever talked to. never again. do yourself the favor and get a corepower yoga membership or drive an extra 10 mins to go to another la fitness location. i am doing both 🤣

Unfortunately, my experience at this gym has not been the best due to the manager's treatment. Every time I have had a question or needed help, his response has been rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing good customer service, he responds poorly, making the environment uncomfortable for members. Everything about this LA fitness will make you hate exercise and kill your goals. Been coming here for 4 years out of necessity (only other gym in the area is Equinox). The gym goers leave their weights everywhere and the staff does nothing but socialize with each other and sit on their phones. The cycling room — you know the one where everyone is pouring sweat, has ZERO sanitizing stations. That means if you sit on a bike seat in there, you’re sitting on months worth of ass sweat and booty juice. I hate this place, but I have to exercise. This gym is everything wrong with the fitness industry. I hope someone who works here reads this and either quits or changes everything about this place. Oh yeah, thank you for charging me during all of lockdown, then when lockdown ended you all remolded the gym making most of it inaccessible for another 6 months, charging us all the while.

Supposed “manager” Juan B might just be the rudest and most incompetent front desk staffer I’ve had to encounter. Doesn’t have a clue what the term “permanent address” means, and he’s also incredibly rude from the moment you have the displeasure of speaking with him.
This gym has outdated equipment, you have to pay for parking ($3.50 for 10 minutes of time!), and of course the worst part about this gym is how rude their management is, thanks so much Juan!

If I could give this gym zero stars, I would. My experience at LA Fitness Westwood was not just disappointing—it was absolutely unacceptable. I walked in excited to try the gym using a free trial pass, only to be met with rude, dismissive, and downright insulting behavior from the staff, particularly the manager, Juan.
The moment I mentioned that I go to school up north but have a permanent address in LA (where I spend most of the year), they flat-out denied my free trial. This is ridiculous since my connection to LA is legitimate. Juan seemed to take pleasure in being difficult, refusing to even consider my situation, and instead, he gave me the coldest attitude I’ve ever encountered in customer service.
To make matters worse, Juan was openly rude to both me and my boyfriend. My boyfriend was nothing but polite, yet Juan insulted him in a snide and unnecessary way. It felt like he was going out of his way to be condescending and argumentative rather than helpful. There was absolutely no effort to provide decent customer service or even treat us with basic respect.
This gym clearly doesn’t care about creating a welcoming environment for potential members. If this is how they treat people before they’ve even joined, I can’t imagine what kind of toxic environment exists once you’re locked into a membership.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid LA Fitness Westwood at all costs. There are plenty of other gyms in the area where the staff will treat you with respect and where you’ll feel valued as a customer. This is by far the worst gym experience I have ever had.

Honestly, I can't think of one single complaint or negative aspect of this very satisfying fitness center... Also, they offer military discounts which to me is a very important thing considering all of the sacrifices myself and my brothers / sisters in arms have made... So it definitely is a great feeling being shown that all I have been through is appreciated on a corporate level which is rare considering how much corporate greed has consumed our economy and financial sector of this country... Would DEFINITELY recommend this AMAZING organization to anyone who has a desire to get in shape, work with a personal trainer or even if you are just beginning to take the first step of taking action and putting effort into accomplishing personal goals to get in better shape, lose weight or whatever your heart may desire... All you need is the motivation, determination and LA Fitness to achieve that desired accomplishment!!! Also, this gym's location is EXTREMELY convenient and easily located if you aren't familiar with the area.. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THIS IS A JUDGEMENT / BELITTLING / HAZING / EMBARRASSMENT / COMPETITIVE / BULLYING ETC. FREE ZONE... THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ANY DISRESPECT, RUDE, EMOTIONALLY MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY IMPLIED SHAMING OR ABUSE. Also, the staff take sexual harassment, words, actions, behavior or anything otherwise that makes another member uncomfortable or feel that they are being violated in any type of sort of way EXTREMELY SERIOUSLY and all reports or complaints of any of the above will swiftly and firmly be handled by all authorized and legally applicable rules and regulations annotated in the membership terms and conditions... By far my absolute favorite fitness location in Los Angeles... The only place that I would place above LA Fitness would be the gym he had on base in Fort Hood, Texas while I was still serving in the United States Army.

I had the unfortunate experience of joining LA Fitness, and I would not want to join their gym membership ever again.
After relocating from LA, I requested cancellation of my personal training sessions. Despite assurances, I was billed the following month. My trainer repeatedly delayed processing the refund, eventually canceling future billings but ignoring the refund request. When I contacted LA Fitness staff, they rudely informed me that refunds were not possible. Their unreasonable attitude solidified my decision never to return.
The gym's cleanliness was appalling. Equipment was often sticky and uncomfortable to use. The bathroom floors were frequently dirty and wet, posing a serious safety hazard. It was evident that maintaining a hygienic environment was not a priority for LA Fitness.
Save yourself the frustration and financial headaches by choosing a more reputable fitness center.

What really sets this club apart is the employees. The club manager Juan is always there to greet you and will always accommodate your specific needs and requests! Devon, the Lead Trainer, provides a comprehensive initial assessment and will then spend time with you designing a specific training plan to achieve your goals. Parking isn't ideal, you can only park on the 4th level in the structure behind the building.
Go down the four flights of stairs, to the curb on the street, around the corner just to get to the front door.
They don't provide towels.
Not the gym's fault but half the people claiming equipment will sit on their phone occupying the machine not using it.

LA Fitness has the most deceptive marketing practices I have experienced. I signed up for the $39 initiation fee. The rep talked to me the entire time. Later I was charged $79 not $39, then $59 for annual fee, then $39 at end of month for the next months fee on the 40th which led to $180 in one pay period that I could not afford. Do not sign up for LA fitness without knowing all of the hidden costs they do not explain. After the money is gone, they can do nothing about it. Spoke to the manager and the only thing he could do was cancel membership with no return of fees.
BE AWARE of their tricks to get you in the door distract and rush you through membership process.
Ask lord of questions. Read thoroughly everyone you sign and initial. Check bank statements.

Don't go to this gym. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I wanted to cancel my membership, and they told me I needed to visit the gym between 9 AM and 5 PM. I told them I didn’t have time. Then, they said it was possible to cancel via email, but later insisted that I had to come in person again.
I explained again that I didn’t have time and asked for a phone number to call. They told me to contact the gym directly, but they didn’t respond. Finally, they gave me the LA Fitness corporate number. When I called, they said I could cancel online.
The staff is being unreasonable and making it difficult to cancel my membership. It’s not fair.

The restrooms and showers are very dirty. There are always a lot of people. The parking is over 90 minutes, and it’s very expensive. The manager said 'minutes,' and I misunderstood him. Because of that, I had to pay $17.50

This is a nice gym in a prime location of Westwood; but it has two big flaws.
First, parking is only free for 90 minutes, which for me at least does not allow enough time to walk to the gym, finish my workout, and get back out without feeling rushed.
Second, the free weight area is too small and there aren’t enough dumbbells. The cardio and other weight area of the gym is barely utilized so I wish they’d expand it.

Can you guys PLEASE not take away the inside entrance? Making us park where we park PLUS forcing us to go out in the street and around the block is so inconvenient and takes time out of the little 90 minutes you give us. You have a chance to upgrade client experience and you’re wasting it. WE HAD the entrance from inside the building… obviously it’s possible so please give it back.

This place is ran terribly.
The sauna has been “broken” for over 6 months. The weights are always unorganized or missing. The drinking fountains are constantly malfunctioning or not working at all. The one downstairs has been messed up for over 2 months.
There’s not a single sign in the gym to re-rack weights or wipe down the equipment so just about no one does it.

Here I go, trying to write a one star review and I can see the ratings are already so bad. I guess no need to write a complaint to corporate. Obviously they don’t care.
Im a member of a boutique gym in the area and I was going to join 24 hour fitness so my girlfriend and I can work out together closer to her place.
I was extremely disappointed. By the way we were treated at the front desk. The gentlemen’s name was Juan Beltran. He challenged me to contact corporate. Obviously, he knew that they’re not gonna do anything. we were very rudely greeted when I ask for a one day pass so I can try the gym. He told me I have to fill out the form and wait an hour. Three hours later I still have not received my free one-day pass. All that is fine. But the way we were treated by. Juan was unacceptable. Well corporate may not care. But I’m sure you guys do. If you have other alternatives, I would take it . I guess you get what you pay for!!

The low rating is for their cancellation policy of which they did not inform us when we signed up. Apparently you can only cancel on weekdays by going into the gym in person during business hours, which is when most people work! So I've sent emails and emails to which no one has responded. That's predatory and not a good look for a business, holding you hostage to the membership!

The gym is ok. The staff and people are nice. The reasons I put 3 stars are because:
1. Getting from your car to the gym and back is really annoying & convoluted.
2. They only have 90 minute parking validation and then you pay $3/10mins.
3. Half of their bars are some weird thick bar or weird thin bar. Not standard bars that are used for powerlifting.
4. People don’t rerack their dumbbells in the right place.
5. The free weight area is hot and muggy like a basement.
6. They could use more equipment like the Playa Vista location. Generally not the best for chest flies, no mag grips for back, lack of variety for cable attachments etc.
7. There are two creepy dudes that always hit on younger girls here. I’m a guy so it doesn’t affect me but it feels uncomfortable.
8. It can get crowded when you want to squat bench or deadlift on weeknights.

I’m very frustrated with the management of this gym. I went in person to cancel my membership, I talked with the MANAGER, he said to me he did cancel it and one month later they charge my card. I did call the manager and he said that I didn’t go there to cancel my membership? which was exactly the purpose of that. I don’t usually do this but it’s necessary. I had to go back there to cancel again something that I did before. I asked him this time I want to get the receive because last time and I didn’t ask for and he said they don’t do It. Well I want this time cause then I feel like I need to prove I really cancel it, otherwise next month they will charge me again lol. I can’t trust. Really poor management.

Really rude management. Was visiting LA for the weekend and based on their website it gives you the option for a 3 day pass and pick a location you want to go to. I get a call from a representative shortly after named monica and the second I let her know I was already on my way to the facility and she said that was fine since I was visiting in la. I come in and a gentleman tells me “Monica said you can’t come in because you don’t reside in LA.” I’m sorry why didn’t she tell me that over the phone when I was already on my way?? And where does it say on your policy I can’t go to a specific location when the website itself says to put the zip code on where you want to visit.
The gentleman puts me on the phone with her and she has the audacity to give me attitude and say “uh hello I’m talking.” What kind of establishment is this talking to people as if they run a top notch gym. At least communicate better.

Avoid this gym location at all costs. I attempted to visit this location with a friend of mine using a VIP guest pass he had been offered with his membership. Upon arrival they claimed I haven't "activated" the guest pass yet. Not knowing what that meant, I asked if I could activate it in person. They took me to another area with a different employee where he asked numerous random questions. Upon completion he stated that due to the fact that I am not going to buy a membership I am unable to utilize the guest pass. Which makes absolutely no sense as I have to actually try out and experience the gym/location before making a financial decision about buying a membership. The two options he presented me with were, either, purchase a full membership or purchase a day pass. Both things I did not want to do as I literally had a new guest pass which should have easily been able to be used without needing to pay or have any problems. I then asked to speak with a superior as I was confused with this whole ordeal and needed some clarification and hopefully a better outcome. Sean came over to explain again the two options I stated earlier and that I am unable to "activate" the guest pass. This whole event really left a terrible taste in my mouth in regards to LA Fitness and especially to the whole rude staff working at this Westwood location. Sad to see how unhelpful and insulting every employee was during my very short period here. Hopefully you will be mindful and AVOID this location at all costs.

‼️THIS GYM IS NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN‼️ I’ve been coming here for a year and had multiple uncomfortable things happen because of all the windows at street level. Once man at the bus stop was staring at me on the treadmill. I ignored until he started knocking on the window then produced to touch himself. I told staff he was knocking on the window they did nothing. Then the hip machines that I see primarily women using where you have to open and close your legs it faces the windows! I’ve been on the hip abduction machine and had men in cars waving and staring. The gym can be a very vulnerable place for a women. Ive talked to staff about this. I was hoping there would be a way to place advertising stickers on half the windows the ones where you can see out but people can not see in. I thought this was a great idea and will possibly bring in more members because after the bad incidents I spoke with my neighbors that are females and they all said the windows are the reason they refused to go to that gym. Really hoping the right person can see this and help create a safe gym for women in this area.

When getting someone to join and sign up for a membership, there's a few things you should refrain from saying because they can come off as offensive, cringy, or straight up just low-class. They also give you a very hard time and will try to squeeze your wallet when you're trying to cancel.

Worst LA fitness I have been to. LA fitness Coldwater is very bad too in terms of being a dark dungeon, LA Fitness Westwood has a bit of that too.
But so much more bad stuff.
To start parking is extremely awkward. I drove around the block 3x and finally tried the public parking where an attendant told me you turn in where the sign say Medical Parking. There is not a hint of this outside but once you get in and take a ticket you see a sign to go all the way to the 4th floor. You can take an elevator but I took the stairs and it was a covuluted pathway to finally get to the outdoors ground floor. Then it is not clear and no signs to show which way to go from there. Most of the gym is subterranean-no natural light. I tried a leg press machine,I could not move the lever to secure the machine when done working out. I have been around gyms and equipment for 30 years. Thank god another gym patron moved the lever so I could get out without crushing myself
I asked the front desk workers where a bathroom was and I was directed to the floor below but when leaving I saw a bathroom on the floor the front desk was on
Finally leaving was almost as confusing. You walk down a parking lot pathway where you find a stamp machine, then you go around the I side of another building to find the elevators You follow another confusing exit to your car.
Not going back

When you get a membership, the price includes one free training with a coach. But here is the catch - they'll never schedule it for you. Every time I tried to make an appointment they either cancelled it or the coach didn't show up, simply wasting my time

Don't go to this gym. There are homeless people inside all the time and the staff doesn't do anything. I've been trying to cancel my subsription, but they never allow me to do it, charging my credit card eventhough I cancelled with them. Stay away from this place.

This is an awesome gym with absolutely amazing staff! I don’t have words for the kindness they have shown my husband and I while in Los Angeles for medical reasons. 100 stars ❤️
