This is a great gym! Everyone who works here or works out here is so kind, and there’s a great energy about this gym. Good equipment, clean space. Also, Priscilla is the best personal trainer! She is so knowledgeable, makes working out really fun, and is just incredible to work with to meet my fitness goals. Definitely give this place a go!

This is an amazing crossFit gym. After decades of going to a regular gym, decided to listen to my daughter and try Lifeworx. When i first saw the kinda of workouts, was rather intimidating. I guess Mary, the owner/founder, read that on my face and assigned Priscilla as my trainer!
I have had several trainers over the decades and Priscilla is easily one of the best trainers. She understands her clients, recognizes ability is able to continuously assess performance. Her workouts are extremely well designed and are progressively continuously challenging. Each and every work out is awesome!

Every time I am in town I drop in at Lifeworx. They are so friendly, awesome workouts, and great use of space. I am there a couple of times a year and every time they remember my name. It is definitely one of the best boxes I have visited.
