Absolutely terrible experience. I went in hoping to try out the facility with a free 3-day pass—something they literally advertise as a way to see if the gym is a good fit before committing. Instead, I was told I couldn’t use the pass unless I scheduled a meeting with a manager two weeks out. Until then, I wouldn’t even be allowed inside. So much for a “free trial.” Sounds more like a bait-and-switch sales tactic.

On top of that, despite making it crystal clear multiple times that I’m no longer interested in a membership, they keep calling me relentlessly. If I say “no thanks,” I don’t expect to be harassed like I’m dodging a shady telemarketer.

If this is how LA Fitness treats potential customers, I can only imagine what it’s like once they actually have your money. Safe to say I won’t be back—and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a transparent, respectful fitness experience.

We need a planet fitness to fill in the gaps, to congested here and not enough access to many important machines.

Had to come and redact my score. There is now another gym and it's about 100 bucks for a quarter of the equipment, Kendall Karen GYM. I'll have to atleast give this place some props for atleast making gym affordable. Raised from 1 star to 3, this gym, you gotta take the good with the bad but results will follow non the less.

Very careful on what you sign, ANGEL (manager) tricked me to sign a contract for personal trainning for 9 months instead of 3 months that I wanted . Now I have to pay $500 dollars to buy-out my contact. Heard that he does that to get promoted and had tricked many other people too. Called the corporation and explain my case, they still want me to pay my buy out because I sign documents instead of punish his employee even knowing what is going on.

Signed up for the 3 day pass to try out the gym. I didn’t receive an email so i walked in at 10:35AM and they helped us sign a waiver and the 3 day free pass. Once we got the tour of the gym which lasted about 15min we sat down to speak with Mark. He told us he was at max capacity of giving 5 free passes a day so he wouldnt be able to let us use the gym unless we paid $20 for using the facility or paid a membership with them. If you guys want to try out la fitness dont go to this location because you will get turned away.

my children attended your facility, and unfortunately, their experience was negatively impacted by the unprofessional and immature behavior of one of your employees.

The way this young lady spoke to my children was completely unacceptable. Her tone and attitude were not appropriate for a professional setting, especially one dedicated to caring for and engaging with children.

As a parent, I expect the staff at the Kids Club to be respectful, supportive, and properly trained to handle interactions with children in a positive manner. This experience has made me question the quality of supervision and training in place at your establishment.

This gym is the worst if it wasn't so close I would have never given them a second chance. The first time I had this gym it was called LAFitness. It was okay never had much issues aside from the machines being broken for weeks. Then it because esporta fitness and for 2 summers the AC wasn't working for the aerobics room they always said they would fix it that they were waiting on parks it was always excuses after excuses. I decided to put my membership on hold for a some months and today I wanted to finally cancel and the girl on the phone said that I had to do it in person. I'm super sick but I went anyways. I got there and the girl in the front took 30 seconds to cancel my membership. I don't see what was the point of me driving up there for something that took them 30 seconds. What a horrible experience. I hope people go to other gyms because this one is absolutely horrible.

Don’t waste your time and money here. I went back to this gym after Covid and they still have the same issue with the AC the staff is clueless and now they don’t have the best zumba instructor that they had. I’m actively looking for something better because they have always been a disappointment every time I go back. I’m going to give them a couple more months and I’m goin to see if nothing changes I’m definitely quitting this horrible place and never coming back. You can see the machines broken for weeks, the management is the worst. I hope people do their research before wasting money here.

Since July 2024, the customer service at Esporta at University Parkway in San Bernardino has been so poor. The previous managers have left and gone to other locations and now they’ve hired all students that don’t even give good customer service. Welcome you check your membership. They’re now losing customers left and right.. when I went up to the desk after working out, I had a few questions not one of the students at the front desk paid attention to me, looked at me or even answered my question. Looks like we’re gonna have to go to another gym.

I’ve been coming to this gym for years and it’s too overpacked now . I understand people want to change or add the gym to their lifestyle BUT you also have people who come just to take up 2 machines at a time with their belongings and mess around . If your thinking of having a strict routine for arm day , leg day , back day , ect . Good luck racing over for those 2 machines … This gym needs to add more of the popular machines or expand their building ! This gym is great. I been coming here for almost 3 years on and off. The equipment is in good condition the cleaning crew is awesome the gym is always clean when I go. The only thing is the staff. They really need some serious training in people skills greeting people in general especially the girls they really need some training. Except the pretty black girl she is cool and super respectful the other girls can learn a thing or two from her I think shes the manager. She deserves a raise.

So it's about 530 pm on Saturday and I'm here at the gym walking on the treadmill... And there are 2 young Hispanic male employees at the front desk with a personal speaker (not the overhead music speaker) playing very loud music with foul language and the n-word could be heard several times in the song that is playing.... As a black woman not only do I NOT appreciate it but feel that it's very disrespectful and inappropriate .... I have spoken to the corporate office several times in the pass about the behavior of the employees at this location but they somehow don't seem to care very much.

I really want to like this gym cause it’s close to my work. It’s pretty clean and has some really nice equipment. The dumbbells are always in a disarray but that aside, this gym is so sooo busy. It’s like social hour with groups of three people socializing around equipment or people just sitting on their devices—when just about every single machine is in use, it would be nice to see staff manage the floor. They have signs for cardio equipment, just saying.This membership is starting to feel like a waste of my time because a few times I’ve walked out after not being able to find equipment.

I love my gym! From day one I was welcomed and they motivated me to hire a personal trainer. My trainer Jerica is awesome and always pushes me to be my best! The personal training room is a nice perk too when I want to come in on a weekend and train on my own off the main floor. My only gripe is that people who do not have a personal trainer mosey on in the personal training area and use it because they think they can because the trainers aren’t there to say anything. Those who have trainers pay a lot for their training and apart of that is being able to work out in a designated area. How do I know these random people aren’t supposed to be there? Some guy came in today and asked if I’d mind if he trained next to me. I said no worries… he then proceeds to tell me, “I know I’m not supposed to be in here, but…. Xyz, blah blah blah.” I just put on my headphones and rolled my eyes. Wish there was some kind of key card for us to come in to filter out the random entitled ones who don’t pay to be there. Other than that I love this gym! I highly recommend coming here, just be respectful and use only what you pay for!

This place saved my life. When I first came into the gym my anxiety was at it all time high I didn’t share it with the staff but man the staff went out of there way to remember my name and encourage me to come back. it’s been 2 years now since I’ve been apart of ESPORTA because of it. I wouldn’t change this gym for anything. I go into this location every time I workout and I’m greeted with a smile and my name my anxiety is gone!! It's a very nice gym. Lots of Machines to use. It's always clean. It's convenient for those who have kids because they have a daycare in the gym. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. They always say hello and goodbye. The reason why i'm giving them a 3 star is because of some of the workers. Some of the workers try to push you into getting a trainer. I understand it's a gym, and some people want the trainers. But, if u tell them ur not interested in a trainer or you cant afford it right now or anything from the fact that u dont want a trainer they will keep bugging u to get a trainer. Right now for me I feel like Im being attacked. I dont want a trainer. I just want to go and workout on my cardio. Thank u....

The dumbells lack order and organization as no one puts them back in their proper place. Also this gym needs a section for deadlifting and hip thrusting. I went to try out their “Free trail” that I signed up for online, went in to try it out and was given a walk through but then told I needed to pay $5 to do the trial, and was given the different memberships they offer. Afterwords I worked out and when walking out I was asked again which membership was the best for me and to sign up today since they had a deal that ended that day.. so just for the fun of it I went back the next day and the “Special deal that ended that day” was still on going… So glad I did their “free trail” instead of going here.

Called this morning to inquire about the cost of a day pass. The person who answered the phone told me she didn’t know how much it cost nor would she be able to do it herself. She then proceeded to let me know only a manager could sign me up for a day pass and that one of them might be in around later this morning.

Why do you have people working if they can’t perform basic functions? And since when do you think customers should base their schedules around when a manager can come in. Thankfully, I’m just visiting, but this sad and embarrassing.

Pleasantly surprised by the size. It’s just as big as the 24 hour fitness in Rialto, minus the sauna. I was paying $68 for 2 people there, here is $25 (I bring my brother with me all the time, no need for 2 memberships). There are plenty of machines and equipment, the gym is kept clean and the staff was pretty nice. I’m glad it’s so close to me as well, 3 minute drive vs 20 min drive.

Clean, nice equipment and doesn't get as crowded as say Fontana's location. But it's much smaller than Fontana and doesn't have Handball or Basketball courts nor a sauna and hot tub.

Only actual negatives are they have Hex plates which makes deadlifting a little difficult and only 1 seated cable row that has a V-Grip that spontaneously disappears.

Their cardio section is pretty sweet though, but I don't do cardio like I should....
