This place gets overbooked every other tournament and the parking is absolute hell. Workers are so poor at managing the parking situation and don’t know how to respond when parents ask where they should park or just stop to unload the car. It’s also extremely frustrating getting into arguments with people who are just trying to drive down the road, its an absolute inconvenience for everyone.

Excelente lugar se practica muchas actividades y deportes para todos. El lugar está muy bien ambientado con medidas de seguridad para todos las personas que van a recoger a los niños y jóvenes. Mi hija desde que participó en el campamento de verano le encantó y ahora practica volley en Lemo. Super recomendado.

This place is hands down the most amazing recovery/fitness center I've been to! I had a birthday event here with a group of friends and we had such an amazing time. Between the red light therapy and the cryo therapy and the compression chairs we all left feeling on top of the world! Bo guided us through everything, and he knew a lot about the benefits of each therapy which was very interesting to learn about. He had such a contagious positive energy too, we felt really well looked after and taken care of during our time here. Thanks LEMO for an awesome birthday experience!

My son and his 7 friends celebrated his Birthday at LEMO.
The Recharge Center at LEMO was an experience we won't forget! We tried multiple modalities in the Recharge Center:
Cryo-InfraRed-Compression.
A couple friends tried the Inversion plank also.
It wass FUN & the benefits to our body were real.
We felt great after using their State-of-the-Art modalities!
My son & his friends raved about their LEMO experience afterwards.
The Recharge Center Instructor, Bo, was very attentive and supervised our activities. He's an expert on the various modalities and their benefits. A really great guy too!
I sincerely hope people who need to improve their physical & mental health discover LEMO's Recharge Center.
LEMO is a fun place to chill with friends and experience awesomeness!

Went to Lemo yesterday for the first time and was totally blown away. They have a wealth of amazing different therapies - cryo, red light, compression, magnetism and a few others. Bo led us through the different equipment and was super knowledgeable and friendly.

Cepri should be a host at a 5 star restaurant he's the nicest guy on the peninsula and sums up Lemo . The staff is so friend and are there for the kids and know each by name. T well he's all about getting kids better in sports and life no matter who the kid is. My kids go there and love every minute there. They learn so much than sports there. This place is a great asset to youth of the peninsula.

This is a nice facility. The staff are very nice and helpful. The parking lot is small but they have another parking area that have constant shuttles to take you to the facility. They also have RC races here. Bathrooms are clean at all times. This is probably one of the nicest facilities I've been in during basketball tournaments.
