I love this gym! The energy here is always so positive, and the workouts are never the same. Brian mixes it up with strength, cardio, and fun challenges that keep things exciting and push you to do your best. The music is great, the people are friendly, and I always leave feeling amazing (and sweaty!). If you want a workout that keeps you motivated and never boring, this is the place to be!

I joined this gym about 7 years ago and it is still the best gym I have ever been to. Brian customizes each day and makes sure his clients are safe and working out at their level. I love that every day is different and I don’t have to figure it all out on my own. I definitely recommend Levels Functional Fitness for anyone that wants to take their health to the next level and join the comradeship that comes with it.

I've been going to Levels for a little over 3 years now, about 3-4 days a week. I don't think we've done the same exact workout twice. Some days are hard, occasionally they're downright brutal, but it's a very good, effective program. A good mix of strength training and HIIT days. Brian is a knowledgeable trainer, and is pretty hands- off unless you need help or guidance, which works for me. The facility is clean and well maintained, with a good selection of weights and equipment. Highly recommended! If I didn't do this regularly, I'd probably weigh 400 lbs.😆

Levels Functional Fitness is such a unique gym in how the exercises are done. Brian, the trainer, always keeps a balance in the exercises, keeping them fun yet strenuous. I have only been going here a month yet I already see such a difference. While we are doing the exercise, Brian always watches to see if your form is correct and that you are getting the best possible workout you can. Personally I have never looked forward to coming to the gym but going here really gave me a drive to workout. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.
