Lauren has a great way she communicates where she can tell you what your body should be doing and feel like through the pilates process. She is constantly adjusting and making sure the movement is tailored to you and giving you the "whys" behind the series and buildup of movements

I've been to a few classes with Lauren so far and she is AMAZING! I've never taken a pilates class before and she was so great in helping me ease into it. She is very knowledgable and attentive and has great energy. Would definitely recommend Lauren to anyone who is interested in pilates, beginner or expert!

Lauren is an incredible Pilates instructor! She has a deep knowledge of the body and how it works. Because of her extensive experience, when you come to her with specific concerns she knows exactly how to work with you, your body and your needs.
I have many injuries yet I love to work out hard. She was able to craft the ideal work out for me. I got a hard workout, none of my injuries were aggravated and my body felt better after I left, it was amazing. The best part is Lauren is fun and easy to be around, I didn't feel uncomfortable about my post baby body, I felt totally supported and uplifted. It was an amazing experience!

Lauren is an incredible Pilates instructor! Her positive energy, deep knowledge, and clear guidance make every class so enjoyable. I started working with her after a long fitness break (including having a baby) and she’s been a total lifesaver in helping me rebuild my strength and feel like myself again.
She’s amazing at explaining each movement and her use of the reformer machine keeps each session varied and fun—I never feel bored or overwhelmed. The workouts are approachable during the session but super effective—I’m already feeling stronger. I can’t recommend Lauren enough!

Lauren is a truly gifted Pilates instructor. I've worked with her at several stages - pregnant, post-pregnancy, and then just regular old me trying to look and feel my best :) At each stage, Lauren SEAMLESSLY tailors my sessions to where I am in life, and where I am that week. She offers modifications to help my form and alignment, and I swear—it's like she has a special X-ray vision that lets her see my skeleton. She will offer tiny adjustments that make the biggest difference between going through the motions and getting the benefit of the work I'm putting in. Lastly, she's just an incredible person. She has such a loving, motivating style to guide you through exercise. The time with Lauren passes by so fast, I'm always shocked when it's over. If you're on the fence, don't overthink it - she's a total pro.

Lauren is an amazing instructor! She is so mindful of my injuries, mood, and energy! I highly recommend her for a private lesson if you get the chance. As someone who HATES working out, she makes the experience fun and always checks in with me! My favorite part of the experience is that she never makes the sessions about weight loss but about my strength! I would recommend Lauren 1000/10 times over!!!

I recently started working with Lauren and she is fantastic! As a professional dancer, I require a somewhat different curriculum than standard pilates classes. With Lauren's dance background and years of knowledge and teaching, she is the perfect match for my needs.
