Lift Me Up Bungee Fitness hosted an event for Bay Area educators. It was our best monthly fitness meetup yet! This is such a fun workout! Everyone enjoyed this supportive introductory class and many plan on returning. Thanks for such a great experience!

I went to Lift Me Up Bungee for the first time yesterday with my best friend, and we had the BEST time! Tatiana was our coach and she was absolutely amazing. Her energy was contagious from the moment we walked in—so positive, fun, and encouraging.
Since it was our very first class, we had no idea what to expect. Tatiana walked us through everything step by step and made sure we felt completely comfortable. She cheered us on the entire time and made it easy to laugh at ourselves instead of feeling embarrassed (even though I probably looked like a four-year-old swinging around).
It ended up being such a blast—I had more fun than I ever expected, and left with the biggest smile. If you’re nervous to try it, don’t be! Between the upbeat atmosphere and Tatiana’s encouragement, you’ll feel right at home.
Highly recommend Lift Me Up Bungee for anyone looking for a fun workout and a confidence boost!

This is really fun, highly recommend. The weight limits are 90-300 pounds as an FYI—it's not listed anywhere on their site afaik. There's a mandatory intro to bungee fitness class that teaches the basics before joining any other classes.

I did an aerial silk restorative yoga class with Tanner and it was soooo relaxing and my body felt amazing after! The studio was very nice and Tanner was a lovely instructor!

This is my first time trying Bungee Fitness and I had a great workout without having to put too much pressure on my knees. Fruit, the instructor, has infused so much energy into the class by her enthusiasm for the workout!

This is a must class to try! The instructor Tatya (spelling?) for introduction bungee is amazing! We had 3 people in the class but the max is 6/7 depending on the level. You go at what you feel comfortable with and you just have a blast learning the exercises. Its all about trusting your equipment and just be daring! Would recommend doing the intro class a few times to get a feel for it.

I went with some of my friends to Lift Me Up and we had such a great time! None of us have ever done bungee fitness before, but Tatyana did a great job showing us what to do and making sure we were safe and having a good time! Definitely a fun workout class to do with friends.

THIS is my new FAVORITE WORKOUT and FUN TIME !!! Lift Me Up Bungee Fitness, conveniently located in the lovely Elmwood District of Berkeley, at Asbhy and College Ave. Tatyana is an AMAZING instructor.
There are classes for all levels. I am a beginner, an older woman, so may not progress into the really cool flying classes, but the beginner classes are also very fun. I used to ski race so I am fit for an older person, and this was a GREAT workout, even in the beginner classes. AND you also get an excellent stretch at the end of the class. You can tell Tatyana probably studied dance, is my guess. The advanced classes look VERY cool.
I saw a video of this new kind of workout and HAD to do it. So I will be a regular. And Tatyana gave us a little show of what flying is all about, which is what they do in the advanced classes. AMAZING! Highly recommended for all ages and abilities.

I learned about Lift Me Up through ClassPass. I wanted to try a new fitness routine, and thought bungee fitness looked fun. And boy was it! I got a good amount of cardio in while also flying around in the bungee harness. The workout is great as there's no hard impact on my joints. Tatyana is a great instructor, and really patient when teaching new routines and moves. If you're looking for a fun workout routine that's cardio intense and light impact on your joints, I'd highly recommend Lift Me Up Bungee Fitness!

I took the mandatory into class here and it was a blast! Tatiana brought such great energy and attention to every person and their body’s unique needs in the class. Everyone was all smiles. I thought the intro class might be boring, but I was engaged, bouncing, and worked up to sweat. So glad to have this in the neighborhood!

My daughter and I purchased classes at Lift Me Up Bungee Fitness last month, and we absolutely loved it! It's such a fun and unique way to get strength training and cardio in. Tatyana is an incredible instructor--she's full of energy, patient, funny, and so kind. She made us feel completely comfortable as beginners.
We started with the introduction class, and I'm excited to move on to Level 1. We had a gap between classes due to getting really sick, and the team was so sweet and accommodating, letting us use our remaining classes even tho they expired on Momence. A huge shoutout to MJ as well--I believe he's the manager--and he's just as amazing as Tatyana. They're both super friendly, welcoming, and make the experience feel like you're part of a family. It's clear that everyone loves coming here because they treat people so well!
The facility is clean and well-maintained, with spotless bathrooms. The only thing to note is that parking can be a bit limited, so I recommend arriving 15 minutes early to find parking and get fitted into the right harness for the class.
Thank you, Tatyana and MJ, for such a wonderful experience! I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to keep coming back!

I LOVE this class! It is the first exercise class I genuinely look forward to every time. Tatyana creates a workout that is both fun and challenging.
