Had a great first experience. Studio is bright and clean. Workout was challenging and fun.
Christina was welcoming and helped me fix my form.
Parking was easy to find. Restrooms are outside of the studio so leave time to use this before class.

I rarely rate places, but I had a tough time here. The instructions weren’t clear, my form wasn’t corrected and I left injured and frustrated both times I went, despite being in a class with only a few others. I think there’s a lot of potential if they focus more on clear instructions and form.

Love, love, love LFC! Started 2025 with the goal of toning my core & strengthening overall. A few months in, the abs are there, arms are stronger, and I feel so much better too! Owe it all to Richelle & Jeanette who push me every single class (even though in the moment I question why I decided to torture myself 😅) but the gains are absolutely worth it and they make coming back every time worth it!! 🥰

I absolutely love this Lagree studio! It’s in a fantastic location with great energy and positive vibes the moment you walk in. The owner and instructors are not only super friendly and welcoming, but they’re also incredibly knowledgeable about Lagree and always happy to answer questions or offer guidance—whether you're a beginner or experienced.
I’ve been practicing Lagree for 2 years, and I can confidently say that instructors make the experience. This studio offers a diverse range of teaching styles, so there's always someone whose approach aligns with what you’re looking for—whether that’s intensity, precision, or encouragement.
Lagree is no joke—it’s a challenging workout, but one that gives back everything you put into it. What I love most is that even after 2 years, every class still feels fresh. No two workouts are ever the same, and you never hit a plateau. The instructors are great at offering modifications so you can scale movements up or down based on your fitness level or how you’re feeling that day.
The studio itself is clean, safe, and very well-maintained, and the entire team is so accommodating. Whether you're new to Lagree or a seasoned pro, this is an amazing place to train and grow stronger. 3,000% recommend this studio!

So glad there’s finally a Lagree studio in Palo Alto! Jeannette is an amazing instructor—she makes sure you feel the burn (hello, shakes!) while keeping the energy fun and encouraging. She’s great at guiding you through the movements and making sure your form is correct, which makes a big difference. She’s so kind and down-to-earth—I always enjoy chatting with her after class. The studio has a welcoming vibe and is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a challenging, supportive workout in the area!

An amazing place to get a good workout for people of all levels of fitness. Beginners don't be afraid to try something new! At L/F/C the instructors give great demos, are always attentive, and make sure to guide you to those Lagree Shakes. Highly recommend trying them out, you might just find your new favorite place to workout!

Obsessed with LFC!! All of the instructors are well trained so you are always guaranteed a good (and hard) workout! The studio is super cute, machines are brand new and latest version and Jeanette and Richelle are just the sweetest. Happy to be part of the LFC community!

Jeannette! I could sing her praises day in and day out. My mom and I came to two classes and she could not have been sweeter to both of us. My mom had a hard time with some of the balance-heavy moves but Jeannette was so attentive, supportive, and helpful. She paid such close attention to all the newcomers and helped our posture/technique throughout while moving the class right along. Also, our bodies were hurting so badly the next day - what a killer workout. We absolutely will be back for the workout, but Jeannette was truly the selling point for us here!

Highly recommend. I went with my daughter and the instructor was so helpful and encouraging. I was slow and struggling but it didn't impact the pace of the class. The instructor gave me constructive help while moving the class forward. Great workout too. Muscles I didn't know I had. We have gone 2x and are planning to go again even though it is a trek for us.

A studio that truly cares about their clients 🫶! The management and every instructor here are all amazing! I have taken a few classes here with a lot of the ladies and love the diversity excitement and kindness of everyone as well as the challenge of Lagree vs Pilates. Gabby has great pacing, Zeze has a good level of difficulty with her spring selections and Jeannette is always so motivational and encouraging! And everyone is simply so nice 🫶 I have had some hiccups with scheduling and time conflicts or last minute appointments and having to cancel but the team here has always been so responsive and understanding giving back missed sessions so that I can rebook another time without charging for cancellation fees 😭 A studio I will continue to go to. Thank you Ladies 🫶🎀

Lagree is an amazing workout and class! I really like how professional, upbeat, and fun all of the instructors are and how clean the studio is kept. Jeanette is wonderful and the studio is such a hidden gem in Palo Alto.
Lagree is similar to pilates, but with a Megaformer instead of a traditional reformer. I like how the workout incorporates strength training, and I definitely notice a difference in my body after continuous practce!

I cannot recommend Lagree Fitness Club highly enough! Every class has been an incredible experience. The instructors are motivating, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping you improve and feel stronger with every session. The Megaformer workouts are challenging in the best way and always leave me feeling accomplished.
What really sets this studio apart is the welcoming community and supportive environment they have built. From the moment you walk in, you feel encouraged by people like Jeanette. The space is clean, well-organized, and the class energy is always positive and uplifting.

I worked out areas of my body that I didn’t think possible! I felt the burn and my muscles felt sore for a few days after, especially my inner thigh muscles.

I purchased the new client BOGO + free grip sock deal. The studio is absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a fresh and inviting atmosphere. They provide everything you need, from hair ties to dry shampoo to hand towels to makeup wipes. The equipment is brand new, which only added to the experience.
Gabby was fantastic, with great pacing and a thoughtfully designed flow. She did an excellent job of queuing the next position, making sure everyone was in the correct form, and reminding us to slow down our movements. Definitely got the shakes.
Overall, it was an intense but rewarding workout, and I look forward to coming back. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a challenging and effective workout in Palo Alto!!!

Fantastic fitness experience and teacher! As a lifelong athlete and orthopedic surgeon I'm very impressed by the quality of the workout in regards to intensity, endurance, and focus on complementary muscle groups across your major joints. Whether you want do make this your core workout or as an adjunct to athletic pursuits (ie. ski, golf, racquet sports) or other workouts (cycling, running, yoga) you can't go wrong! Lagree Fitness Club maybe new to the area, but the owners and instructors are seasoned Lagree enthusiasts: they live and breathe Lagree.
The studio itself is aesthetically pleasing with a beige/cream palette and clean lines and warm ambiance throughout. Toiletries and towels are provided if needed. The Megapro machines are the latest adaptation of Sebastian Lagree’s invention. It’s slimmer and a bit longer than the Megaformers or the EVOs I’ve encountered at other Lagree studios.
For the best experience possible, come prepared to class: arrive early, have your grip socks with you, and remember to LISTEN to your instructor and be present. I highly recommend Richelle’s class, Jeannette or Gabby’s. You’re guaranteed to have a sweaty good time!

Looking for a good workout? Look no further than LFC!
Lagree is a core endurance workout that's high intensity and low impact. It's not pilates, it's an intense workout on a megaformer. If you're looking for a new challenge or to build that muscle, worth a try!
This studio is so beautiful and located in the town and country village plaza. Super convenient but parking can be tough so come early! The studio is equipped with towels, bathroom and essentials, lockers, and a changing room!
You can book classes online on Mindbody and they have membership packages if you want to commit with perks and benefits!
