I love taking these classes sometimes to switch up my usual work out routine in the gym! Instructors are all very friendly and helpful, they show you how to do the workouts, help you with form when needed, and are very encouraging. I enjoy these classes as they hit full body and it definitely leaves me feeling accomplished. The classes definitely get your body shaking and sweating with the slow and controlled movements, but it’s great! Love doing with family and friends as a hang out. I would definitely recommend trying a class out!

I recently switched from Pilates to Lagree, and I was amazed at the difference in intensity. My thighs were sore for days — in the best way possible. Ger was my instructor, and she was absolutely wonderful: kind, attentive, and great at what she does. I also love her 10 AM classes because they fit perfectly into my schedule.

I always enjoy getting my workout in at LFBA! This location specifically is very spacious, clean, and welcoming. I’ve taken classes with Gabbi, Marielle, Megan, and LLecenia; they are all great and give good instructions/cues! Lagree is definitely more challenging than Pilates, so keep that in mind if it is your first time. The classes are tough but it is a great workout that will leave you sore the next day.

As someone completely new to Pilates / Lagree, I wasn’t sure what to expect — but this studio has made the experience amazing from day one!
All of the trainers have been incredible. Each of them brings a unique energy and style to class, and they’re all equally supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They do such a great job of guiding you through the movements while making sure you feel comfortable and challenged in the best way. I genuinely enjoy every class, and it's quickly become something I look forward to each week. So far, I’m loving it — and I’ll definitely keep coming back!

These classes will challenge you in a fun way. I always leave feeling sore and the 40 minutes is so effective, it feels like a total body workout but slightly more focused on core and glutes. The vibe here is also really chill and the music played during class makes my millennial heart happy. Highly recommend if you're wanting to try something different than pilates/barre!

Absolutely love the classes here! It's short, but effective. Even if you're not shaking during class, you'll feel it the rest of the day...and maybe even the next day. It's not going to transform your body immediately, but consistency is key. It's best to set personal goals and focus on improving yourself every class.

Lagree is one of the more challenging workouts I've done but I always leave feeling reenergized. Angela at the Fremont LFBA is a great instructor! I used to like taking the occasional Pilates Reformer class while traveling abroad as a way to stay in shape and try something different, but when I decided I wanted to try going more regularly, I searched for gyms nearby and found Lagree.
It uses a similar apparatus to the Reformer, but the Lagree's aim is more on strength training and time under tension. Each class is 40 minutes, but it's enough to either make you start dripping sweat or get your leg muscles to twitch uncontrollable.
I now attend maybe 2 classes a week as I feel you can best feel and maintain your benefits. Your core and stabilizing muscles will benefit the most which improves my overall balance and mobility.
I wanted to do something that'll take me out of my comfort zone and LFBA's instructors do a great job of it.

I originally stumbled upon this studio while scrolling through the Mindbody app— I’d only taken one lagree class before, so I was still fairly new at everything.
My first class was booked with Geraldine who immediately greeted me & helped me with a tour of the lagree reformer and talked me through what to expect. She was also really comforting & super friendly! I bought a mini membership right away.
Since then, I’ve taken classes with Geraldine and Myla—both so sweet and somehow able to encourage you while you’re dramatically trembling in plank. Also, their playlists? So good! Guaranteed to distract you from the workout for a quick second. 10/10 would shake uncontrollably in their classes every week.
I've also taken Vivian's class. Her class is a whole vibe & she has me laughing the entire time!
The workouts are no joke, but you feel amazing afterwards. They’ve been so great about helping with modifications.
I’m so glad I found this studio close to home—it’s become my happy place. One day, I will make it through a full class without taking a “totally intentional water break.”

Classes are really fun and instructors are great! But this class requires some level of strength and flexibility. I’ve done kickboxing, yoga and orange theory but this form of exercise was the most challenging by far. The classes are short and sweet but 40 mins goes a long way when you do lagree. I work all over the bay so I use classpass and have been to many different studios. LFBA is my favorite studio! Specifically their Fremont location. It was my first Lagree class and my abs had never been sore like that. I like that they stick to traditional/basic but very effective moves instead of trying to come up with crazy moves that take longer to get into and adjusted to. I’ll be moving to Newark and can’t wait to make it my primary studio 😊

I have done a total of classes so far at LFBA and every experience is challenging but rewarding at the same time. The classes are really tough. Like really tough. But I’ve seen growth in all my other activities. I run 2-4 days a week and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my mile times. I also lift weights and I’m losing weight and since starting LFBA I’ve toned up a lot and have dropped 10 lbs in the past month. All the instructors are really nice and helpful. No one makes you feel out of place for making mistakes.

I’ve taken about six Lagree classes so far, and I think it’s such a great workout. The coaches in every class I’ve attended are really attentive, walking around to check my form and offering modifications if a move is too difficult for me. I usually gravitate toward cardio workouts and tend to rush through free weights, but these Lagree classes have taught me to slow down and really focus on the movement at hand. I’ve had a great experience at LFBA Fremont thus far. All instructors have been willing to go over any questions after class and model movements on the machine to prevent injury. You will have your favorites but I get something out of every class no matter who I take it with. I’m learning to lean into the “harder” instructors and classes because it yields increased strength and results. I also think it’s really important to share feedback with instructors at the end of class as improvement is important for both instructor and client! Love that feedback is welcomed. I’ve learned so much in such a short period of time and I see myself continuing LAGREE and possibly growing with the brand!
You owe it to yourself to give it a go and watch your body thank you!

I'm really hooked on Lagree classes! I've been going for a few months now, and I absolutely love it. It's definitely a challenging workout, but that's what I like about it. One of the instructors described it as "Pilates on steroids," which is a pretty accurate description. I always leave feeling like I've had a great workout and pushed my muscles to the limit. I'm even starting to see some muscle definition and toning, which is really motivating.

I LOVE lfba fremont. I was pretty scared to start because I wasn’t working out regularly but I have now done 6 classes and I feel the difference. I’ve been going to Vivian and she’s great at explaining these different moves and continues to challenge and encourage us! I’ve also done a class with Megan, Gaby and Geraldine and they have also been great instructors all doing different moves and helping you correct your form and pushing you to do the most you can! The classes are small, inviting and all the instructors I have had have been great in different ways. They’re very motivational but will also fix your form if needed. Each class is 40 minutes but it’s really a great workout that focuses on building up your core and toning your muscles. There is a little bit of a learning curve if you’ve never done Pilates but the instructors will show you themselves how to position yourself and will offer modifications as well if needed. I’m trying out their intro 8 class and it’e been awhile since i’ve felt this sore! I regularly do pole dancing and hip hop dancing, but the slowness is something completely different.
All the instructors I’ve taken have been welcoming, kind, and helpful. They will either demonstrate the movements, or correct your movement.
I do think the pricing is a bit on the higher side, especially for 40 minutes, but it’s also 40 minutes of nonstop hard workout. Regardless i plan to continue attending with my partner!

Highly recommend LFBA to everyone! It is a 40 mins Lagree class which increases your core strength, muscular strength and muscular endurance. They have both location in Fremont and San Jose. I love going to lagree! I’ve been to 15 classes so far and the classes never get easier (in a good way). As someone who is not the most “fit” looking person or skinny, I don’t feel out of place. I’ve never felt singled out and I think these type of classes can be intimidating if you’re not fit. This studio has been welcoming and friendly so far :) I also appreciate the instructors for correcting my form whenever they can!! If you are consistently doing barre or some other type of workout, I think you will be fine. Classes can be intense so I do recommend that you drink a lot of water beforehand.

I wanted to try Lagree because at my age, running and lifting weights are hard on my joints. Lagree is a workout! It’s intense and it burns! Even after a few hours I can still feel the burn. The instructors I’ve tried so far have all been great - very encouraging but they push you in the right way. My core is stronger and I feel like I stand a little taller. If you're looking for an effective, functional workout then give lagree a try. A mix of strength, core, and endurance all in 40 minutes!
This is not pilates. The megaformers differ from a pilates reformer and your focus for the class is different from pilates. Lagree feels much more like a workout with its techniques derived from bodybuilding and strength training.
The studio fits 10 and classes book fast. Don't be discouraged by the wait-list, you will likely get in most times. Because class is small, you get lot of attention which is awesome! The instructors help you and adjust your form so you're getting the most from your workout. It is nonstop, so for the 40 minutes you don't really get a break but you can take one if you need it. They have classes in the morning and in the evenings and you can book them online. They offer memberships or class packages depending what you want to commit to.
The studio has a changing room, bathroom, and cubbies to store your items during class. I recommend bringing a towel if you're prone to sweating but they do keep it cool in the studio.
First class is free so I highly recommend trying it out!

As someone who has never taken a group fitness class of any sort before, and someone who has only ever focused on light weight training, Lagree is a whole different game!
I went into it expecting a challenge but that still didn’t prepare me for just how strenuous Lagree is.
My first class I thought I might have to get stronger just to come back and be able to do it well! But I decided to keep giving it a try. Second class was even harder, but having just finished my third class (one a week because dang do I get sore!!), I can firmly say I’m in love with Lagree at LFBA!
It is such a challenge, but it’s also fun and you feel so accomplished at the end of the 40 min class - which, despite the challenging nature, really does go by quickly.
I’ve enjoyed there being a mix of new and experienced people at each class. I also feel like nothing is embarrassing - shaking is fine, having to take quick rests is fine, just as long as you’re showing effort - it never feels like anyone is judging.
10/10 would recommend and will be coming back.

I just completed my 15 classes and my sentiment remains the same. I love how each class is something different, but all the instructors remain so energetic. I really appreciate the expansion of machines in the Fremont studio, as well. I feel a lot stronger, and overall more confident. :-)

I love love love LFBA! I’ve been trying out a variety of fitnesses classes ranging from cycling to lagree - and this is by far my favorite one. I’ve been going for the past month, and my experience has been a solid 5/5. I’ve gone to both the SJ and Fremont studios, but I prefer the Fremont one only due to proximity. All the instructors I’ve taken classes from have been amazing, and all of the classes have definitely worked me out, in a good way. I highly recommend this studio if you’re thinking of doing lagree!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at LFBA. While these classes are some of the hardest fitness classes I’ve ever taken, The environment is so uplifting and supportive. Every instructor I’ve taken class with has challenged me to push me to greater limits. I always have to convince myself into going, but it’s always worth it. I leave class feeling so accomplished.

I am so excited that LFBA has opened in Fremont. I live a couple cities over & took Lagree across the bridge in the Peninsula which was difficult because of so much Bay Area traffic! It’s located in a great area right across from Kaiser Fremont and has easy access to the 880 freeway & Mission Blvd. The staff is amazing and what I love the most is how clean & sanitized it is. The other studio I go too has very high standards so I expected the same. Happy to say that LFBA is definitely up there & I'm happy to make it my new Lagree home!

This is by far one of my favorite Pilates/lagree studio! My first time ever trying Pilates/lagree was here and immediately I was hooked!! I feel like I really get a good workout and I’m feeling the burns every time! The studio is clean and all the instructors have been so nice and helpful, making sure my form is always correct and pushing me to my limits! Yes to the shakes!!

If you’re looking for a low impact exercise that will increase your strength and flexibility, lagree is it! I’ve been going for a couple months and I always get a full body workout. all the instructors are good but have their own unique style. You’ll be sore (in a good way) for atleast a day!

I have been wanting to try Pilates for a very long time and I’m so glad LFBA open in Fremont! All the instructors I have ever had are really nice. I love Christina. She is very patient and professional! So far all the instructors guide you to get to the right positions and comfortable with all the exercises. They ask you to challenge yourself with some position if you feel comfortable which is awesome. I can see a lot of improvement after trying it for almost a month. Also the place is very clean and neat. I love the music they play too:)

Lagree has been life changing. So glad I found a Lagree studio in Fremont. I used to take a bit of a drive to take classes but this one has been a great a blessing. High intensity but low impact! Mind and body connection is so important in these classes. I always feel good after each class and look forward to the next. Kinda obsessed. Always looking to see when my next class is or when to book again.

I love this lagree place! I’ve been practicing lagree here before my pregnancy and also during and it’s been amazing. It’s super close to home and the instructors are super friendly, I especially enjoy Rochelle & Kiana’s classes. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great workout!

I love all the instructors I have had at LFBA. Particularly, Lauren from Fremont is one of the best. She is always very patient and friendly, and in the mean time, she knows how to motivate you and push you a little further every time. When taking her class, I can feel that she genuinely believes in us and wants us to do better and become stronger. I like instructors who cares about the progress of her students. Don't underestimate the power of a pilates workout. Richelle is the best (and has an amazing playlist) and really motivates you to keep going throughout the entire 40 minute session. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Love the place! It's in a convenient location in central Fremont, is clean, has a bathroom and changing rooms, and is a comfortable studio. I've gone here about 5-6 times now, and I've taken classes with 3 different instructors (Jeanette, Lauren, and Richelle). I've really liked the high-intensity of the workouts. Definitely recommend this place!

Love that there is finally a lagree spot in fremont! Not only is the space beautiful and clean, but these classes are so much fun and challenging! The instructors are awesome. I've been consistently going since the summer and I've seen such a difference in my body and its feels amazing to complete a class! The location has lots of parking, too. I love this location more than the SJ one just because the reformers are spaced out more and there are more mirrors.

I took my first free lagree class 11/23 and really enjoyed the challenge so I bought the 10 pack Black Friday deal to try it out. I’m about half way through my 10 pack and every workout has been challenging but I feel so accomplished afterwards. I like that every workout is different but I still get to work out my full body in just 40 minutes. I’ve become a fan of lagree because of LFBA instructors!

I’ve loved all the instructors and classes thus far. I am on class 6 of my intro month (after that first free class) and deliberately picked classes with different instructors and styles to try them all out. I am not totally familiar with lagree but am with gym/yoga/OTF, so that made it a little easier mentally. The lingo takes a while to catch up to, but there’s a lot of seasoned ladies in class if you need to do a quick glance on pose. Every class has resulted in sweating within the first 5 minutes. I thought- what?! Only 40 min classes? But holy cow am I so thankful it’s only 40 when I’m in it. And I feel it for the next 2 days. I haven’t tried everyone yet, but Lauren L. And Richelle M. Have the best energy, combo moves, and sweet yet hardness to keep me motivated and are great for shy beginners. Lauren’s Flex class is wonderful!! Though classes may be titled fundamentals/ beginners, or signature, I think the instructors tailor to the audience. Parking is easy. I’ve only been to 1 full class but my availability is typically off hours. Because the studio is so small, booking can be a pain as i feel like im always on a waitlist, so that means constant checking to see if I made it off yet. However if I were committing to this for a few months (which I think I plan to do) I would book out as far as I can with my normal slots.

Got recommended by a colleague and I just started at LFBA in Fremont and I'm loving it. Never did Pilates or Lagree before, but this place is awesome for beginners. Classes are small, max 7 people, so you get a lot of attention from the instructor. Plus, it's super clean and not crowded. Great vibe, highly recommend!
