It’s always busy of people. Machines are constantly being used. Ac doesn’t work in the whole building. Men’s locker is always dirty. Sauna and wet room is always busy and dirty or they’re not working. Always out of sanitary wipes to wipe down the machines. ETC!

It's a gym. I say that as in it has equipment but not the best ones. Main dislike is how packed it's been since they abruptly closed down the Hacienda location. Don't go in with a plan of what movements to do or even what body group to target because everything will be occupied. This place would work for "lifestyle" people who will feel accomplished by just getting some movement into their routine but not a good place for people trying to build proportional muscle or have any schedule. Revolving door of staff who aren't treated right. Pushy and sales-y. Looking at the reviews, they must have ran a promotion or something to get an abnormal amount of good reviews around the time that the other location closed down to balance out the bad reviews of malfunctioning air-conditioning, sauna, and over crowed. Add to the level of deception.

Since closing the Hacienda location, this place has become insufferably busy. Y’all are going to need to figure something out. If I’m going out to have to deal with that level of commotion, I’ll go to EOS. I hadn’t had any problems here for the last year until now. It’s incredibly frustrating and discouraging.

My husband and I have been members for over 2 years now. We have complained multiple times regarding the temperature in the cardio area. When I walked into the room today, it had to be at minimum 80 degrees!!! It felt like a sauna! This is extremely unhealthy. Managers and personal are aware of the problem, say they have spoken to management, and nothing has been done to fix the problem for years!! Are you waiting for someone to collapse from heat exhaustion or worse, have a heart attack? What is the problem? Please address this problem before we move into the summer months. If you can't fix the air conditioner, could you at least install larger fans, open doors, or move the weights into the cardio area and move the cardio machines to an area where the air conditioning does work? DO SOMETHING! If something isn't done, we will have to find a gym that cares about their members.

Just moved to this area and the gym is really clean, even though there is a lack of a basketball court it is very well maintained and the machines and equipment are new. Not super cramped and busy like these large chains gyms usually are.

Pretty average for LA Fitness, certainly not one of the best clubs but will do the trick.
➡️ Older equipment, clean and decently maintained but not updated (cardio machines are not the ones w/individual entertainment systems).
➡️ Decent number of squat racks and smith machines.
➡️ Strange layout (I'm sure for space concerns), some weight equipment upstairs, some downstairs, along with the functional area).
➡️ Like the fact they have spa and steam but it is co-ed so keep that in mind.
➡️ Overall clean.
➡️ No basketball
➡️ Not a large parking lot but it was quite quiet on an early morning so not an issue.

This place decided to let me know that I had a balance of almost $300 with them well after the fact, I haven’t been coming there because I moved out of state and totally forgot that I still had a membership with them. Rather than working with me and understanding, they said that I had to pay them all this money in order to cancel the account and I just don’t have it so now they’ve got me trapped. Predatory is the only word I can think of.

Overall I love the turf area, but think the restroom could use a little work. Locker room is a bit of a confusing layout to find your way to the sauna/steam room.

So there’s a plus, it’s one of the few locations that has a steam room. Also, the upstairs area is cute but not large enough. Could use a few more racks and presses of the legs. No enough stair masters :/

Lastly, there is plenty of parking in their side area.

I really like this location The people are more friendly here maybe it's because it's smaller. However too many of the patrons do not shower before using the pool or that jacuzzi I don't know what they are thinking, they don't think about hair body lotion and it antiperspirant makeup not to mention the other natural things that fall off the body and end up in the water. If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Jason the manager is rude, unprofessional and sooo salesy. Went back on his word multiple times and lied to my face about what he had 'told me yesterday'. I took the worst ever aqua fit class. I have been taking classes for years and the aqua fit class.was the most disappointing ever Instructor had no energy No motivation Nothing aerobic in the class Aqua fit classes are usually full at least in my experience and this class had 5 people The work out was non existent No instruction from instructor for new participants about using the water weights the water was lukewarm and one would hope that working out in the water would raise the body temperature I was cold the entire time

I had a bad experience at this gym. due to lack of options in the plans sold by them, my son gave up on continuing and they had said that before the 30 days they would not charge an annual fee of $49 ... and they charged me for that I am telling my case here My biggest question is that the gym doesn't have a mid-term plan to get personal training and either the plan cost $49 just to use the gym or $300 to get professional help completely absurd

I had a bad experience with La Fitness long ago and I decided to give them another chance. I feel like they want your money but they could careless about you as a person. They charged me 336.98 for a membership of 99 dollars to pay 39.99 a month. I added my brother it's 20 bucks more. The sales rep told me 49.99 would come out of my account for the annual fee they took out 98. I'm out! No more La fitness should of went to 24 hrs it's 1 dollar down. How am I supposed to clean the mats with dry wet wipes and no spray bottle? I've seen the mats get cleaned before. It's done with a dry mop. So the mats are not getting cleaned and there is no way for me to clean them. Ring worm? Staphylococcus? Impetigo?

The positive is that there is a variety of gym equipment. The downsides, however, are that the "customer service" at the front desk often acts like rude, confrontational and power-drunk but wimpy bouncers instead of customer service. And that culture, which is clearly accepted or cultivated by management, unfortunately cannot overcome the positives.

After decades of gym memberships this particular gym was the final straw. I ordered my dream home gym setup and am cancelling my membership here. Do yourself a favor and build your own home gym rather than deal with this place. It's cheaper and and much more satisfying in the long run.

I've been to this location when it was 24 hour fitness. Looks exactly the same. 99$ sign up fee and 40$ a month to go here. lol. It was 40$ as a veteran to be able to go to any 24 hour fitness location. If I understood correctly, this price only includes this location. The facility is also not open 24 hours a day. I believe Planet Fitness would be a better value if you are local. No hate to the owner or the staff, it's just bad marketing.

I really liked this location when it first reopened as ESPORTA from 24 Hour Fitness. You were able to access machines, use the amenities and come across friendly staff. As someone who was one of the first to sign up during their initial opening, I can say that this gym will seem amazing at first, but that feeling will go away very quickly. The equipment is very limited (only 3 platforms) that are taken no matter what time or day you choose to come. There has not been one instance in the last 3 months where I would come to the gym and be able to get a full workout in due to the over crowding this gym now has. They also allow you to bring 2 guest with one membership which only contributes to the overcrowding. I know some will not see this as a problem but its useless going to a gym where you aren't able to get in effective workouts even at 9 PM. When it comes to the staff, I have seen a lot of my favorites suddenly disappear but the ones that aren't as friendly stick around. The trainers come and go and the ones that do stay aren't approachable, I've witnessed countless times their clients practicing forms that are harmful to their bodies meanwhile they stand right by without paying actual attention to their paying clients, sometimes on their phones or talking to other guests in the gym. When it comes to the overall cleanliness of gym - this is what made me decide to cancel my membership - it is not a priority. The platforms are disgusting, there are broken acrylic nails on the ground, hair everywhere and the weights look like they have NEVER been cleaned or disinfected. The women's restroom is constantly dirty down to the mirrors. Like I said, there are better gyms nearby - check those out before committing to this gym. I hope they are able to see this review as constructive rather than negative. I have high hopes for this gym especially now that it has rebranded once again to LA Fitness and is charging almost double the membership that ESPORTA offered. A nice, approachable staff and clean environment goes a long way when speaking of a place some people will be going to almost every day.

I like this gym overall. Nicely kept and roomy. My complaint is their small group fitness programwhich costs and extra 49$ a month. Management has made a mess of it. They promised Friday and Saturday classes as well as weekdays when I signed up but ended up doing only Monday through Thursday - which does not work or me. They cancelled several classes so far due to lack of trainers. Unhappy about this. They didn't follow through as promised now Im stuck with classes I can't attend.

Signed up and within 5 days my car window was broken into around 730pm in the parking lot. After finding out the cameras were not working in the parking lot I tried to cancel. I have 3 car seats in the car and this place clearly has way too many homeless around. After months of not going I got notified about a large balance because they didn't really cancel my account.

I enjoy this gym. The staff are very friendly and the place is clean. Many many pieces of equipment to target different muscle groups. I like that grass area to do core workouts. ALSO this gym has an elevator. That’s a big thing for me because I cannot use the stairs all the time due to injury.
