This facility looks great with new machines and a spacious design. However, super horrible mean girls style customer service at the front check-in desk. They were both very rude and caddy, like high schoolers. I did walk in front of a grandmother and her daughter (my bad), but there were two women at the front desk. One of them could have checked in the grandma and the other one could have assisted me. Instead, she looked up my account on June 16, 2025, around 8:00a.m.
I stopped by because I really had to pee to the point that I almost peed in my pants. I just walked from Planet Fitness on my way to Aldi, which was closed. I had to downgrade my gym membership because of life issues. I had a 24-hour fitness, a golds membership, and an L.A. fitness membership. Up until this interaction, I always thought L.A. fitness was one of the better gyms. The customer service representative even looked up my phone number to see that I was a past member before saying no. Weak. If I were a sales or an operations executive here, I would send you ladies through customer service classes. I would have been a prime new customer again. P.S. the pet store next door, petsmart was closed and the manager was kind enough to let me use the bathroom.

Creo que deberían de mejor su información la primera vez me indicaron que pagaría 360 membresía y entrenamiento de 3 Días el cual pedí una persona que hablara español, me indicaron que si todo muy bonito andy y Xóchitl se llaman las personas que me dieron esta información MALA!!! El cual de igual manera nunca me hablaron del anual, pero dije está bien y la pague.
El primer mes pague los 360 el cual no me entrenaron quizás una semana completa por qué no estaba Joy la persona que podía hablar un poco español el cual perdía mis días de entrenamiento es decir pague un mes para nada.
Luego hablé con el nuevo encargado el cual me brindó la información tal cual es y quiso ayudarme ya que le mostré pruebas HABLAMOS CON XOCHIL LA CHICA QUE NO ES CONGRUENTE CON LO QUE DICE Y CON LO QUE APLICA.
Literal el primer mes regale mi dinero, el nuevo encargado medio una solución una excelente entrenadora kely que habla español y eh podido entrenar a como es ya que por ende pago esta cantidad.
Deberían de brindar una buena información y que sea real para que no hava estos tipos de inconvenientes oh

I am going to this gym since 2018 and I just love it! The gym is so clean due to a very dedicated, hard working and kind lady, Angelica! Thanks to her devotion to clean as well as possible, we all can enjoy a wonderful experience. The other day, I told her that the gym is so clean again and her answer impressed me the most: " I want our members to enjoy to work out in a clean environment, to not breath and inhale dust, especially working on the cardio machines." I travel for work frequently, so I see plenty of different gyms. First off, LA Fitness is one of the best chains in the U.S. Period. This location specifically is super clean, well organized, and all of the similar body part machines are all clustered together, which makes your workout super easy. Daniela was outstanding at the check-in desk, promptly opening the facility for us diehards at 5am plus helping me with my day pass purchase. If in this San Bernardo area and looking for a gym to join or a one-off workout, this is the spot.

I brought in a guest and my guest did a so called "free" training assessment which some how led to their trainer signing him up for a contract for over 1000 but under my membership which i never authorized or signed for. Im so upset bc its linked to MY account my initials arent even on the paperwork bc i never signed for anything. Im now in process of trying to get that contract voided bc thats falsified and nothing can be linked to my membership without my consent or knowledge. Be careful with those trainings they offer bc they trick people into signing up for all this money when honestly you can just train yourself

pool was making an AWFUL noise when draining into the filter. we had to leave after 15 min because the noise was so loud, unbearable, and CONSTANT. we asked the employees and they said it happens often. Owners/Managers NEED to put in a work request because it ruins a major amenity for the gym!

Me and my husband have been trying different gyms around the area. I must say this gym is always clean and well-organized, with all the machines in excellent working order. They have a cleaning person on duty throughout most of the day, and wipes for the machines are usually stocked. The only thing missing is a sauna, but aside from that, the staff is friendly and helpful. My husband and I love coming here! Keep up the good work.

I came I wanting to shop for gyms and the team there is really friendly and walked me through everything. They made a custom workout plan for me and even helped used the machines and gave me a cardio program. Mike the manager there gave me the best deal he could. The facility is huge and really clean. Compared to other gyms in the area, this gym just blows them out the water in terms of service and the facility has all the amenities that I need and more! Gonna check out other LA fitness in the area!

Membership or no membership the staff is very unprofessional & very much rude. I used to have a membership at this gym but didn’t renew my membership because of how unprofessional the staff is, how they don’t care about the members, how they don’t care about facility.

I had visit esporta back in June just to not get no where and get treated with horrible customer service. I spoke with a young man that was a salesman that didn’t want to let me workout.

Fast forward to today 9-3-2024 in the morning I came in to see if I could use a quest pass to workout of course I spoke with a beautiful lady that was at the front desk that said she was a manager. I told her that I did the guest pass online and was trying to see if I could workout for the day. I found out from back in June the salesman that I spoke with back in June wrote a lot of false information into the computer about me. She went back to talk with someone & when she came back’ she had a whole different attitude towards me. The woman manager was very rude, unprofessional, & silently nasty with her attitude to where she would cut me off of not getting a word out. I wasn’t rude or didn’t have an attitude with her. I don’t know what is going on. All they want is my money and All I am trying to do is come to a solution in this situation. I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and seen almost everything and that’s including horrible workers. I wouldn’t advice no one to workout there or even get a membership at esporta/la fitness now. The company have a dysfunctional staff. Or maybe torwards “Black People” I don’t know…

Something has to get right and we need to find a solution to this problem of a situation.

This business preys on vulnerable Army Combat veterans. I was forced to sign a contract and was told I would only be charged about 200 dollars. The company then charged me 380 twice and wanted more. Even though I informed them of the mistake and asked them to either honor the original rate the Head trainer assured me of or cancel it completely, they ignored my emails and calls. They only finally answered when i continued contacting them and they were of no help and were very disrespectful.

The trainers have predatory sales tactics. They target vulnerable customers who are seeking help, promise them there is no commitment, and then trick them into a contract that they claim can not be canceled. Became a member here and I liked the gym. I was told when I signed up that I could change the membership so that a guest could come with me for free. Didn’t do it at sign up but I was considering it adding the additional $7-10 if I liked the gym. I went in about a month into the membership and the guy said the policy had changed and I could no longer add that guest pass add-on. It had to be added when I signed up. To make a long story short I was lied to and the sales team here in way to sales oriented. When I brought friends they were always trying to push a sale. I get it, I’ve worked in sales for 15 years, but the pushiness here is unattractive and unnecessary. It seems like meeting quotas is more important than customer. They will do whatever it takes to get the sale or the up-sell. There are many other better options in this area.

I love this gym. I been there for 3 months, the crowd, the people, the employees. It’s great💜 what they have is perfect enough to help start off any weight loss journey. When I go I always see the 2 janitors cleaning up, it’s been clean for me as a women using the restrooms, pool area. The pool is great & they have a speed treadmill. I haven’t had any complaints! Any issues I did have they took care of it in a time manner. Can’t beat the price for what you get!

Crunch is much better and cheaper, but I don’t live near one so decided to get a membership here. The private room always has the lights off, so if you’re self conscious good luck. Esporta - LA Fitness in Loma Linda - San Bernardino, CA: Great place to work out, play basketball, go swimmimg, etc for a great low monthly fee of $9.99 with $45.00 annual fee (while the $50 to $100 initiation fees are waived for returning members like me). Soon, they will be open 24 hours to be competitive with other fitness centers (e.g., Planet Fitness, 24-hour fitness, etc). The best place to work out with great amenities, such child care, group classes, HIIT sessions, personal training, etc.

The gym was clean, not to busy. Also was my 1st time at this specific one. So far, from when walking in the staff not seeming to be happy to be there at least the two I saw. Also the one guy who was leading a class in the training area, seemed unmotivated just standing there leaning against the workout station.
I see more trains motivated and staff motivated at 24 hrs than at this Esporta gym.
I only gave it 4 stars due to it not being busy and also clean, the lack of motivated staff gave me a less than lack luster feeling.
