I’ve gone to this LA Fitness location several times with my partner , and I’ve seen how uncomfortable and unsafe he feels because of another member who has been harassing him , The first time he was harassed by this member he threatened to physically hurt my partner and all that was done by the staff was a verbal warning and the harassment has still continued . Even after he reported it multiple times, nothing has been done.

He’s tried contacting corporate and management, but they’re not taking the situation seriously. It’s upsetting to see how little has been done to protect members and make the gym feel like a safe place to work out.

I’m very disappointed with how this LA Fitness location handled an ongoing harassment situation. A member has harassed me multiple times, and even after staff warned him not to do that, he continues — and nothing is being done about it.

This member has threatened to hurt me, and the only action taken was a verbal warning. I’ve emailed everyone, called corporate, and even reported the situation to the police. Management, including Nikki, has not taken any meaningful steps to protect me.

I’ve been a loyal member for years, but after this experience, I no longer feel safe here. It’s extremely disappointing that LA Fitness allows this kind of aggressive behavior to continue without accountability. All I want is to be able to workout in peace, at this point I’m starting to look at other gyms .

gave me a really hard time at this location, showing him that I’ve received a email to come inside the fitness today and to show my complimentary pass. HE proceeds to says that it’s already expired and that email doesn’t explain full details on how I’m supposed to put an appointment in before starting a complimentary pass. This had Made no sense and forced ME to pay. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, explaining to me that he is leaving soon. I ended up paying, and staying till closing, turn to find out he is there and closing TODAY. I questioned him he told me he is tired and worked 12 hours. I truly did not care, AS a OVER THE ROAD TRUCKER, that’s thousands of miles away from (home) PHILADELPHIA AND if anything I’m the tired one that just literally appreciate the little things like a shower and a quick little exercise. This has truly upset me. I hope he will be removed from his job and taken care of. If I can leave a zero star I would have went with that option.

I’ve been a member for some time, but I’ve noticed the gym standards have been slipping. The disinfectant wipes are no longer provided, just paper towel and spray. Which is concerning for cleanliness.On top of that, the paper towel dispensers in both the men’s and women’s restrooms have been down for weeks without being fixed. These are basic necessities that really impact the gym experience and overall hygiene. Also weights are never re-racked never enforced . It’s a free for all at this gym, you’re better off going to planted fitness.
I hope management addresses these issues soon

This used to be the best LA fitness in the IE until they removed the old equipment and brought in new equipment. Most of the equipment is designed to help females build a bigger booty or crossfit. If you count the Smith machines they literally have 16 squat racks. Outside of booty building and crossfit you are very limited on what you can do.

I attend for the water aerobic class specifically. However , they really need to find a Permanent instructor too many times a good dozen of us show up for class and there be no instructor and they have to scurry to find somebody and often ended up having to cancel the class due to no instructor. Very frustrating. Hoping soon they’ll offer this class at this location more than the days per week . Maybe easier to find a full time instructor. Part time seems hard for them to cover. Update; they’ve gotten much better providing instructors for our class seem permanent now even added Saturday morning to our class schedule of mon-fri. Thanks LA Fitness for doing better.

I have been coming here for about two years now, I have always had little issues here not so great to leave a review but as of lately restrooms are always dirty weights have never been re-racked staff saids they do it at night but not true you will find weights laying everywhere not even the trainer re-racks so that tells you a little of the atmosphere. More expensive than other local gyms. As am writing this review trainer is 10 feet away cursing up a storm. I think I am due for a change. Right about now I miss fitness 19.

10/10 recommend Brandon as a trainer. I recently start my health journey and he is super supportive and actually listens to you and how you are feeling and your insecurities . Brandon (master trainer) ensures that my techniques are always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable, punctual & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. Brandon is great with nutrition and making your goals come true . Within these few weeks , ive noticed a tremendous difference in the best way possible. Brandon is the best ! Go talk to him , he is super approachable.

I have been a patron of this location for a few years now. At this point, I may be canceling my subscription. As I was leaving the gym I just happened to overhear a conversation about yet, another break in. Someone had broken the window of a young man's car and stole his medications. Not only any medication, it was is cancer medications. I felt so bad for him. It was disheartening. He was waiting for MVPD to come help out. I really hope the police helped him retrieve whatever was stolen and that the gym also helps him in some way or form. Like I said, this is I believe the 4th or 5th time I have heard of someone's vehicle being vandalized at this location. It is not safe. And if this young man happens to read this here is my advice: If the police or the gym don't help you in some way and/or you have any setbacks due to your condition and lack of medication I would not only bring charges against the thief, I would also sue LA Fitness who does care enough to offer security. I would also include the City of Moreno Valley. It is just ridiculous the amount of crime in this city. How can you feel safe living in this town anymore?

There is no security on site. I'm sure if corporate would care enough they would put some system in place. If I could give this gym negative stars I would. They signed me up for training services and never once reached out to me about scheduling services. I’ve called and texted the “head trainer” and they claim they’ll call me to schedule services not once did they. The manager Juan who signed me up at the time said I’d be on MONTH TO MONTH. When I attempted to cancel because no one ever reached back out to me about scheduling training services they said I’d owe $900 to just cancel. They give out false advertisement and do not care about their members. Their customer services is the absolute worse. They also altered documents stating I used the training services which I never did. They lie and scheme their guests. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Been going for about 2 months now. I go at about 730 to beat the rush hour, it's usually not too bad but still can be extremely busy.

Dbs are never in the right place, but honestly I don't mind. I usually find what I need. Machines are usually available when I need them, unless someone is taking forever. In that case, I'll do something else till they are done.

Over all not bad. At first some machines broken for a week, but haven't seen that since.

Juan, the new general manager, what a great guy! He was doing his daily routine of walking around the parking lot to look out for the gym's members and caught a person hitting my car. He tracked me down inside of the gym and had the guy who hit me waiting outside to exchange information. Definitely recommend this place! If I can I would give 0 stars, So this evening My twins decided to go to there neighborhood gym which La Fitness on Eucalyptus. Because of their social media platform they attend many gyms for photos and sponsors and its their job to train. They were kicked out and threaten by an Hispanic employee who also ran out to their cars he removed his employee shirt wanting to fight. The other employees came outside to get him. He Argued with everyone he wanted to go back and forth but they were ignoring him. Everything was caught on video. They have lived in Moreno Valley for over 10 years and never have been so disrespected. I will be calling corporate Monday morning. Horrible first visit.

Pics speak for themselves. No this is not a one off. This gym is dirty and disgusting. Staff always acts shocked and says someone will clean it or it's busy. Don't believe them and don't get a membership here. If anything, go to the riverside location. Besides kids club the staff is usually talking or playing on personal laptops. Most of their trainers don't even rerack equipment. The members don't either because it's not enforced or encouraged. Staff uses this as a reason to not pick up it's comical and a display of blatant laziness. They've been missing equipment forever and says they will replace and they won't. I just visited this gym for the first time and I didn’t know what to expect due to all the mixed reviews. It’s not as nice as my home LA fitness but I thought the gym had everything I needed including a huge turf area for cross training! That was a huge plus in my book! I think this gym is a 4.5/5 but could easily be a 5/5 if they rearranged the areas and added sleds/tires to the turf area. I didn’t speak with too many staff but they seemed organized and friendly.

It has everything you'd want in a gym. Organization and cleanliness is pretty poor. A lot of it has to do with the people not picking up after themselves but Fitness 19 always had someone working on the floor so that wasn't an issue. Also fitness 19 had disposable wipes so you could quickly wipe down the benches/machines after use. This place only has a limited amount of spray cleaners.

Staff is very nice here always make you feel welcomed. But the most irritating part of the gym is that no one reracks their weights after their workout. You either spend 10 min walking all over the gym to find dumbbells cause no one puts them back, or you go to do your next workout only to start off by repacking weights for someone else. Although this place is messy, it is not dirty. I always see one or two staff members constantly cleaning. Oh and they’re pretty slow on fixing machines that are not working.

I've been too like 9 gyms in the area and this is the best one. I love how the machines are set up inside. It's not a mess like other gyms where it looks like they put the machines by size as if it was Tetris. Friendly and helpful staff if you ever need anything but make sure to read the contract before signing. They can at times screw you over that way. (Referring to the sales people.)The daycare staff is also a plus for me since they're also do a great job. I also recommend Brandon, he's a master trainer here.
