Jayme is one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with! After the pandemic, I switched from in-person to training using “Lift with Jay” and was able to continue working towards my fitness goals with her. Jayme is highly experienced with a wealth of knowledge - using the app didn’t take away from any of her ability to teach and instruct. The programs were highly individualized and focused on my needs as a weekend warrior. Highly highly highly recommend!

I was very fortunate to connect with Jayme. She is an excellent coach with deep experience and patience. While I originally came to her for just some basic help with kettlebells a couple years ago, her instruction on the fundamentals of strength training - including gentle corrections where I needed it - and skilled programming led to continued improvements in strength and overall conditioning. Now I am training for a kettlebell certification.
Be careful: training with Jayme is kind of addicting!

I have worked with Jayme since 2019 when she was a coach at Epic Gym when she did my initial assessment. She is dedicated, enthusiastic, curious, sensitive, thoughtful, thorough, and serious about training. Jayme meets individuals where they are physically and challenges them to improve, because that’s what she does for herself. She is sensitive to any physical limitations her clients may have and comes up with work arounds. Jayme stays on top of best practices with trainings and certifications (I didn’t know there is a kettlebell certification). She has helped me reach fitness goals that I had never considered previously. Jayme’s workouts produce results.

When I first began training with Jayme, one of my main goals was to heal my diastasis recti (which we did!) and to strengthen my abs after three pregnancies. Jayme took the time to really work with me on technique and posture so that I could heal properly and reduce the risk of further damage. One of my favorite things about working with Jayme is that she understands that sustainable long-term progress in fitness is what will bring those long lasting results that we ultimately want.
