Leap Yoga has revived my love for yoga again and the key, for me, was community! I’ve taken a flow and kundalini class. Both has warm and inviting teachers and everyone was socializing before and after class- that’s the type of community I want to be a part of and see! Both class teachers’ were knowledgeable and met you where you’re at as kundalini is new to me. I look fwd to trying the other classes and THANK YOU for helping me find my way and love back to the practice after some personally difficult years.

Great classes and instructors who interact with students and make sure that we understand the poses and the process. It is possible to practice and learn many styles of yoga in this inviting, open environment. Since I use a wheelchair, I had a number of unique requirements and queries, all of which were thoroughly addressed, graciously, and without any suggestion that this was a problem for them—because it wasn't. The educators are experienced and enthusiastic about their profession. I would welcome everyone to come and take a look.

I love Leap for many reasons. The teachers are fun and amazing guides in our yoga practice. The variety of classes they offer gives me what I need when I need it. The yoga studio itself is quite beautiful visually when walking in. Then there is this warm, inviting energy that is felt with the staff, the teachers, and the overall vibe in and outside of the yoga room. It's kept very clean and well put together with any props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc.) that may be needed. I hadn't taken any classes at Leap Yoga prior to my Somatic Yin Yoga Teacher Training this past weekend, but my experience with James Kapicka as mentor/teacher and the people in my training group who also either teach currently or have taught yoga at Leap was one that by the last day actually brought me to tears because my heart and Spirit were so full and words couldn't really express how beautiful, therapeutic (both mentally and physically) and inspiring this training was!!!So glad to have found Leap Yoga and I will certainly spread the word to people I know that they should definitely come experience everything you have to offer.Though I already have a yoga studio I've been very loyal to for about 8 years now, I believe Leap Yoga will be a new place I would like to alternate some yoga classes with and have them both.I absolutely would love to come back again in the near future.Thank you Leap Yoga Family.🙏🏽-Jessica Hill

Love the energy of the environment here, the flow was was easy to keep up with, even as a beginner. The staff is lovely and the instructor was very friendly and helpful, I went to Timothy Mccalls class at 6pm on Wednesdays, everyone there was so nice and I felt great after leaving, ill definitely be returning and reccomending to friends. Everything! Leap yoga has everything and more that I’ve been craving in my yoga practice. All teachers are amazing! I love the ambiance, the environment, the teachers, the yogis, and the staff! I’ve been to quite a few yoga studios and none compare to leap yoga. Each place is different but my soul was searching for a deeper connection to my practice. Leap yoga provides an environment with the perfect balance of spirituality, grounding yourself, connecting with yourself/others/and something higher than yourself. To me, this is my church, my safe haven, where I recycle/refresh to connect to myself in a way I’ve been missing. I’m always so happy getting there even if it’s hard to make it because I know after my yoga practice I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated. Each teacher is incredible. I’m so grateful that they’ve chosen this path to be what they are meant to be; wonderful teachers for us to learn from. Each practice the teachers have beautiful and profound messages that resonate with me deeply. I love when the yogi teachers incorporate the harmonium and uplifting chanting to seal the practice. Horrible studio. I hated my first class so much that I didn't return once to take advantage of the monthly special I paid for. The music was AWFUL. Not enjoyable at all. The instructor was nice but many of the poses were dangerous. I've been to a lot of different yoga studios and this was the worst experience I've ever head. I gotta say the studio did smell nice...but that's about it.
