Working with Tony on my fitness has been a great experience. His understanding of how the body works is apparent through the way he approaches working out. It’s not just about hitting heavy weights, but also feeling good while doing it. On top of that, he leads by example which is very motivating. He also hosts the occasional running club on Sundays which is a good way of pushing your cardio.

Tony was huge in developing a program specific to me and my schedule as we focused on calisthenics and gradually increasing intensity and adding weight throughout the levels. Buying into this routine not only helped my day to day when it came to my work on production sets and video/photoshoots, but I also saw the results translate to how I approached my indoor climbing/bouldering and overall athletic fitness. This is my second time training with Coach Tony. I trained with him for a few months back in 2022 and again in 2024. Both times have been really helpful to me! I’m usually sitting at my desk for long hours so there's a lot of tension on my lower back and hips. He has given me various stretches and workouts that targets my needs. Not only was I able to gain muscle, but I was able to build healthier habits and discipline to reach my goals. Coach Tony trained me when I was ready to make fitness a priority and step back into the gym after a couple years when the pandemic settled down. I am thankful for the knowledge he passed onto me because I still incorporate the exercises he gave me even after I stopped training with him. My goal when we first started was to be able to be confident in the gym again and introduce myself to various workouts so I can become an independent gym goer. I reached that goal and more, where he pushed me to lift more than my body weight when I thought I was never going to reach that. If you’re looking to start or make moves in your fitness journey, Strong By Corong is the way to go! Before training with Tony, I had no experience going to the gym. He really helped me understand proper technique & form and introduced me to dynamic exercises from strength training to calisthenics to plyometric. Because of Tony’s knowledge, constant push, encouragement, and support, I’ve attained some personal goals (having a quality push up, deadlifting 155lbs) & overall gained the confidence to go to the gym on my own.
