I did the 30 day challenge and all of the goals Coach Trevor wrote down for me at the beginning were all achieved, plus more! Very grateful for this gym and the accountability coaching. It’s also great to come in and have the scaffolding for your workout set up so you don’t have to wander around a typical gym aimlessly figuring out what to do. If you stick to this program, it works. I’m very excited to see even more results continuing to work out here because I’m 100% confident they will come!

One of my friends invited me to join the gym for their entirely FREE 30-day fitness challenge, complete with unlimited classes (with training on how to do all the movements), food accountability coach, meal ideas, and weigh-ins. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a leg-up for their fitness journey, or a jump-start to working out at all.
Coaches were great and helpful with where to hold my arms, put my hands, put my feet, and the proper posture for every movement. I really appreciate that they have you introduce yourselves to each other every once in a while during the class so people feel more approachable and less like everyone is mean-mugging each other while they're locked in 🤣

I’ve been going to Latitude 32 Fitness for about 3 months now and I LOVE it! The environment is awesome, the coaches are amazing, and the work out routines are the best. No need to worry about what exercise routine you need to do because it’s all planed out for you. One hour a day and you will definitely feel the burn and see results. All of the coaches at this gym are phenomenal!! I highly recommend this gym to anyone who appreciates an incredible workout, while not having to worry about what exercises to do, and/or for how many reps; the coaches lay it all out for you!

Despite being an athlete through college, these classes are way better than anything I could throw together myself! Having been here for over two years now, I truly mean it when I say nothing beats driving to this gym, knowing when I leave, I’ll leave sweaty and exhausted, but feeling strong and empowered!

The Tuesday/ Thursday timed workout classes with Coach Noah and Coach D are my favorite; they always give me an incredible feeling of accomplishment and energy at the end! Coach Noah always pushes me to limits I was scared to even try to reach, all while prioritizing proper technique and form. Coach D is always offering motivation and encouragement, and shares in the successes of your improvements.

Wednesday (performance day) classes with Coach Lucas can’t be missed! He's helped me master new exercises, set goals, and provides a proper plan to meet them. He also genuinely cares about mobility, and as I get older, this is something I’ve really come to appreciate.

Saturday classes with Coach Eddie is also an incredible opportunity to receive guidance on different exercises to target specific muscles. He genuinely cares and will spend time going step by step to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in each exercise you do! He’s also incredibly impressive in calisthenics and watching what he is able to do is very motivating!

Aside from the coaches, the people who come to Latitude really become your friends and biggest supporters! If you’re not showing up a few days in a row- expect a text from a classmate. 🤣 BUT this friendship and accountability is actually quite beautiful and one of the main reasons I’ve been here for 2+ years!

Needless to say…. Join this gym, come and put in work- you won’t regret it!

I started going to L32 about 7 years ago and I can’t imagine going to a regular gym again. I’ve learned how to work out and lift the right way without getting hurt. After you’ve learned the right way to lift the coaches will push you, challenge you and keep you accountable. It’s a great environment for any age and pant size, they’re honest and have a great energetic team to help you achieve your goals, all the coaches are knowledgeable in strength training and what to do if your experiencing pain. There’s also a kid area or keep them close in a stroller so no excuses! Be consistent and you’ll see results!

If you are reading the reviews to decide if you should join Latitude 32, YES you absolutely should!! This gym is a hidden gem in east county. My only regret is that I did not join sooner. This gym is for everyone from beginner to advanced. They work with you to achieve your personal goals whether it be strength, speed, mobility, weight loss, muscle gain etc…. Every workout can be modified if you are new to working out or if you have an injury. The workouts are science based which means you will absolutely see results. The coaches are exceptional and teach you the right way to do the exercises to ensure you are working out safely. L32 will push you hard but the workouts will leave you energized. I have seen more gains in strength and performance in 3 months than I saw in 3 years at my last gym. The members also make this gym unique – everyone encourages each other and are friendly. I did their 30-day challenge and the transformation was unbelievable: 14 pound weight loss, blood pressures have decreased from approx. 130/80 to 100/70, good cholesterol raised significantly, bad cholesterol went from high normal to low normal, mood improved and confidence increased....WOW!!!!

I'm leaving this review after a 6 month contract, not like most people who leave a review after 2-4 weeks during a free 1 month challenge. During the 1 month trial period, there are multiple coaches and enough help to go around.
After the challenge, you'll be lucky to get some help by the 1 coach per class if they're not too busy focusing on helping the people who look like IG models or body builders. Which I am neither.
There are only 2 good coaches that I really liked working out with who really seemed to care. Unfortunately, I never knew what day or class they would be coaching because the online schedule is so outdated that it doesn't reflect the new coaches they have recently added to the team.
This place left an extra bitter taste in my mouth when coach Trevor made some out of pocket vulgar comments when I was doing a hip thrust kettle bell swing exercise. I am the friendly type, but I didn't expect this from the owner of the gym of all people, especially when I don't care to joke like that, but I guess boys will be boys. Trevor really made me feel like I was in good hands in the beginning, but when I told him I was leaving, he asked what my future plans were. When I told him I'd go to another gym and do solo workouts, he looked me in the eyes and said, "I call bull.." I was shook.. so much for believing in me. Thanks, bro.
Upon terminating your contract, be prepared to pay for an extra month because it's their "30 day processing fee" that you will only read during canceling. There is nothing about this on the initial contract when you sign up. And that's where I call b.s. to this place.

My goal after leaving this review is that you guys will know what to expect. Good luck on your future endeavors.

I've never been a huge fan of going to the gym, I felt out of place and didn't know what to do so just did the same thing every time, boring. Then my Wife Nicole and I found Latitude 32. We started with a free 30 day challenge, highly recommended. Coach Trevor asked why we wanted to try it out and has been absolutely GREAT with answering questions, showing different stretches to ease pain in certain areas, helping with nutrition and so on. Every one of the coaches at latitude are motivating and attentive with the members to make sure your form is correct to get the most out of the workouts and prevent injuries. The classes are small so it almost feels as if you have your own personal trainer motivating you and making sure you are doing everything correctly. As for the workouts, Latitude has made it very simple with planned workouts everyone does and they change from day to day, you will not be bored at this gym. We found latitude 32 through a mutual friend and have always been curious to try a group class. Initially was intimidated at first because a group of new people scared me and I was afraid I would tap out or not be able to do the workout. This was not the case. The coaches and group are very encouraging, warm, and helpful. They offer modifications for every level of fitness.
During the challenge coach Trevor provided guidance on our nutrition and checked in with us often. The accountability helped us stay on track!

A bit of background about me so you can have a view into my outlook. I’m 49 years wise. I’m a yoga instructor and have been working out since I was 18. With that said, I DO go off my practices and have gone months without working out or doing yoga. Especially when it comes to strength training, it had been easy to go without doing it because of time, work and life lifeing as it does.

With me, customer service is of the highest importance. It sets the tone and gives me an idea of the energy of the business.
I’ve tried the big gyms plenty of times throughout my life but I always appreciate these “non commercial” gyms that, for me, give more personal attention, show more caring and make you feel like they want you to succeed. LATITUDE 32 Fitness is ALL OF THAT FOR ME!! I started with a trial and never did they once forget about me!
They genuinely want you to succeed and the community of members is pretty awesome! Everyone is welcoming and inclusive. The coaches all make sure you have proper form, are being safe and when they know you’ve done work, they push you to get stronger!!
They check in on your goals to make sure you’re on track. They give you meal suggestions and help you make sense of workouts and meals you may be new to.

You’ll see different people with varying levels of training all working together, people in their 20’s to 60’s+, athletes, moms, new to the gym or experienced, everyone cheers you on!!

It’s so close if you’re in Mission Valley, or North Park as well. Just hop on the 8 and (in the mornings), it’s against traffic too!!

Once I joined Latitude 32 Fitness, I hit my goal in just under 2 months! 👍🏼 (I struggled to reach my goal for a couple years after having my 3rd child.)
The daily workouts are thoughtfully put together, you never get bored and (for me) no injuries from the workouts … every class, every week, I’ve learned something new and challenged myself, mentally and physically.
The owner, Trevor, is attentive, kind and knowledgeable .. and every single coach there knows their stuff! You get at least 2 coaches during every class so you always have someone to help guide you and the facility is clean and spacious.
If you show up and you’re consistent and make good choices outside the gym, there is no doubt that you will get strong and healthy.

I started the 30-day challenge in May. A friend invited me to try it out. I had already had it in my mind that this was not going to work due to the location.. I came into this program not knowing where to start in my fitness journey after having a two year mom life. Coach Trevor gave me the opportunity to do the January Fitness Challenge and two weeks before it started he allowed me to come and get familiar with the gym and I was able to take some classes. Not only do the coaches help you do the exercises right, they teach you how to challenge yourself and how to stretch properly. They are all very approachable. The challenge consisted of a consultation with Coach Trevor and setting some goals not only with how many days you’ll be going to the gym but with your meals (your calorie intake), walking, drinking lots of water, and being able to do a performance exercise. During the challenge Coach Trevor texts you to hold you accountable for your meals, to see how you’re doing and if you have any questions. Honestly, that is what helped me take this challenge seriously. He told me to not make meals that didn’t make me happy or if I didn’t enjoy them. I would meal prep and text Coach my calorie intake and sometimes it wasn’t perfect but he always motivated and encouraged me that I was going on the right track. The culture and environment of this gym is unlike anything I have ever been part of. People here are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I never thought I would enjoy working out, but the people and the coaches make it such an enjoyable atmosphere. Totally recommend this gym for wherever you are in your fitness journey!

I can’t thank Trevor and all of the coaches at Latitude 32 Fitness enough for investing in me and helping me not only lose weight, but gain so much self-confidence along the way. I signed up for the January 30 Day Challenge, and I was terrified. I never have had quick visible results in the past, and really wasn’t looking forward to my final weigh-in. To my surprise, I was down 22 lbs - 3 inches in my waist alone!!!! The workouts were fun and often kicked my butt, but they were manageable and always scalable. The program kept me accountable with daily check-ins on our meal tracking. And knowing I had my daily checkin kept me so much more mindful of what I was eating each day. I just don’t really have words for how happy I am with my progress. I even signed up for a membership so I can continue. I can’t wait to see what I can accomplish! I highly recommend Latitude 32!!!

Started here with their Challenge, which was much more sustainable than other "challenges" I have done. It's been quite a few years since I have found a gym I'd like to commit to, but I'm glad to have joined! First it's SUPER friendly and has all fitness and age levels. Second the coaches are very helpful and approachable. I really enjoy that they have modifications for a lot of movements as well. I'd suggest trying their Challenge to see if its a good fit for you! I started going to L32 to kick off the new year with their 30-day challenge. I’m a classpass user and have been to 100 different workouts (pilates, F45, corepower, revel fit, soulcycle, title boxing… you name it I’ve tried it) and this is the only workout class where they measured me before and after a period of time to see progress.

Only workout class that sent me accountability texts and brought up the biggest factor in performance and weight loss: nutrition.

This is an honest, “no thrills” gym, that truly gives you the personalized tools and consideration to progress to where you want to go. They have excellent and knowledgeable trainers - about 2-3 at every class correcting you on form and helping with every exercise. The classes are filled to the brim with a variety of fitness levels and that’s because people love it!

If you go in the mornings… can’t beat the sunsets either!

I didn’t have a gym problem, I HAD a motivation problem…now I don’t. There’s a small social aspect that really goes far. Have pain? Take advantage of the coaches knowledge, especially if you have any pain, or something just doesn’t work quite right. They’ll work with you. It feels so personal it’s hard to call these group workouts.
There’s a reason all 180 google reviews (at this time) are 5 stars and I encourage you to find out why.

Also, just real quick has anyone seen my 10 lbs? I lost them at some point in the last 30 days but can’t seem to find them. If found, please burn, just to be sure.

I am leaving this review for a friend of mine because they didn't want to leave the review, so they asked that I leave the review for them, so they didn't have to. I'm gladly doing so because they are my friend, and now they are lean and looking absolutely fabulous, with tons of extra strength and a nice body, also with more energy and increased positivity. The transformation was incredible, and so many of their friends were incredibly impressed with the results. I think a few are going to join in order to reach their goals. I'm not sure if there is a group membership, but either way, everyone that comes here will be feeling better, going farther, and living to the extreme, because I've seen it with my friend, and they are vibrant and energetic, like they morphed into someone who is shiny and vivacious, instead of someone who was vapid and lethargic and bulky. Best gym! I have been a member for a year and a half. I had a significant back injury in 2020. I was in daily pain. I was finally cleared to resume work outs, but so afraid to start because of fear of injuring my back again. A friend told me about latitude 32 and coach Trevor.
Since showing up consistently and putting in the work to recover along with the support and guidance from the excellent trainers, I have lost 35 pounds, gained strength and muscle mass, and most of all, the majority of my days are now PAIN FREE!

Came to Latitide 32 for a 30 day challenge, I really enjoyed the workouts/classes and the trainers, they are all wonderful and very helpful, seem to truly care that we are there and always know who everyone is, felt very welcome. They helped me accomplish my goal of losing weight, dropping inches, gaining some muscle. Feel so much better about me. Love it there 😊. I definitely recommend them.

All of the coaches are friendly, helpful, and overall amazing!! First gym I’ve tried (especially committing for 30+ days) and I highly recommend for both beginners and training athletes. The feeling of community and one-on-one training can’t be beat. Great workouts for overall fitness for all ages, plus the parking is never an issue. 10/10!

I've been in & out of the gyms for over 15 years, on a wonky health journey. Latitude 32 Fitness for over the past year has allowed me to jump back into being consistent with showing up for myself, pushing me out of my comfort zone, while giving me structure in my workouts & inspiration to keep pushing.
