I absolutely LOVE Lagree Red! The classes are so good I always leave feeling stronger and more toned! The recovery rooms they have available is the perfect way to recover after a class. One of the. Est things I love is the red light therapy you are getting during class as well!!! 10/10

I love this new Lagree studio that just opened up! The staff are so kind and skilled in their craft. The 40 minute workouts are time tension that give a full body sculpt and burn. The recovery rooms are the cherry on top and have been extremely helpful in aiding in my injury recovery. Highly recommend this new little gem in Mission Hills for a great megaformer workout!

As an avid class-passer who has tried many different Pilates/lagree studios, my search is finally over! This is hands down the best studio in all of San Diego. The space is very spacious and clean with lockers to place your belongings during class. The instructors here are wonderful, giving very clear instructions on movements and modifications. The music they play is upbeat and kept me pumped during my whole workout, which gave me a good burn. I absolutely love that they have the overhead Red & Near Infrared LEDs, so I’m getting the added wellness benefits from those during my workout as well. Aside from all of that, they also have multiple saunas, a shiftwave chair with red led panels above, and even a cryo chamber! Seriously the coolest studio ever and I’m actually obsessed, I’m telling EVERYONE

You’re always greeted with a warm smile from Estella, who is truly inspiring and deeply passionate about sharing health, healing, and recovery with everyone who walks through the door. The trainers are fabulous communicators and challenge you in every class.

I’ve tried countless studios across San Diego while waiting for LagreeRed to open — and nothing compares. Thank you for bringing this vision to Mission Hills. It was absolutely worth the wait!

Blown away by this studio! Every detail is meticulous- from top of the line megaformers, to the infrared light ceiling, the overall design touches, state of the art recovery modalities, to playing "ice ice baby" while you're in the cryo machine 😂! The instructor Liselle was awesome- great cueing, a stickler on form, and motivating during a challenging class! Tried the cryo, shift wave , and red light bed after class and let me tell you- I was there for a total of 1.5 hrs, including class, and left feeling like I spent a day at the spa. Run, don't walk!

Just had my first Lagree class today. Really loved it-it’s great for working on balance and strength training. My coach was Erika and she was very helpful to me as a first timer as well as keeping the class going. I tried the shift wave after and loved that! Such a great way to wind down. This is a well run place to workout and I love supporting a small business. !

Now that I’m in my 30s, strength training has become so much more important to maintain my long term health. Tough to do when I work a desk job remotely. I’m so excited that this studio opened nearby. I’ve taken a couple Pilates classes before and really enjoyed them. I tried Lagree here for the first time and it was such a great experience. My muscles were challenged in new ways and I found the space to be very welcoming and spacious. Our instructor, Erika did such a great job guiding us through the movements and correcting our form. Highly recommend this neighborhood studio!
