Just arrived a minute early for my Pilates class 12:14, exactly as required by their policy on ClassPass — by the time the woman sat down and unlocked the front door she sat down at the desk said I am now late flat-out refused to let me into class.

I paid for parking. I paid for the class. They had no problem taking my money, but when it came to actually honoring my booking, they shut the door in my face.

She claimed I should have examined their website policies or come to the location and read the policy on their door before arriving? This is absolutely absurd to expect of customers.

I’ve been taking Pilates for six years on these exact same machines. This wasn’t about skill or safety — this was a choice by this company to take money from clients without providing the service they promised.

If you don’t want new members through ClassPass, don’t offer your classes there. It’s completely unethical to advertise spots, accept bookings, and then turn paying customers away at the door.

Businesses that single out, bully, and disrespect customers won’t last long.
Screw this place. Go to Solidcore instead and don’t waste your time or money here.

Lagree213 is hands down one of the best workouts I’ve experienced in LA. The classes are intense, efficient, and incredibly effective.

The studio itself is clean, sleek, and modern, which makes the entire experience feel elevated. It's also easy to find and they offer free validated parking.

One thing I especially appreciate is the studio’s late arrival policy. While it might seem strict at first, it actually helps maintain an uninterrupted environment during class. I’ve been there numerous times when clients show up late and then cause a scene (one time they even came up to the trainer and threw a fit) - not only is it distracting, but also rude. So as someone who values a focused space when I'm training, I really respect that their team maintains this standard.

First off, I’ve been a long-time customer (2+ years, across multiple locations) and really enjoyed working with the trainers and staff here. Big shoutout to Liv, Michael, Kayla, Juanita, and Jan -- they’re all fantastic!

This negative review is about Lisa’s priorities as a business owner, specifically, her choice to rigidly enforce policy over showing common sense and customer care.

I had an active 6-month membership. One day, when I tried to book a class, the app said I didn’t have an active membership. (Turns out I was trying to book a class outside of my membership cycle. Fair enough.) But instead of alerting me to that, the app prompted me to purchase a new membership, which I did, assuming my old one had ended. This resulted in me accidentally starting a second 6-month contract that overlapped by a day with my existing one.

When I noticed the unexpected charge on my credit card, I thought it was a mistake. I contacted support and explained what happened. They agreed to cancel the duplicate contract but said I’d need to pay a $35 processing fee.

I asked them to waive the fee as a courtesy. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just not to be penalized for an obvious, first-time mistake. But Lisa and her team refused, citing policy, and showing no interest in the fact that I’d been a loyal customer for years.

Lisa chose to stand firm on policy rather than show flexibility or appreciation for a loyal customer. That $35 fee -- and the refusal to budge on it -- ended what could have been a lifelong customer relationship.

While I have plenty of experience with different lagree and Pilates classes across LA, I can safely say I won’t be back to 213… the instructor was rude and made me feel belittled for taking modifications. Additionally, many of the modifications didn’t relate to the exercise itself, which is not on par with any fitness studio.

The front desk employee, who already seemed somewhat tuned out and incompetent, came into class and started taking flash photos. This was extremely distracting and took away from the experience even more

Save your money and go to any other fitness studio where the instructors are well trained and accommodating.

Decided to try Lagree213 while on a trip to LA and absolutely loved it. I have been Lagree for about two years now and wanted to keep up with my routine while traveling. And Lagree213-South Park did not miss. The workout was exactly what it should be, hard but absolutely doable for people of any workout level. The instructor was knowledgeable and kind too; and even introduced me to variations of moves I had never tried before! The front desk staff was also kind and friendly. You could tell they enjoyed working there.
And lastly, the place was so clean and cool looking. I could definitely tell they put a lot of work into making this facility a truly outstanding studio.
Thank you for the amazing couple of classes. Anytime I'm back in LA I will be sure to visit and get my sweat on!

This is an absolute scam. I attend the class on time but the front desk said I can’t get in because I need to be 5 minutes early or I need to pay 15$ more to move to the next class. This is crazy. Don’t go there ever

2 minutes late and they don’t let me in…
Extremely hard to find parking if you come here the first time, which is why I was 2 minutes late. Literally had to do street parking.
Not sure if it’s cuz I’m Asian and the white women at the front desk is just extremely not understandable.

I had booked time to come here and purchased from their web app the class I wanted to book. I came in and they said I was on the waitlist and even if there are no shows I couldn’t come in. Super disappointed with this location. And lizzy did not help except to filter me out
