I just being in few defense class with Kambi and I fell so much confidence and secure now, she is very lovely, patient and knowledgeable. I’m so happy to have the opportunity to have this in town. My baby is also welcome with smiles all the time and that’s a big help. 5 stars to Kambi, to the gym and an extra one to Holly. ❤️✨ This are seeds to have a better world ❤️🩹

I’ve been seeing Holly as a personal trainer since August 2025 and her classes and expertise are phenomenal. Holly designs strength, balance, and flexibility exercises for me and I already feel a difference! I also love seeing Allison for Pilates. Their deep knowledge and passion for health is incredible and I’m grateful I’ve found them.

This studio has a sweet, intimate vibe with small classes and incredibly kind instructors. I've taken multiple Pilates (with my sister, Allison) and strength classes here and always leave feeling accomplished. It's a safe, welcoming space, conveniently located and fairly priced.

Liberty fitness is great. I have a physical job and was having some trouble with chronic aches and pains. I started taking mat classes here because they were financially accessible, fit with my work schedule, and came highly recommended.
Over the course of a year I have experienced a night and day difference in my overall lived experience of health and wellbeing. Very grateful. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Liberty Fitnness is a hidden gem! My boyfriend and I attend Allison's pilates mat class 2x a week.
Allison's class is a mix of low-impact bodyweight exercises and classical pilates mat exercises. Lots of core work, stretching, hip, knee, and shoulder mobility exercises, with plenty of modifications for all skill levels and all ages.
No reformer, no experience required, and no need to bring your own props or mat--they have everything!
All classes are $10 each! Come join us!

My husband and I have been seeing Holly and Walker since January 2024. It's about time to write them a review! We love their personal style and emphasis on functional fitness modalities. We train privately together and also in classes and we look forward to each session. We have made great gains in strength and muscle mass and hope to keep going here for the rest of our lives. If you are looking for a private and personal gym, this is your best fit. They also have a great pilates instructor, Allison, who is also a physical therapist.

My wife and I go to Liberty Fitness multiple times a week for their power lifting class, pilates class, and personal training. The owners and instructors are knowledgeable and inspiring! They're also locals. It's a great gym!
