I have never been into big gyms, but since I started going to Let's Go Fitness, it has become a huge part of my healthy routine. Ryan has created a comfortable space to get into shape, and he tailors the workouts to people of all levels. He checks in regularly, shares inspirational and supportive messages on social media along with recipes to help me meet my health goals. I recommend Let's Go Fitness to anyone who is looking for a small gym, tailored, no pressure workouts and a community of people who are also very supportive 8

I’m hooked! Let’s Go Fitness is just what I was looking for - a small gym with friendly people, varied workouts, hometown/family feeling, and a fabulous and very encouraging trainer! I look forward to the workouts and leave with a positive outlook for the day! I like the structure of the classes and can just follow along through the circuits without putting much thought into it.

Great neighborhood gym with the friendliest members! Ryan is super positive and encouraging and mixes up the workouts, so you feel challenged in different ways each time. I've always belonged to larger gyms, but I'm really enjoying the intimacy/camaraderie in this local spot. Lots of different membership options to fit your budget. It's easy to sign up for classes ahead of time and bonus that everything is super clean too!

I cannot believe I have already hit my one year gymversary with LGF and was surprised with a gym gift and personal card to mark the occasion; I was so incredibly touched!

My fitness journey started when I moved to the South Bay and I was on the hunt for a local gym. I had tried the whole Peloton and workout at home routine, but honestly, I missed the in person class energy — something about feeling the accountability to keep your routine really keeps you motivated.

I signed up for the 21 day transformation challenge and was immediately hooked. I loved it so much I signed up for a year membership without hesitating.

What I really love about this gym and about Ryan is that everyone is at their own fitness level and on their own journey, and he supports every single person achieve their goals. You can tell he genuinely cares. I know its a total cliche to say this but honestly feels like a fitness family. You start to see the same people based on the time you go so you really get a chance to build friendships and looking forward to catching up. Plus, we have fun outside the gym too from Taco Tuesdays at Huddys, spartan races, legendary Christmas parties, Ryan really does an amazing job at fostering camaraderie.

Since joining I have lost about 20ish pounds, and I cannot wait to keep going as I get ready for my wedding. If you are looking for a gym that has a close knit vibe, keeps you accountable, and helps you achieve your goals with a trainer who truly cares, this is the place for you!

UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL POST ON YELP WHEN I STARTED w/ RYAN... (see post below)

I've been a client of Ryan’s for over 8 years, and I can honestly say joining Let’s Go Fitness (LGF) is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. When I first started LGF (at age 45), I didn’t want to work out at all—I was intimidated, unsure of myself, and never thought I’d stick with it. But, I was tired of feeling tired. Fast forward to today: I consistently show up five days a week at 6am, and it's become a part of who I am.
The gym culture is incredibly inviting and fun. It truly feels like a family here. We don’t just work out together - we do life together. From Spartan races, family hikes, axe throwing, wine tastings, to picnics and holiday parties, there’s always something going on that brings us closer and keeps things exciting.
While I will always have to keep working on my nutrition & bad habits, the biggest win for me is that I keep showing up, and that’s something I was never able to do before. I credit that entirely to Ryan and the supportive community he’s built. His training, encouragement, and consistency have made all the difference (and we have SO many good laughs along the way!)
If you're looking for a place that’s more than just a gym—a place that lifts you up, keeps you accountable, and makes fitness fun—this is it. I’m so thankful for my gym family and especially to Ryan for helping me become the person I never thought I could be.

6/21/2017

I showed up for my 1st bootcamp session... not knowing (1) if I could even hang, (2) if I would hate it, (3) if my trainer would be a dick (although he came highly recommended...) - it was a bunch of "I don't knows" in this crazy head of mine... I had half-defeated myself before I even showed up that first day. It is now 83 days later and going to workout w/ Ryan Keith every Tues., Thurs. & Sat. has become the ONE consistent thing in my life besides showing up to work every day - and I actually look forward to it! I have lost 11.8 lbs. and a total of 14.75 inches! (well, add back in 1.5 inches that my skinny ass calves have grown... yay! Who knew my legs could actually NOT be so stick-like! lol)... while I had hoped to progress faster (like being down 20 lbs. right now would be cool!), I have never felt stronger and more confident about what I am capable of if I put my mind to it. I'm pretty lazy by nature so for me this is a huge accomplishment! Ryan Keith - you are an AMAZING young man and your knowledge and variety of training is incredible... you know how to push us, but still laugh at my antics - you are so appreciated! #progress... #ificandoitanyonecan... #onamission! #letsgomobilefitness

This is a great gym if you want small, effective workouts with a variety of exercises so you never get bored. Personal Trainer Ryan is hands on not just during classes but 6 days a week. If you want he will analyze and give feedback on what you are eating weekly, plus give you a way to jump start your journey to better health with his 21 Day Transformation Makeover. There are lots of fun themed workouts throughout the year and group outings a few times per year (if you want to participate). Ryan will support you on your road to better overall health of body, mind and spirit. Give LGF a try!

Ryan is an outstanding trainer! He’s experienced, committed, and always fully engaged. His dedication to proper form and technique, paired with his skill in working around injuries, is truly unmatched.

Not to mention, he helped me get in shape for my special wedding day. Thank you Ryan, for being supportive and flexible while consistently pushing me to reach my full potential.

As I celebrate five years of training with him, I’m thrilled to continue my journey and set new goals. Joining Let’s Go Fitness is a decision you won’t regret!

Let’s Go Fitness has made a huge difference in my life. Ryan takes the time to get to know each member and designs workouts that fit our personal goals. The small class sizes make every session feel like personal training, and he’s always there to guide us—offering modifications, correcting form, and keeping us motivated.

I’ve never been a gym person and always felt intimidated by fitness equipment, but Ryan creates such a supportive, welcoming environment. After just a few weeks, I felt stronger and more confident.

One of the biggest highlights for me this year was completing my first Spartan 5K—something I never thought I could do. Ryan encouraged me to sign up, trained with us, and ran the whole race by our side. That kind of support is rare, and I’m so thankful for it. Joining Let’s Go Fitness was one of the best decisions I’ve made! Thanks Ryan!!!

My wife started going to this gym and she was raving about the positive atmosphere. Group classes are not usually my preferred way to workout but I really enjoy Ryan’s workouts! He takes care of designing well rounded workouts that rotate on which muscle groups you focus on. You can pick and choose what days to go on depending on what you want to work on in a given week. Ryan also keeps track of how much you lift for select exercises so you can track your progress. It’s been so nice to not have to think so much while at the gym. The classes are always small so it never feels super crowded, but at the same time has a great sense of camaraderie. I highly recommend joining this gym!

The other 5 stars review aren’t lying! This gym is really special. The small group sizes create a great community and Ryan’s workouts are great. He provides a ton of different modifications, and emphasizes proper form. Ryan is also really flexible in terms of allowing you to makeup classes and get off the waitlist. It’s a really supportive environment, and all the other gym attendees are always so nice. The intro offer is an absolute steal, and I’m still going many months later!

I fell into a hole where I was too intimidated to go to the gym but definitely needed to keep active, and I found the solution with Let’s Go Fitness!

From the get-go, the small group classes were a big appeal, not only because you get to know each other really well, but because everyone can get individual attention from Ryan. Fellow gym goers get to know each other and the class size is small enough that everyone gets the individual attention needed.

Ryan (trainer) is encouraging and committed to your fitness goals, with weekly check-ins and an understanding that sometimes life happens that may derail those goals. LFG classes are now an integral part of my week that I look forward to. The flexibility of class times also allows me to rearrange if I can’t make it into my usual time.

I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my fitness and confidence since I began six months ago, thanks to LFG and am excited to continue my fitness journey with Ryan and the others.
Highly recommend Let’s Go Fitness!

For years I neglected myself and did not exercise at all. I started with the 21 day program to try it out and I loved the structure of how Ryan plans out the exercises and provides high impact and low impact choices. Ryan is a very dedicated trainer and will dedicate his time to show you how to do the exercises correctly and more efficient. He motivates you and provides tools such as nutrition advice, email check ins, text check ins to keep you on track of your goals. I made the best decision to join Let’s Go Fitness!

Classes are flexible and he has a variety to meet everyone’s needs including: virtual, indoor, outdoor, and open gym. Ryan has classes scheduled at multiple times throughout the day. I have been going to Let’s Go Fitness for a year and a half, and I could not be happier with my fitness journey. Ryan is our coach and is also the owner. When I joined, Ryan took the time to get know me, find out what my fitness goals were and helped me plan. I am well on my way now.
Ryan is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring, making sure that we all employ good form in our workouts. I’ve had an issue with my left shoulder and Ryan pays attention to that modifying my workout so I can strengthen it while ensuing I don’t injure it further. The gym is spotless, and all the equipment is in great condition.
Ryan motivates and helps us excel with our fitness goals. He also creates a warm, welcoming culture where everyone is friendly and supportive of each other. The workouts are intense, but they are a lot of fun!
A year in, I am stronger, more toned, and fit. I feel more energetic and look forward to every single class. I could not have found a better gym and highly recommend Let’s Go Fitness for any fitness level, as Ryan tailors your workout to your ability and your goals.
I absolutely love Let’s Go Fitness! Come check it out!

I cannot recommend Let’s Go Fitness enough!!
What sets LGF apart is the super welcoming community and the small group classes. Fellow gym goers get to know each other and the class size is small enough that everyone gets personalized attention. Many class times are offered per day, making them easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Ryan (trainer) is knowledgeable, encouraging, and committed to your fitness goals, no matter if you’re brand new to the gym (like I was) or are an experienced lifter. Ryan’s classes have now become a part of my weekly routine I look forward to. I have gotten so strong, lean, and confident at the gym thanks to Ryan and am still challenged in his classes over a year later. Highly recommend Let’s Go Fitness!

Let’s go fitness has been the biggest game changer for me! After 2 back to back pregnancies during Covid, followed by a fractured 5th metatarsal injury, I was out of shape and desperately needed to feel like my old self again. Let’s go fitness did just that. Ryan is an absolute gem. He’s so welcoming, supportive and patient. He pays special attention to every member’s fitness level, always offering modified versions of each exercise, which is always so helpful for me. The other members who attend these fitness classes (shout out to the 9am crew!) are so welcoming, friendly and always happy to give suggestions. The work out routines are at the level that is challenging enough to see results, but not so challenging that it becomes dreadful to attend. I always look forward to Ryan’s classes, and that incredible feeling after completing a great workout is unmatched.

When it comes to trainers, Ryan is the cream of the crop. I started working with him about six years ago and in just a few weeks, I had already lost over 15 lbs and gained more muscle than I have ever had in my life. I felt like my knees were not in great shape when I first started training due to pain I would experience while running or working out my legs, but the stretching exercises that Ryan taught me have helped to essentially eliminate all of my knee pain. I used to hate working out, but now I look forward to it thanks to Ryan and his training style.

Ryan changes up each workout so that they never feel routine or boring. He makes sure your form is correct and pushes you to perform at your best, but never to the point where you're overexerting yourself with no additional benefit. His personality is laid-back and welcoming, and you can tell right off the bat that he truly cares about his clients' goals, progress, and physical well-being. I never once felt intimidated to ask him a question about workouts, nutrition, supplements, etc....and he would always give me an honest answer based on his personal experience. Ryan also helps you set nutritional goals through the MyFitnessPal iPhone/Android app and offers advice on how to achieve those goals while checking your progress on a weekly basis.

If you're ready to put the work in and you want the best trainer in the South Bay to help you achieve your fitness goals, look no further than Let's Go Fitness!

I've never been one to enjoy exercise. I've never been one to follow through on going to the gym after I've purchased a membership. I've had personal trainers, and found them to be too expensive and too intense. I usually would get annoyed with them after a few months of working out one on one. And yet, here I am LOVING going to workout. Let's Go Fitness is a program that works great for me. The classes are small enough that there is plenty of personal attention if you need it but the owner/trainer, Ryan, lets you be if you don't need any help. His circuit training workouts are presented with options of intensity levels. You do the level that works best for you. The workouts are varied. I can't say we've ever repeated a workout yet. The facility is extremely clean and organized. You have to sign up for class workouts in advance to keep the class size small. That has helped my accountability as well. If I sign up and take a spot, someone else may not get to do so if the class is full. They even have a nutrition program to help you maximize your results. The clients are friendly and very nice. They even get together socially!
I can't recommend Let's Go Fitness enough. It's changed how I feel about the gym and my body!

After years of playing rugby, I was use to being in great shape. Of course when I stopped playing, I didn't adjust my dietary habits, and my workouts became less and less. I quickly found myself in my worse shape ever.
Thankfully I happened to catch Ryan working out with the Fit Fam and didn't hesitate to ask him how to join his group. It's clear that Ryan puts in a lot of thought and creativity into his workouts. They hit every muscle area, provide the challenge I need, and they're anything but typical. I've been so impressed with each session. Ryan pays attention as an individual without hovering over me. I tease him that I'm fine if he doesn't give me my money's worth, yet he makes sure each session kicks my butt and somehow he has me coming back for more. I've quickly seen the results that keeps me motivated. Ryan is without a doubt an awesome and effective trainer!

Finally, I have found the perfect fit. I’ve tried yoga studios, traditional gyms, fighting gyms, personal trainers, you name it. I couldn’t stick with anything. Enter Ryan. Ryan provides the perfect balance of accountability and flexibility. He offers multiple classes a day, morning and evening classes, and indoor, outdoor and virtual classes. For every exercise, he provides high impact and low impact options. And, now, Let’s Go Fitness will have open gym hours where you can workout on your own. You have the option of having Ryan take and track your measurements. He provides recipes and meal advice. He posts tips for exercise and nutrition in the Facebook group and via email. I get periodic texts just checking in. But I never feel hassled or hounded, just supported. And, I never feel guilty for not taking advantage of every single thing offered. As for results, I notice them daily. I am stronger. My heart is stronger. My lungs are stronger. I’m 43 and I spend hours running around the park with my 4-year-old niece. I am so grateful to have that ability. Lastly, the Let’s Go Fitness community is friendly, supportive, and enthusiastic. They do Spartan races. We recently went on a wine hike in Malibu. Joining Let’s Go Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time.

This is a gym like no other I’ve been to. Ryan drives the sense of family that we have here, by encouraging and incentive us to keep an eye out on diet, sleep, stretching, move your body and to take a step further, with external activities in parks around the area and Spartan races along the year.

The basic session is very simple and efficient: you schedule the classes in advance using a scheduling app, join the session remotely or in person, internal or external (there is an outdoor area on the back of the gym), then class starts: warmup, interval training, stretching. The out of the ordinary to me is that I feel like in a private class, but there are others around to talk to as well.

After a few months without regular exercises due to Covid, my back pain was back, and I needed to find a place to exercise regularly. After a recommendation from my wife, I decided to take the first step coming to LGF, about 4 months ago. The best decision ever!

Besides the personal tailored meal recipes and habits building tips, this is a fully equipped health center, with a lot of different workout stations, as well as a group of diverse people in terms of age, background and interests, no judgement from anyone. I would recommend this place, hands down!

I used to go to the gym and had personal trainer. However, the pandemic changed that and I didn't feel too safe. Not too many gyms adapted well to the pandemic. Then I found LFG on Yelp. I found myself in an outdoor bootcamp at LFG and really enjoyed the class. I kept going and am still going. It was one of the best decisions in 2021. I only wish I found Ryan and LFG earlier.

Ryan care about his students and it shows. He set the tone and create positive, fun, and warm environment. His gym is well-maintained and clean. Ryan know how to challenge you and get the most of you. His circuit sessions vary daily so you are not working on same routine or same muscle. You can choose from low impact or high impact. You can view his demonstration on each exercise throughout the class. You do not feel intimidated to ask questions of him and others in class.

Ryan offers flexible hours in his bootcamp sessions (outdoor/indoor) and online sessions. You can reserve your spot easily through an app. I personally haven't had an issue with participating in online bootcamp sessions.

Finally, Ryan provides general nutrition advice and then follow up with healthy recipes that are easy to make. I like trying out different recipes.

Ever since I started with LFG, I feel that my physical and mental health improve for the better.

Whether losing weight or toning up is your goal, I recommend you check out LFG.

Let's Go Fitness has 5 stars for a reason! Ryan strikes the perfect balance of pushing you beyond your perceived limits and understanding that life happens; you just need to pivot. The encouragement is outstanding; no weird, judge-y vibes here! I had health reasons for not being able to work out for a few years on top of Covid gym shutdowns. My body and soul had been through the wringer, I had gained weight and the thought of trying to get back into exercise seemed overwhelming. I wasn't comfortable going back to an indoor gym so searched for outdoor exercise classes in the South Bay and didn't have much luck with options. I did find Let's Go Fitness and took the plunge with a trial offer. I was really worried about starting from scratch but Ryan and the other class members could not have been more welcoming. Ryan puts a lot of effort into customizing each class with a variety of exercises and will offer modifications for different levels or injuries. The most important aspect for me has been the effect it has had on my mental health, I now have something that gets me out of the house a few times a week and that is priceless. It makes me a little emotional thinking the support I have received, Thank you Ryan I appreciate you!

My girlfriend and I are not fans of "regular" gyms so we were very interested in learning more about Let's Go Fitness in Redondo Beach. Ryan invited us in for a free session so we could see if this would be something for us.
I love that the workouts are very structured, Ryan always shows how to do the exercise and even have an easier option for those of us who are NOT in shape (yet)
people in the small group are focused on the workouts but we definitely manage to have fun at the same time.
You can choose to workout inside the gym, outside the gym or online via webcam. I have not seen anyone else offer that variety.

Our morning workouts has become part of our routine and is a great way of starting the day for us. They also offer afternoon / evening classes as well.
I can recommend this gym for those who wants results but don't want the regular gym scene.

I lost 50 pounds on my own prior to joining Ryan at Let's Go Fitness to tone up my wiggly arms and jiggly stomach. Over the last two months, I have lost even more inches all over my body and gained some muscle. I love asking my husband to feel my new arm muscles when I flex.

When I signed up to take classes I never expected to get regular nutrition advice with a meal plan, recipes, and follow-up, or feel like I had more own personal trainer. Let's Go Fitness is a full program with workouts and diet help. I really love the Overnight Quinoa recipe, the Mango Salsa burgers, and the chicken salad roll-ups.

I have always been intimidated by workout classes feeling like I was going to be the one always behind and not able to keep up. Ryan makes modifications for less impact which was so helpful as I began taking classes (especially given the fact I have had back surgery and have some limitations). Ryan welcomes everyone to class by name and has really created a kind environment for working to become my better self. I love that no workout ever has felt the same so I am not bored and always feel like I am using new muscles.

Join up and put in a few hours of your week to be able to flex those muscles and feel happier!

This has seriously been one of the best choices I’ve made for myself. After trying to stick to a workout routine at home by myself, and failing miserably lol, I knew I needed some accountability and motivation. I started with a 21 day challenge at Let’s Go Fitness and quickly got what I had been looking for. Ryan is so supportive, attentive and knowledgeable. He creates really good workouts that I can feel the results of without over doing it. There’s a perfect balance of exercise, instruction, water breaks and fun. There are less impact options of workouts if needed and never any pressure to do more than you feel up to. The choice of being able to be outdoors, indoors or at home via webcast is perfect for all schedules and needs. I received guidance on nutrition, specific workouts for target areas and so much encouragement along the way. Everyone there is super supportive and in good spirits which makes the small groups fun to be a part of. I feel good physically and mentally with exercise being the way I start my day. I started for a challenge and ended up staying with a monthly membership fit just right for my schedule. So grateful Ryan!! Thanks for creating the perfect workout space 🙏🏼

Prior to last year, I have always been a big gym member with little to no drive to actually go and get in shape. I just reached my 1 year Gymnaversary here at Let's Go Fitness. I started 1 month prior to the pandemic close-down ( already postponing getting into shape by at least 2 years). When I first started I was very out of shape and physically floppy. After the close down I was skeptical on how my goal to work-out regularly would continue, but Ryan at LGF kept things innovative and stimulating with a blend of online and in-park training. Needless to say, I stuck through it and with Ryan's encouragement have made significant progress in my endurance, strength, and flexibility. In addition, gained my work-out family that is there to support me through the more difficult workouts.
Ryan holds each of us accountable but also gives us support and encouragement. This small gym way proves to be much more successful at accomplishing our goals and Ryan helps us all despite how different our goals are.
I couldn't recommend Let's Go Fitness more especially if you need a kick start in your fitness.

I have been working out with Ryan for about 4 months now and I am loving it. I started at 3 classes per week and just moved that up to 4 classes per week because I enjoy it so much. This is the healthiest I have felt in well over a decade, both physically and mentally.

Ryan makes the workouts fun and challenging and will always offer alternatives depending on your fitness level. He will correct form to prevent injury and he constantly changes up the exercises so it never feels repetitive.

Also, the meal plan alone is worth signing up and the food is very good. I haven't found a meal I don't enjoy.

This place is judgement free and Ryan will work with you on your individual goals. Signing up here is the best decision I have made in a long time and I would recommend Let's Go Fitness to anyone. Give it a try and you'll be hooked.

Ryan is an amazing trainer! He is so professional and commited to helping his clients meet their fitness goals. I always struggled with sticking to an excersise routine, but when I joined Let's Go Fitness, I was able to workout at my own pace and still see results. He takes the time to teach you how to do the excercises correctly and provides a variation of each excercise. Every day is diffrent, never boring and best of all, you can workout in a judgement free environment and the gym is very clean! I have knowned Ryan for 3 years now and I would not go anywhere else to meet my fitness goals. I highly recommed Let's Go Fitness !!!

I found Let's Go Fitness after struggling to hold myself accountable to actually use my membership to 24 hour fitness. I've now been a member for over a year and a half and I cannot speak highly enough about Ryan or the quality of his gym and workouts. I've managed to lose 20 pounds and build up my strength tremendously since starting here, goals I didn't think were achievable as someone who did not have much of an athletic background.

Ryan's training style has been one of the most important reasons I have continued to come back. He is invested in your individual success. He provides several modifications for each exercise to accommodate all activity levels and any potential injuries. As someone with lower back issues, this has allowed me to participate in challenging workouts while also having appropriate alternatives when something might specifically trigger my back.

Lastly, Ryan has gone above and beyond during the pandemic to ensure he is still able to provide his high quality services while still placing our safety as his top priority. His shift to online workouts as soon as the pandemic started allowed me to maintain my routine and keep up my physical health in the midst of a lot of stress and uncertainty.

I cannot recommend Let's Go Fitness and Ryan enough. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made!

This review is looong overdue but I absolutely LOVE going to and being apart of Let’s Go Fitness. Ryan Keith is great motivator and coach to everyone. He helps you create, meet, and exceed your personal fitness goals that work with your lifestyle and schedule. He caters his work out to all levels and has a way to make even the toughest of work outs fun😊 Ryan has the ability to give his undivided attention/personal coaching to you effortlessly in a group setting while maintaining motivation for everyone in the class. Ryan has continued this through out recent events bringing the same excitement and energy to out virtual classes. I am lucky to have found and be a part of the LGF fit fam.

I've been coming here for about 6 months now and only have positive things to say about Ryan and his gym. With the classes being smaller in size, it allows Ryan to more closely observe and provide corrections to ensure your form is correct. This has helped greatly in reducing the back pain I originally had when I first started. Would highly recommend giving it a shot!

In addition, Ryan's response to the quarantine has been fantastic. He was able to quickly move us over to remote Zoom sessions and continues to provide his classes despite us not being able to meet in person. The classes are still engaging and it definitely is more important now to stay as healthy and active as possible.

I love my gym, Let’s Go Fitness because of the fitness program Ryan provides. It is like having semi private lessons without the high price attached. Ryan is very in tune with each client’s needs. He Tracks our progress and encourages us with a nice text . He also provides a nutritional component giving us access to an app where we record our calorie intake. He measures and weighs us so he can help us meet our goals. I have tried many gyms in my life and this is by far the best!

I'm so happy to have found this program. It's the perfect halfway between participating in a group class and having a personal trainer. What's really special about it is that Ryan makes himself super available to all of his clients and even helps keep you accountable with your weekly nutrition. (And his dietary suggestions are always manageable & realistic. He understands that life can get in the way here and there.) This is why you get more out of it than you would from any other group class. It's much more personal.

Ryan keeps his classes to a maximum of 8 people, which is the perfect size to still give individual attention. This means if you have an injury or need a modification, he's literally right there for you.

The workouts are always super different and Ryan puts a ton of time and effort into creating them! Each day focuses on a different body part: i.e. Leg Day, Cardio/Abs, etc. It's a fun environment and I would definitely recommend to anyone no matter where you are at with your current fitness & health regimen.

So happy I found this place! Ryan is an amazing coach. His workouts are always different so you are never bored and he provides options for all fitness levels. In my first month I lost something like 11 inches from my total body!

Ryan is super supportive. When the lockdown was announced he transitioned from gym to online classes overnight. I can't put into words how grateful I was to have a sense of normalcy during those first few weeks. I highly recommend Let's Go Fitness. I'm a 53 year-old woman, btw, and I've really increased my strength and have lost pounds. There's all age groups and the classes are never more than 8 people. That was a big draw for me!

Ryan is with you every step of the way to help you reach your individual goals.

Highly Recommend

I love HIIT and athletic style training, so once I found Let’s Go Fitness I was totally hooked on the classes. Ryan, the trainer, is the man! They’re small classes so you get the individual attention of a personal trainer, without the high price. Ryan also provides feedback on your diet on an ongoing basis, has a meal plan, and really coaches you through your wellness journey. I love this studio and am so glad I found this place! The people are awesome, too!

So my story is probably the same as most. I came with the intentions of telling Ryan, the owner/trainer, my goals and to also help add back in a scheduled workout routine into my busy work schedule. Over a year later, I not only achieved that initial goal, but I now have an extended fitness family, as well as a Spartan one! Ryan, and all the other fitness friends there, genuinely care about each other as people and are also making fun convos with updates on our crazy lives. Ryan's sessions leave you feeling the endorphin rush as you progress towards your individualized goals with him, and he keeps it fresh by constantly mixing up the exercises and muscle groups. He is very intentional with his exercise choices, and incorporates themed fun days on the various holidays. Thanks, Ryan, for the support in helping me be a better athlete, and very much look forward to future Spartan shenanigans!

Before I joined this gym, I was lacking motivation and often gave up after one week of “healthy living.” The trainer, Ryan, is great about making sure you are on track and held accountable. He takes the time to check your food logs and takes measurements monthly. Workouts are always fun and change daily. I’m far from knowledgeable about exercise and Ryan is great at explaining the workouts (sometimes more than once)! Although I’m still relatively new, I have noticed improvements physically and mentally already.

I just just celebrated my first “gymaversary” with Ryan. I must admit have no had several trainers in the past, Ryan is the most effective of them all. I am not going to share my age but I have never felt better and stronger even in my twenties! I have lost pounds and inches! He is knowledgeable both in physical and nutritional fitness. He pushes you but also knows each person’s limitations. Love the fact that he checks your nutrition log every week and guide you toward eating the right food. He is fun and can take any sarcasm we throw his way! There is never a doll moment in his gym. I have to also share that he can be flexible if there is an emergency and you need to make up a class. The gym is immaculate and there is always fresh flowers in the restroom! He didn’t bribe me to write this but I must admit that I just got a present from him for our first gymaversary. How amazing is that?

Life changing! Over the last three years I gained so much weight and felt disgusting. I had made several attempts at trying to commit to working out and I failed every time. I would always get bored and would fall off the wagon. I didn't know if "Let's go Fitness" would work for me because so many things I'd tried had failed. I absolutely love it! For the first time in a very long time I feel good about my body. Ryan listens and checks in with you. He makes you want to show up and push yourself because he really cares about your progress. Unlike gyms and other programs, Ryan will notice and care when you don't show up. When you don't feel like working out - he's there to push you. That's what I needed and it works!! It's the best investment I've made in a long time. Thanks Ryan!

I have been working out with Ryan at Let’s Go Fitness for over a year and a half. In that time I have dropped two pant sizes, lost weight, and I feel stronger than I have in years. Ryan’s workouts are challenging, but he also adapts them to fit the client. Ryan is dedicated to helping his clients reach their goals and makes himself available to answer questions. The atmosphere at Let’s Go Fitness is friendly and encouraging, it’s a great place to workout.

Ryan, thank you. You are indeed an exceptional trainer. You have transformed me in the past as my personal trainer. Then a year ago, I reconnected with you again, at this time, working out in small group training. I am absolutely happy to say that your fitness program truly works. I have lost fat and inches, and glad to say, I am now wearing size 6-8, when just a year ago I was wearing size 12-14. My energy level has increased; I gained endurance and focus, and most importantly, you help me to stay on track.
Ryan can help you the same way he has helped me and hundred of others to reach their fitness goals.

I absolutely love Let's Go Fitness! I've never been an athlete or stayed with a gym/workout for more than a month or two, but this time I'm hooked. I met Ryan and started going 3 days a week in August 2018. It was hard at first and I was super sore, but Ryan was very encouraging and the other members are really great to work out with. After a couple months I moved to 4 classes a week and now I do 5! The workouts are always fun and full of new exercises to keep things from getting boring. I feel like I've made a great group of friends who are encouraging and excited to see each other make progress.

Ryan reviews my food/nutrition log each week and gives great recommendations, but he's also a normal guy who understands that things come up and sometimes I eat too many treats. He has been great at helping me get back on track and checks in often via text to see how things are going.

I've never been stronger and for the first time in my life, I can actually say that I love working out! My friends are shocked at how much I love my workouts. I never thought I'd be this person, but I'm so happy I am, and I thank Ryan for it!

I used to spend 2 hrs at the gym doing random workouts & 30 boring minutes on the elliptical. I hate(d) running. I also didn't feel very productive with the personal trainers there. I've done videos by Tony Horton, Shaun T & Billy Blanks. I've done Pilates & have been to Pilates reformer classes. All great but not long lasting. I stopped working out for 11 years (started a career, met husband, had family with kids). Then I joined Let's Go Fitness over 2 years ago.

There are so many reasons why I'm still working out at Let's Go Fitness with Ryan:
- I avoid the busy gym crowd. No waiting. No weirdos.
- Free weights, ropes, prowler, treadmills & more.
- Cardio without running.
- Ryan is very efficient in an hour.
- He is creative and has a wealth of knowledge about health, nutrition, the body, & endless amounts of workouts.
- It's a total body workout. Holiday workouts are especially fun.
- I am sore every. single. time. Every workout is worth it.
- Ryan measures/weighs you monthly & makes food recommendations based on what you eat each week. It works. I've seen the differences when I listened and didn't listen.
- Ryan is easy to talk to and professional. Everyone I work out with are also cool people.
- The gym is clean and the music is great.

Most importantly, I used to have knee pain after hiking & sciatica that would stab me occasionally for over 20 years but haven't had any of these issues in 2 years! I'm happier and stronger. I'd like to stay that way.

I started the 14 days trial with Ryan, my body was so sore which is awesome!!! (did pinterest workout for 5 years and pilates for 2 year)
Ryan straight up kicked my butt!!!
With only 8 people per class you get the best out of your workout, Ryan pays close attention to form, adjust to individual fitness level, understanding every person is not built the same and cater to injuries and create modifications. He is very encouraging, and get to know you and your performance level.
I absolutely love this studio. The atmosphere there is motivating, kind, and helpful. It's always clean and doesn't smell like a gym.
If you're looking for a challenging workout, this is definitely the place.

Ok, first let me start by saying that decided to try LGF with their trial offer to prove to my doctors that I could NOT handle regular exercise. I have multiple sclerosis and a prosthetic knee. Welllll, that was all before I met Ryan. Ryan was able to show me modified exercises that I could do and before I knew it, I was able to do most exercises without modification. Ryan helps motivate you without any weird boot camp type vibes like yelling or barking out orders. He also reviews my food journal weekly, does full body measurements monthly and responds promptly to my text whenever I have need to contact him at no additional cost. I highly recommend LGF to people just starting out their fitness journey to those who are already in great shape and continuing their journey.

I just hit my 1 year gymiversary, I'm down 25lbs and feel stronger than ever. This is the longest I've ever stayed with a workout program. I highly recommend Let's Go Fitness.

This is great small group Fitness Studio. Ryan Changes the format of the classes to keep it from getting stale and he makes the workouts effective for all ranges of fitness. A healthy balance of managing your food intake, cardio and weights makes it very effective. I have left some of the workouts with the same muscle soreness that you get out of a full blown gym. On top of the work, the people are great! all have a good attitude and are eager to cheer you on without being over bearing. I highly recommend going here for anyone looking to get in shape or maintain their fitness

Ryan is incredible! I have been with Let's Go Fitness for over a year. I was back to my ideal weight within months, I lost 10 lbs and shed 15 inches. Now, I'm getting strong and I feel great! Ryan is an excellent trainer. He mixes up the workouts, plays fun music, and he's always pushing us and encouraging us throughout class. He takes measurements and weight every month. He even helps with nutrition and meal planning. I'm so grateful for Ryan and LGF for getting me back on track, continuing to push me every class, and encouraging a healthy and happy lifestyle. Let's Go Fitness is a great place to be!!!

I feel truly blessed to have found this perfect place! Ryan is an amazing trainer! There is Max 6 ppl per class, he is constantly engaged with you as an individual and the group. I had never lifted weights before he made me feel so comfortable with how to use them and the correct form. He continuously makes sure you are doing the right form and are okay with the weight. He pushes you to do and be your best without yelling at you or making you feel uncomfortable! He also works with you on your meal plan to find out what best fits your lifestyle which is so important. It's individualized meal recommendations that are reasonable with your schedule and what you like to eat. I started on 10/27 at 135.4 lbs i was weighted 12/10 at 130 and I've lost 7.25inches in total. Thank you Ryan

Usually when you think of a personal trainer (and “boot-camp” training) you may think of that of person as someone who is going to drill you like you’re in the military…well, Ryan (Let’s Go Fitness) is the exact opposite. In my search for group training I was lucky to have found LGF right away, but I was very particular when it came to selecting the right trainer for me. I have had personal trainers on and off for almost 20 years so I kind of knew what works for me. If you’re like me, I did not care for blazing music to where I can’t even count the reps, or someone in my face yelling at me (for my own good) but none the less that just doesn’t work for me, or the trainer that is so extreme you have nightmares just thinking about training. Ryan is the best trainer I’ve ever had, it’s like he plays Jedi mind tricks and the next thing you know an hour has gone by and you feel great. Don’t get me wrong, you will put in the work and his workouts are never boring. He’s structured and organized yet FUN and the atmosphere is very playful (btw, there is music, LOL, but you don’t feel like you’re at the club standing next to the speaker). The best way to know if LGF is for you is to just try it out. You will NEVER feel pressured to commit to anything, the rates are pretty amazing and worth every penny…I cannot think of anyone better to help you in your journey to a healthier you!

Ryan is the perfect trainer. He works very hard to provide the best service to his clients. His workouts have awesome variety and are very creative. They are designed for whole body health (no Popeye arms with chicken legs). Ryan doesn’t just string random exercises together. . . each activity has a purpose. I could never replicate the work outs I get at Let’s go fitness at home because; I don’t have the space, the variety of equipment, and the exercise knowledge. I without Ryan I would be doing the same carpet jam video at home every day . . . getting bored and giving up. And most importantly Ryan always encourages you to push yourself harder and get a better workout. He is an ideal example of a coach!

Working out with Ryan is the best! His workouts are always new and exciting. He is fantastic at challenging you to push a little further than you thought you could, but also knows when you need to scale back or modify to keep your body safe during a workout. Ryan's workouts are perfect for overall fitness- they aren't some crazy hardcore workout regime that will have you burnt out by the end of the second week. After the end of the first month, I noticed myself feeling leaner and stronger, but still as energetic about the classes as when I first started. He measures your progress not only in pounds and inches, but also in what you become capable of over time. My first day, I struggled to push the prowler the second lap, and a few weeks later Ryan encouraged me to go for a third round- and I discovered that I could! These kinds of victories are often more rewarding than worrying about a number on a scale.

The class sizes are perfect for having both an incredible amount of personalized attention but also a nice social aspect. There's also a great support group for all members, where Ryan will share updates, encouragement, healthy recipes, or bonus workouts. The community is really warm and welcoming, and everyone is wonderfully supportive and happy to cheer each other on.

Ryan also provides valuable support for nutrition. He has you log your food in MyFitnessPal, and then every week has you submit a nutrition summary for a check-in. He makes sure to work with your individual goals and then gives you metrics to strive for every week. He will look through your log and make recommendations about where you could make changes to increase your health and results. This is entirely optional, and he never pushes or makes you feel uncomfortable about it. His critique is entirely constructive and positive.

I highly recommend training with Ryan! You won't regret it!

Ryan is an excellent trainer. No intimidation or yelling or focusing on his own issues (had another trainer once that could not stop talking about his baseball injury and how every exercise we did was to avoid an injury like his).

Ryan makes adjustments to go at your speed, while somehow--not sure how he does it--make you work harder than you thought you could. So always sweating and sore and feeling rewarded for a tough work out but in a friendly personalized atmosphere.

Now that Ryan has his own place, no interruptions. He designed it for his style of training. At first, it makes you wonder how this could possibly push you to your limits or be a good workout. But, just after the first session with him a while back, I realized how out of shape I was, and how effective his workouts are.

I used to think that I don't need a trainer, could do this on my own. But, never on my own, in the same amount of time, have I had such a quality work out. Now, I am sold on the value of a trainer. I also take yoga classes, so really liking the group training, as I get so bored at the gym on my own. The type of people in Ryan's work out classes are varied but all nice. It seems that Ryan attracts nice clients, so it makes for a good small class of 2 to 6 or so people. This is much better than one-on-one in my opinion because I don't want all the attention and to be stared at the whole time. Ryan is there the whole time, no further than 20 feet away from all students, and gives instructions the whole time, and times it the whole time, and gives feedback as needed, but gives you your space. For example, once I had a cramp and he gave a tool and special stretch exercise to make it go away, and it did go away, and I jumped back into the workout--fastest recovery from a cramp ever.

Overall, a socially-comfortable place for physical self-improvement. Two thumbs up.
