Highly recommend this strength and conditioning. Coach Trevor and the Team are all amazing. Took several classes a week and enjoyed the 30 day Challenge and recommend them even with recovering from a knee injury and long break from working out. They helped and I saw results.

I am so happy I gave this gym a try and now officially a member! Its been an absolutely amazing experience thus far. Prior to even walking through the doors, my messages via IG were welcoming and supportive. I decided to do their 40 days for $40 promo, Trevor the owner and both coach Noah's remained consistent with how welcoming and excited they are to see you walk in the door and are so extremely supportive to help you reach your goals.
It feels good to finally find a workout community where I dont feel intimidated to come work out and has people from all walks of life.
Best coaches & definitely worth trying out! You wont regret it!

Latitude32 is the best! Joined for the 30 day challenge and decided to continue as a member. Both Coach Noah’s are very knowledgeable and make sure to coach you through the movements with proper form to maximize the benefits from each exercise. My previous gym didn’t focus on proper form and I can tell the difference, I dont go home in pain after a workout anymore!

I joined back in May, and I’m so glad I did! I used to be a regular at the gym but fell off for a couple of years. Getting back into fitness was tough—especially in traditional gyms where I often felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. But here, it’s completely different.
The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely encouraging. Whether you're just starting out, rebuilding your confidence, or working toward serious strength goals, this place meets you where you are. I recently completed the 30-day challenge and it was such a rewarding experience. I’m already feeling stronger, looking stronger, and just feeling good overall.

Latitude 32 has been an incredible experience through the first 30 days. I never saw myself as a gym or group fitness person. I just knew I needed to incorporate resistance training into my life for health reasons. The gang here helped me get better with nutrition and a focus on form when doing various moves. The culture here is encouraging and not intimidating which I really appreciate. I signed up to continue working out here alongside my wife. I wouldn’t have it any other way. L32F is a fantastic add to the Clairemont community. Staff has been extremely professional and friendly. Coach Taylor, Lucas and Trevor have been awesome. Class structure makes it very easy to get a solid workout in a reasonable amount of time. With their help I'm getting leaner and stronger ☺️

Love working out at Latitude 32 Fitness! The coaches are super patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They were open to learning ASL, which meant a lot to me. I really appreciate how they offer different ways to stretch, give helpful tips, and encourage me to stay active outside the gym—like walking up to 15,000 steps a day for a healthier approach to weight loss. I'm looking forward to the next 6 months of workouts and seeing real results!

Go here! Coaches are positive and supportive. They model each exercise with and without modifications prior to everyone breaking off into groups. The workouts are progressive and fun. All ages/bodies/fitness levels are welcome. If you’re new to working out, haven’t worked out in a while for whatever reason, or you just want to level up, Latitude 32 is the place to start!

I LOVEEEEE latitude, one of the best workout/group classes by far. Coaches help you tailor workouts to your goals, injuries, preferences, etc. Not to say that they won’t be pushing you!!! So glad this Clairmont Mesa location is open now! This is my first experience joining a scary (for me) fitness challenge!! Trevor is a great motivator and ALL THE COACHES provide challenging exercises but make sure to watch your form and give helpful ways to safely modify until you can build up. Been coming to train with Trevor and the team since at least 2017. Consistency is key. Something they stress while ensuring you learn proper technique and form to prevent injuries. I’ve gained strength, flexibility, and increased mobility. I moved 40 miles away and haven’t found anything comparable to this workout. I make the drive to get the best workout possible. Show up everyday. You won’t be disappointed.

Latitude 32 is IT for me. It checks all the boxes: solid structured workouts that challenge but have room for modification, supportive coaches, and community focus for accountability. The coaches really value form, encourage you throughout the workout, and meet you where you are. The Clairemont Mesa location is new as of this review (a bit closer to me than the OG El Cajon one).
