Training with Landon has been awesome. He really tailors my program and workouts to my body and goals. If something doesn’t feel right, he has me walk through it and immediately adjusts the exercise or plan. He’s fully focused during sessions (never on his phone), always watching form and making sure I’m doing things safely and correctly. He’s super easy to talk to, always checks in on my workouts and nutrition, and is really responsive and flexible with scheduling. The best part is that his approach actually works. Landon is the best trainer I have ever worked with, Specifically for these reasons. Knowledge: He has such a wealth of knowledge on bodies, muscle groups, nutrition, etc. He is able to explain the exercise and what exactly it's doing for your body. He gives attention to any injuries and modifies accordingly. He is especially good at assessing form and giving direction for every rep. He has absolutely helped me with my nutrition, setting up meal plans and supplement plans. Professionalism: he is always on time, schedules clients well, communicates well if changes need to be made. Has gives excellent personalized attention, as he listens to his client's needs and assigns appropriate exercises. He never "wanders off." He is 100% focused on you. Organization: he pays special attention to his client's stats. He keeps track of them in a written binder, which I find so satisfying and encouraging to see where I started and goals to hit. Not all trainers do this and it's like starting at one again. I am a 55 year old woman and I have seen him work with all ages well. He is truly a talented trainer! Please schedule with him!
