I had heard about Pilates and always wondered if it would be a good option for me. Pete is a great instructor and I have fun during Workouts so I keep coming back. I've noticed a big difference in my balance, mobility and stength.I highly recommend Pilates and especially Pete as a trainer.

I have done Pilates with a dvd, on and off for years. Going to Pete was a game changer for sure. He is so knowledgeable and just a great guy. He explains the art of Pilates so well and makes the session fun. Even if I donβt feel like going, when the session is over I am so very glad I did and truly feel better .

I started pilates w Pete last year to get in better shape for a cruise. Still going a year plus and love it. My weekly session is a must. Pete is a gentle teacher who lets you decide how hard or light you go. He is more interested in correct posture/position than doing lots of reps. If an exercise is too uncomfortable he stops you and changes the exercise so you don't hurt. I highly recommend Pete. It's so worth it and it's so exciting/rewarding to see results. Exercises you couldn't do well in the beginning is now easy and enjoyable,then he adds a new twist to the exercise to make it a bit more difficult π. I love that it is a one on one session and not a class so you can go at your own pace. Very affordable too especially since it's a one on one session. If you are looking for a results oriented exercise that doesn't kill your body,then Pete and pilates is for you.

I was new to Pilates and wanted to build strength as Iβm aging. Working with Pete has been amazing! His extensive knowledge and ability to adapt the practice to my specific needs is exactly what I needed. Plus he has a great sense of humor! He makes it casual and fun in a no pressure environment. I go twice a week and have seen so much progress!

Pete is such a knowledgeable instructor and he is really great at giving verbal cues and also adapting the workout to tailor to my specific needs. He immediately observed areas that are are troublesome to me , like my tight hamstrings, and he was able to coach me in a full body workout while giving special attention to my individual needs. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend

Pete is an amazing trainer! He has clearly immersed himself in the practice and has an expansive knowledge base around Pilates. He is patient and kind and helped me to expand my practice and get a good workout. If youβre looking to try out Pilates, Pete is the perfect person to learn from.
