I am a member at Lifetime Folsom, and this review is for both the Folsom and Roseville locations.

For the last month, the sauna at Folsom has been unavailable. I use the sauna daily, and it is one of the primary reasons I maintain my membership. In my opinion, Lifetime offers the best saunas in the area, which is why this ongoing closure is especially frustrating.

When one of two nearby clubs removes a key amenity that members are actively paying for, those members should be allowed to utilize the same amenity at the other location until service is restored. Or given some money back, either one.

I am paying a premium membership rate, and I expect the services included in that membership to be consistently available. If they are not, there should be some form of adjustment or accommodation until members are receiving everything they were promised.

On top of that, the “upgrade” policy that was explained to me today—specifically, the fact that members are no longer allowed to use other facilities as they previously could—adds another layer of disappointment. If I am not permitted to use the other local club, then the services I am paying for at my home club should either be fully operational or temporarily provided at an alternative location without additional barriers or cost.

At this price point, anything less feels unacceptable.

I explained this all to a woman at the front desk this morning. And after some serious convincing, I was granted a one-day use of the palace. But her sympathy didn't stretch beyond that as she said, "Next time, you're upgrading."

I love lifetime, I have been a member with them since 2022, but this location has been dropping in quality of customer services unfortunately, I have the highest level of membership I pay 330$ a month for just me and that’s totally fine, but I expect good customer service with that price correct? I hope someone who cares look at this review and make some changes, the person I’m writing the review because is called Nicole she is at the front desk, she was very rude not accommodating at all and didn’t even try and hide it with a smile, it was a very Disappointing experience, I hope they make some changes because as I said I do love lifetime.

I’ve been a Lifetime member for seven years. In the past, the front desk staff always offered a warm and friendly greeting, which made the club feel welcoming. Recently, however, that has changed. Now, they simply ask members to scan their cards without even acknowledging us. More and more associates show no greeting, no respect, and not even a smile. Unfortunately, the club no longer feels like the friendly and kind place it once was.

BEWARE! HORRIBLE experience lately.This place no longer feels welcoming and somewhere I want to work out. They have dishonest policies like telling you you can put family members on hold and it will be simple to put them back and then charging 4 times the price to be put back on. So disappointed and frustrated and their staff don’t do anything to help you. I’ve had multiple managers and staff tell me they will call me when there were service issues and nobody ever does. They don’t even care if you quit or not- THINK hard before joining.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the exceedingly difficult and unprofessional check-in experience I endured at the Lifetime Roseville location. My visit as a guest with my sister, a loyal member, was completely derailed by an employee named Alec, whose uncooperative attitude and rigid adherence to an unnecessary process created a deeply negative impression.
Alec insisted that I download the Lifetime app and provide highly sensitive personal information, including a scan of my driver's license, to be granted entry. When I expressed my legitimate concern with this requirement, he casually admitted that he had the ability to check me in without the app but refused to do so. This act of deliberate obstruction, forcing an inconvenient and privacy-invasive procedure on a guest, is completely unacceptable and frankly, disrespectful.
This is not the level of service one would expect from an establishment that prides itself on being "high-end." My experience exposes a stark contradiction between your brand's reputation and the reality of its operations. The check-in process, which should be a seamless and welcoming step, was instead turned into a frustrating hurdle by a single unhelpful employee.
As a direct result of this experience, I have advised my sister to cancel her membership. I am writing this to help your brand by making you aware of this issue. I believe it is important for potential customers to know about the quality of service they can expect. I will be sure to share this account of your subpar service with my network, ensuring others are aware of the discrepancy between your reputation and the actual guest experience. I expect that you will take immediate action to address this issue with your staff, as this kind of behavior is damaging to your brand's integrity.

I have been very pleased with professionalism of my personal trainer Victoria Pham. She is truly a very kind, caring person, she has compassion and enthusiasm. Her positive attitude and encouragement was always appreciated and motivated me to continue working towards my goal. Working with my trainer, Jack McClain, has been nothing short of transformative and life changing. I’ve been a member of the club since it opened in 2015, dabbling in almost every offering, from fitness classes to yoga, swimming, and tennis. After a health crisis in 2023, I decided to step outside my comfort zone and hire a personal trainer at Lifetime. As someone who has struggled with diet and fitness most of his life, this was a huge step for me, and as a result, everything in my life has changed for the better. Jack has been a positive advocate, teaching me better habits physically and mentally, as well as proper form and technique using the tools in the gym. He continues to prove that he is invested in my success and makes me feel like he’s a true partner. Jack has customized a complete workout and nutrition plan for me that takes all the thinking out of healthier living. All I need to do is show up and follow his plan that he custom built for me. We workout together once a week and he’s there for me any other time during the week if I need his help. The results have been awesome. As a 53 year old man, after 18 months working with Jack, I am in the best shape of my life. I have lost 30 pounds, gained muscles I never believed I was capable of gaining, and am stronger and feel more capable than I was in my 20’s, 30’s and 40’s. I am more comfortable in my own skin than I’ve ever been in my life. None of this happens without my relationship with Lifetime Roseville personal trainer, Jack McClain. I’m eternally grateful.

I really love Lifetime here in Roseville, especially the Kids Academy—it’s been a great experience for our family for years. One of our favorite things is the Parents’ Night Out on Saturdays. We can drop off both of our kids from 5 to 8 PM, and they take care of everything: pizza, fun, and games. I am a family man, business man, and a Christian man and believe me when I tell you from personal experience; Lifetime is all about corporate greed and does not care about its customers OR employees.

I have been a member of Lifetime Gym since 2023. I recently started working with one of their personal trainers, whom I wanted to work with specifically because of his physique and personal experience body building.

A few weeks ago my personal trainer sent me a text telling me he had a last minute appointment with his GM, Rob and his boss Nick and to go ahead and warm up and stretch and he’d be on the floor around 3:10. At 3:20 I text him and ask if he’s on his way, by 3:30 I sent him a text asking to just reschedule, and he let me know he was just fired.

At 3:47, I get a text from a Brandon at Lifetime stating my trainer has decided to move on from lifetime, acting like it was his decision. Literally the same hour that they fired him they had another sales person reaching out to me. It’s important to note: I pre-paid $3000 with my personal trainer, at this point they owe me for 18 sessions. (They say I only have 14 sessions, because I pre paid under the guise that it was a “Buy 4 get 1 session free” promotion, which they told me they knew nothing about and couldn’t honor) So I decline the invite to switch trainers and tell him I would like a refund of the money I pre-paid, because I will be continuing my training with my same trainer where ever he moves to. Via TEXT, this guy informs me that I will not be getting a refund.

The next week I attempt to get a hold of a manager, but I’m told Nick the personal training manager is on Vacation.

When he gets back, he tells me that in the FINE PRINT, I paid to train with LIFETIME NOT MY PERSONAL TRAINER? He also throws in my face that litigation wouldn’t be a route I could choose because I signed an arbitration agreement. He says that they can’t give me my money back, BUT if I were to follow through with the 14 sessions I had left, and I wasn’t satisfied, they would give me a full refund. I said if you really wanted to act in good faith, you would refund me my money, and give me a session with a personal trainer and if I liked him or her I would purchase more sessions. They said they couldn’t do that. So their only route for me to get a refund would be to screw over a trainer and have them train me 14 times just to ask for a refund so they don’t get paid on it?? Sounds equivalent to using your employees as a literal human shield.

After hours of my time wasted with emails and phone calls I finally get connected to Van and tell her all of this last night. She is some type of assistant manager at lifetime.. And she actually verbally agreed with me, and so did the manager Nick, that when people pre-pay they are pre-paying under the assumption that it will be with that trainer, and they spend that money to specifically be trained by that person. She tells me she will have Rob call me by EOD, then sent an email stating she didn’t get to speak with him before he left for the day.

I called in today to speak with Rob and left a message, Van called me back. So Rob the GM doesn’t even have time for me yet they want to just steal thousands of dollars from me?? She let me know that they will not be issuing a refund.

So if you want to go somewhere that treats their employees as disposable, will fire your personal trainer without letting you know and will let you sit at the gym for an hour wondering what’s going on, a gym that will literally steal thousands of dollars from you on a technicality when the opportunity presents itself then remind you of the fine print that you signed that allows them to do so… Then this is the gym for you. FYI Villa sports in Roseville is about half the price, has all of the amenities that lifetime does and others that it does not, such as red light therapy. Save yourself the headache and go there, this place does not care about it’s employees or it’s customers.

Hello,

About a week ago, I visited Lifetime Fitness with a guest pass. It took a lot of mental and physical effort for me to finally get there and start my workout. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

My friend, who had invited me, was in the sauna and couldn’t answer his phone to come meet me at the front desk. I kindly asked the front desk associate if she could call him or help in any way, but she was extremely rude and dismissive. Her attitude was cold and unprofessional, and she made absolutely no effort to assist me. She completely killed my motivation and desire to work out at that gym.

There was another blonde associate sitting to her left who seemed much more polite and friendly, but the young woman I dealt with had no manners, no basic customer service skills, and frankly should not be working in a place like that. I even overheard other members sharing similar complaints about her behavior.

Later, someone from the management called me and invited me to come in for a complimentary session on Monday. I appreciated that gesture and called to reschedule it, only to be told that no appointment had been made and nothing was in their system. This level of disorganization and carelessness from the staff and management is unacceptable.

I would never recommend anyone to trust this kind of management. I rate this gym a strong one out of ten. If you are someone who values quality service and a positive atmosphere, I highly suggest you consider switching to a different gym

An excellent gym. Everything is always clean; I never see dust bunnies or bandaids in the pool or towels in the locker room. They are ON it. The classes are great and I love all the amenities. The one thing that brings the star rating down is that getting a workout in on the weight floor after work or mid morning is tough. I can’t come with a plan bc there is always a wait for machines and benches. There’s loads of cardio machines always open though. Either way - definitely recommend.

I am writing this after multiple failed attempts to remedy the issues I have faced with this club. I first came to this club on August 24th and asked them to upgrade my membership to make me a member of this club. That request was ignored for well over a month. During this time I was stopped when I entered the club and forced to explain that I was not visiting and that this club was now meant to be my home club. Every time they stopped me they assured me that they had left a note on my account and that management would change my home club to this one.

Fast forward to now and I have been trying to get in touch with someone from membership services. I was referred to Van Parkhurst. Van assured me that they would follow up, upon their return to office on 12/4. After 2 follow up emails and almost a week later I have not been followed up with from Van.

Now, Mila Litvinova reached out to me to inform me that the concierge not following through on my request to change the Roseville club to my home club was then “accommodating my access” for longer than it should have been. They didn’t accommodate me, they harassed me every time I entered.

Avoid this club at all costs, all other Lifetime clubs have been great to me!

I’ve had the gratification to have Roy as my personal trainer. Finally !!!! , the sauna after almost one year in super poor condition has been replaced!
( I wonder if I can get a refund for previous time spent in such a disgusting filthy environment)

Best gym. Cleanly environment, tons of variety when it comes to classes, fun instructors and wonderful outdoor pool/hot tub with slides. It does get busy during peak hours, but that’s just because it’s a great gym! Worth the money every month. Sauna and steam room are great. Towels are brand new as well. Large yoga and barre studio as well. Cycling studio could use some revamping, but it can accommodate a large group. Tennis and pickleball courts are top notch!

I joined Roseville Life Time and in order to understand how to develop an effective workout schedule for a person out of shape I signed up for a personal trainer. Cedric is an outstanding trainer. He is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and so patient. He is also just a great person, so easy to talk to about a variety of things. He knows just the right amount to push you so you challenge yourself and yet I never left a session in which I was sore the next day. He knew how to adapt the exercises when needed and was very articulate and skilled at breaking down the workouts. I had never lifted weights before and within two months he had me doing deadweights. On one machine I have moved from a weight of 15 pounds to 160 pounds within three months of training. I never believed I could progress as fast as I have. I am moving like I am 15 years younger and so much stronger on daily activities. This is due to Cedric’s expertise and coaching skills. I encourage anyone thinking about training to contact Cedric, my only regret was that I didn’t start sooner.

I have been training with Shannon M. since joining Life Time in November 2023 and I couldn’t be happier with the results I’ve achieved in a little over 3 months. I had experienced unhealthy weight loss due to some life stress and my weight had dropped to the 130s lbs. range as a 5’10” 37/m. I began training with Shannon initially with the aim of restoring healthy weight and rebuilding foundational strength. From the beginning goalsetting phase at our first meeting, she really took the time to understand my objectives and develop a roadmap tailored to me. Not only does Shannon bring great knowledge of fitness programming and exercise biomechanics, she brings a holistic approach to personal wellness with thoughtful feedback on topics like nutrition, recovery, stress relief, etc.

Having now recovered to a healthy weight in the low 150s lbs with a bodyfat percentage of 14%, I am now working toward building further strength gains. My programming continues to evolve with new goals and I can already see the gains. Shannon continues to push me to reach a new fitness level in an achievable way, understanding my present level of fitness and building upon it in a way that is challenging but not overwhelming. lifetime is amazing! Great children's programs and great classes for adults. Staff clearly loves their jobs. And the instructors are super knowledgeable. The cafe is not the best but it's loaded with people/families in the evening so it's clearly a great option when you're pressed for time. The spa is amazing. A little less booked than other spas locally so if you're hurting you can get in fast. Join if you are on the fence. Bottom line - It's worth it.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The pool area feels like a resort, my daughter loves the kids camp and when the actual gym is open, they have all the top notch equipment and a variety of classes. They are also very accommodating when it comes to your membership, they have a provision to be able to put your membership on hold which is very helpful in these uncertain times.

First time here. I really was impressed with all the different things and equipment. It was very clean. Definitely on the expensive side but worth it to me. They have a really nice outside pool with waterside. We did a birthday party at a cabana there. They brought us drinks hooked the kids up at the snack bar and were in general very helpful. Lifetime doesn’t seem to value their neighbors at all! Guess it’s all about making the $$. Today, July 22, 2023, they are having an event and blasting their music so loud the bass is in my apartment…with all windows closed. I am in the middle of Silver Ridge senior apartment…two buildings away from the gym. I spoke to two personnel, one being Emma, asking to turn it down. Called the police two times for noise complaint. Understand it may not be a priority, but the police dept must have phones to call the gym?? Too easy I guess. Maybe getting signatures from other tenants will get something done? We’re ‘little’ people in the scheme of big businesses but still.

REVIEW UPDATE 12/18/21 Service improved significantly, they are opened later and the drill instructor no longer works the mens locker room. It felt like a high school boys locker. Drill Sargent/coach running around and yelling at the top of his lungs that the gym is closed implying to everyone to get out. Well he is no longer there. It’s been very nice they are even opened till midnight now. Very happy with all improvements and staff is much more polite and courteous.

Meh... Customer service sucks, snooty staff who are interested in satisfying their egos. Things are not done here that are in the best interest of the customer.

This place cheated my family. They told us we can put 2 members on hold while main account holder is on and add them back anytime no problem. Come to find out when trying to add them on they wouldn’t honor the original price and charged 400% more because the current prices increased. Insanity. I live next door. Today car alarm all afternoon. I mean all. I'm a senior citizen. Couldn't put tv loud enough to drown it. Don't want loud TV. Finally call them. Allison answers. No help; transfers to recorded line. They have no time or training to deal with this. Its their parking lot. I'm supposed to have left message for the general manager. I ask for call back. Not holding my breath. Someone has to walk outside front of club to detect the alarm. Announce overhead to notify people. Its ok to say it has been all afternoon. This is not first thing. There have been squeeling tires. Racing engines. Loud talk in spa.They had nerve ask me to watch to tell them. No. Get a monitor and take care your own parking lot. Sits in between 2 senior living facilities; a church.
It only takes one extreme noise to ruin a day. We were here first.

Never in my life has anybody in customer service been so rude and disrespectful. I have had two terrible experiences interacting with her now and decided I should inform this establishment of the terrible experience Jennifer is creating for your members. I had forgotten my Card in my car, and told her that I did not have it on me. Her face seemed extremely agitated and gave me extreme attitude saying where is my card and why don’t I have it. I gave her my first and last name in which she questioned by home address and was being extremely rude. I didn’t say anything and left. My friend Also told me that she treated her very unprofessional and rude. When we walked out the gym she yelled at us to not come without our cards as we were walking out the doors. I am a 69-year-old male in pretty good shape with some lower back issues due to misaligned vertebrae. This caused sporadic pain, depending on what activity I was doing. I wanted to do some personal training to help strengthen my back as well as increase my balance and posture. I decided to work with Coach Tamara (Tami) Houston-Maldonado for three months to develop an exercise routine. She specifically targeted the smaller muscles that would help me achieve my goals. Hopefully the corporate side of the business starts to notice the downward spiral of reviews. I was a member for 4 years and big advocate for both the Folsom and Roseville locations. The gyms, have been trending down with upset employees and trainers that are over worked and under appreciated. I had the pleasure of being there one day when an employee got on the intercom to express grievances, it was exciting to see management run around trying to find the person before more skeletons were revealed. As for me, I had a simple request to pause my account for 30 days to heal up an injury. I was told I could with a signed doctors note. That would be fine but doctors don't mail out signed notes and I was not going to make another appointment with the surgeon to retrieve one in person. This is the blanket policy of Lifetime and no sensibility was used in making an exception at the corporate level or at Folsom. The corporate person I was dealing with over email ghosted when I asked to cancel and the person on chat was encouraging my cancellation because they have their policies. This was the final straw for me after my second rate hike and continued post covid issues. For 4 years straight I raved about this gym to my friends, on social media and even on my business blog. Now because of their greed, mistreatment of employees, "Policies" and rate hikes to existing clients, I'm out!! Let's not forget there is a 30 day delay in processing a cancellation.... Sure, signing up takes 10 minutes to take your money, cancelling takes 30 days. KYC Lifetime, you are charging a lot for your gym, treat your customers and employees like you value them.

I am a member of an east coast Life Time and was in Sacramento and visited the Roseville facility. Had a wonderful initial experience when I walked in and was greeted by Carter. Big smile, proactively friendly. He checked me in and, surprisingly, gave me a quick personal tour. I was really impressed with the unexpectedly favorable experience. The equipment (Octane and Hoist) was all newer than in my gym. A very impressive facility and a very positive all-around experience.

The club it’s left is wonderful. Nice amenities and classes. However do not trust the pricing. It’s a continual bait and switch. I took a break for school and they said it I paid a monthly hold fee, it would lock in my membership rate. However, when I deactivated they said my old membership type was no longer available and increased it. Then when I added my son, they increased again without telling me. Same when I removed him.

I love Lifetime, it is my daily self-care escape from the busy rat race of life; being a mom of two energetic kids and working, it is my one non-negotiable extracurriculars. Not only is KidsAcademy LOVED by my children, but having the ability to drop them off to a place where the teachers are awesome, they have made great friends and I get me time to do my workout, recovery, swim, sauna and/or spa is worth every penny.

The personal trainers (PT) are top notch and classes are challenging and life changing. I have been working with Clarke Brodnicki as a personal trainer for a few months now and he is not only a great coach and trainer he is highly intelligent about the pathophysiology of the body, nutrition and body mechanics. Every workout with him I not only leave feeling challenged and stronger, I have also gained more knowledge about movements, nutrition and the science behind how our body functions and why physical activity is so important. Clarke is so great at learning you as a person and what your goals are so that he can tailor everything to exactly what you need. He is easy to reach via text or at the gym, you will not be disappointed using Clarke as your PT. Zarah Finn is an amazing coach, she is bubbly, energetic and absolutely loves what she does. Her classes are definitely a sweat session, but it is so fun doing challenging yourself with her encouragement and positive attitude. I have become more self aware of my body mechanics and movements as well as muscle focus from working with both Zarah and Clarke.

This place is getting long in the tooth. My wife and I have been members of Lifetime since 2007, in Georgia and now here in Roseville. They just raised prices another $30/month and I have heard that another increase is coming in the months ahead. Paying $250/mo for two people is ridiculous. The equipment is weathered and dated and we don't use the bulk of the stated amenities. On top of that, if you want to use GBX classes you are shook down for even more money. The trainers are egregiously expensive and not particularly skilled. Staff turnover is constant; not unexpected since they pay poverty wages. Now they take advantage of these inflationary times to raise prices? Why? Allegedly because of increasing costs. Huh? We are looking at other options in Roseville and will be leaving soon.

Everything is excellent and well-maintained. Staff, coaches and personal trainers are great. Love the pool. Love the hot yoga. Love that there are early morning classes.

Only downfall I've seen is the kids meals at the cafe are a sad for the price. The cheese pizza meal isn't even a full slice and they served it with a fully green banana. Maybe bad luck? Wasn't motivated to try again. Haven't tried the salon or other services yet. One month in, we go daily. I sometimes go twice a day to take my son to the pool.

Clarke has been extremely helpful in motivating, encouraging, and guiding me towards a healthy life.

We have trained together for several months now, typically training together twice a week. Additionally, I am doing workouts prepared by Clarke when we are not training together. Clarke keeps in communication with me throughout the week guiding me on my nutrition goals and revising goals based on how my body is responding.

With Clarke’s guidance, I have gone from 173.6 lbs on (06/10/22) to 181.6 lbs (08/03/22) while maintaining bodyfat percentage of around 18-19%. My lean body mass has gone from 139.05lbs to 146.37lbs.

I can't say enough about how much change his guidance has helped me. My confidence has soared and I have gone from zero energy and motivation to training for my first bodybuilding physique competition. My goals in working with Clarke have progressed from wanting to build the Zac Efron 'Baywatch' body before my first child is born in November to now training for a bodybuilding physique competition. Life time used to be a fun exciting place to go workout it was clean and perfect but everything has gone downhill now. The place is dirty women's bathroom the locker rooms (not to mention people stealing), stained towels. The gym is always busy which is ok if the machines were working but they are always “broken” somehow. Also speaking of broken they have broken mirrors all the time which takes mooooonths to get it fixed so basically going there feels like going to crunch but just paying 5 times more. They can’t keep their staff for life of theirs so it only shows more about them all their good instructors leave constantly. The management is rude. It’s truly sad to see how bad this gym has gotten…

We rejoined lifetime a week ago to swim for the summer with our small children. We used to be members in the past and had a great experience. This time has been Very different.
The family locker room has been filthy. The family shower had trash cans filled to the brim with dirty diapers, dirty towels on the floor, and urine on the toilets. This resulted in the overall locker room having a terrible odor. It smelled of dirty diapers. The showers smelled like urine. I am very disappointed and disgusted. I informed the front desk I do hope they schedule more frequent cleanings of the family locker room as it is a high-traffic area. Sanitizing and disinfecting this locker room should be a top priority. Families with small children should have a clean and SANITARY place to shower and change.

I love the gym but kids care are terrible.
I'm mom of 3 kids and our family joined this gym specifically because of their beautiful description of kids club. We are paying 450$ per month , I think it's huge amount of money for gym. But when I drop kids there they are never taking kids to classes which I reserved for them and often understaffed, and most people who work there doesn't care about kids at all. So can't recommend it for families with kids

Took a tour to see if this was the right place for our family of 4 to get a membership as we have two young children so we wanted to get a good idea if it would work for all of us before committing. When we came in for a guest pass we were greeted rudely at the front desk when the girl working realized we were not yet members.. She then found the person that had originally helped us who was very kind and accommodating and all went well. The facility is very nice and clean, we enjoyed the class we took, and the family locker room was convenient. Drop off for our toddler went well, and she seemed to have fun in an art class while she was there. Unfortunately nobody ever called us to follow up on our visit to see how our experience went. Ultimately we felt like outsiders during the process.. They also recently added on to the membership an additional fee for outdoor pool use which kind of seemed off to us as well since the price for a family of 4 should come with full access to the club.

Well, I'm their neighbor; its lovely looking place. But the parking lot is too often too noisy. No clue of Seniors living both sides. Racing engines, squealing tires, alarms going off, dog barks left in back of truck. Sounds from hot tub after 10pm. I have gone in to ask for consideration in park lot; emailed. They wanted me to get license numbers, describe cars. Not my job. Recent email ask again; if they can consider sound barriers. No reply. Will contact owner. Noise can be anytime till after midnight.

Visiting from out of town and while Lifetime has typically had very nice facilities and amenities and this location is no exception. What prompted this review was the front desk staff member Lorenzo and child care representative Emily were what made this visit memorable. In a busy environment, it always speaks volumes when someone commits to ensuring your visit is a great one.

I have been going to Lifetime since May of 2021 and I cannot say enough positive things about my personal trainer, Sophia Adaza. I have been training three times a week with her for the last 10 months, and have lost an incredible amount of weight and have built strength while doing so. She is extremely knowledgeable and has taken great care when I first got started, to help build strength and stability in my ankle due to an old ankle injury. I am amazed at the amount of range of motion I have been able to get back. She is consistent, always prepared, and is great at keeping my workouts interesting. I have become so much more confident since working with her and I look forward to her continued guidance during my health journey!

Exceptional experience here overall. Their friendly and professional staff keep the entire gym very clean. Literally, they're always cleaning! We love their kids program and so does our little one. I've been to quite a few gyms over the years and this one is the most family friendly by far!

I absolutely love Lifetime Athletic Gym in Roseville. My late evening workouts have become an important ritual. The night staff, Logan, Hope and the rest of the team have made me feel so at home and well taken care of. My hope is that management will appreciate and understand their value as much as I have.

Can’t say enough good things about Life Time! From the moment you walk in your greeted with warm smiles and that attitude carries on to every class I’ve had the pleasure of taking. Tyler N and his alpha strength class are like no other! And he’s always willing to take the time to help and he’ll push you to your limits. Katherine G in GTX is amazing and will always ensure you’ve got the right form! Diane T in XTREME takes a personal interest, and she’s super sweet and a force to be reckoned with! Zarah’s personality just transfers over to all of her classes, so they’re fun and full of energy! Tiffany F is goals and she’ll give you a good beating in ringside, and that’s okay as long as I can have sculpted arms like her after! And Marley and her words of encouragement during warrior sculpt and edge flex classes are two others I love when they fit into my schedule. Lastly, Alissa is so personable and sweet and handles all member related questions and concerns with such care 💕 💪🏽
