I played a play off tennis match and was so impressed with the girls in the office -amazing customer service from Torrey and Sierra. Also the manager went out of her way to make sure I had a practice court! Great people! Impressive!

The drills are good and a good chance to play different people. My only concern is that the matches get rushed after warmups. Heather farms attract alot good players

I ran into Tiara by chance when I was dropping off my racket for restringing and I am so glad I did. The stringing was done with care, and the tension was spot on. If you are particular about string tensions, I would highly recommend asking for her by name. Thank you doing an excellent job.

As someone who's been in the tennis community for years, this is THE most poorly-managed club I've ever encountered. Their admin is a complete mess — it's a nightmare to schedule courts, the club gets preferential treatment over non-club members in every way, and the staff ignores requests at best and are extremely condescending and rude at worst.

Other reviewers here have mentioned this, and I want to reiterate: they are predatory, unprofessional, and have zero interest in helping the larger tennis community. They only care about lining their own pockets and protecting their privilege. The club has completely taken over the public courts in the area, booking USTA matches and practices at their whims and kicking people off the courts who can't or don't want to join the club.

Many regulars, myself included, have complained to the manager David about their private organization encroaching on public facilities. But with how horribly things are run at Heather Farms, it's no surprise their solution is to ignore the problem and hope it goes away. Don't give these people your money. There are other tennis clubs who actually care about the sport and the community at large.

Today I played my first double-match here. I enjoyed it, thank you, everyone, for organizing this. This is my new gateway place for Mondays

Lack of sanitary conditions…OSHA urgently needs to come in here and check all operating logs for cold plunge and hot tub…. Infection control is not being implemented. Unfortunately, Ants are all over. Wanted to love this place…. Bummer .

ABSOLUTELY love our new gym!!

I have been waiting for this place to open for a while, particularly as they have lots of kids, activities and sports to keep the little ones busy while I get my workout in.

The sauna and spa is a perfect way to end a hard workout. The classes are AWESOME and the instructors are very much invested in your success.

Large indoor basketball hoop is also state of the art and my kids love playing here after their classes.

It is a bit pricey of a gym however, I think for all the perks you get and how great the new facility is it’s definitely worth it.

In addition, if you are signature, remember if you had access to lifetime fitness all over North America (including Canada) which is helpful seeing that we travel so much.

Awful experience with their kids tennis lessons. The teachers spend more time talking to each other and fooling around than teaching the kids. They cancel classes at short notice and don’t refund. You’re better off taking your kid to a court by yourself.

The management is extremely condescending; I had a racquet restrung there, and a new staff member missed a cross. No problem. But when I told the management, he very rudely suggested that I was out of my right to ask for a new string job despite a misplaced cross string.

Lifetime Activities manages all public tennis courts in the Walnut Creek area, however they are extremely unprofessional and engage in predatory business practices. They restrict public tennis court access at high schools and parks to only weekends, and even then regularly keep these courts locked in an attempt to drive more traffic to their Heather Farm Park location where the courts are not free. I'm shocked that the city of Walnut Creek licenses its public courts to such a manipulative operation.

I have called their office multiple times when the courts were locked when they shouldn't have been on the weekend, and I was instructed to pay and play at Heather Farm Park instead. I requested to speak to the manager and was told I would receive a call back the following day, but David Resnick-Dunn never followed up. They also refused to give me a phone number so there was no way to get in touch with David, and they also refused to waive the cost to play at Heather Farm Park following their mistake.

Tennis courts should be accessible to all, and when a company like Lifetime Activities shows no interest in maintaining and making public courts available - even for a fraction of the week - they should not be allowed to manipulate and profit off taxpayer-funded facilities.

Coaching staff not knowledgeable, ownership very poor, a complete waist of time if you want to learn proper tennis! Many great coaches out there that can teach at a much higher level!

This business takes advantage of it's employees and customers. They have a poor refund policy and the staff is usually undertrained. Lifetime activities cares about one thing, and that one thing is separating you from your money. There are plenty of quality lessons in the bay area, don't choose this company.

It is REALLY hard to schedule a private lesson on the weekends. Tried the last two months. Haven't been able to get one. A pack of 6 private lessons will last forever ;0.
