Lena has all of the great qualities of a successful personal trainer: supportive and empathetic with specialization in functional training; pay great attention to form and my ability; great communication and superb listening skills; she is both motivating and relatable. I am so glad to be able to learning and training with her. My goal is to stay strong and independent as I age. But I also see that she could also help me reach body building goal.. the choice is mine and Lena is the perfect coach to get me there!

This is the best boot camp I’ve been to.
You will not continue doing random reps unnoticed as you would in other places - Lena will fix your form and knows when it’s time to switch to heavier weights. She does it in a professional and kind manner.
Highly recommend (although I like that we’re a small bootcamp group so now everyone will know about it :-))

I have been working with Lena for the past 10 weeks and have seen tremendous improvement in both stamina and strength. At 69, and recovering from a heart procedure, I needed someone who could balance encouragement with caution. She has done exactly that. Firmly guiding me through recovery while ensuring safety at every step. She checks my heart rate and rhythm during sessions, corrects my form to protect my back and knees, and follows up with texts after challenging workouts to make sure I am stretching and feeling well.
Her sessions are highly engaging. The hour passes quickly because she keeps me focused and motivated. She tracks my progress carefully on her computer, reminding me of improvements to keep me pushing forward. Her private gym is spotless, well-equipped, and conveniently located near Stevens Creek and Winchester in Santa Clara.
She is excellent with one-on-one training, knows how to adapt for different ages and fitness levels, and has helped me regain strength and endurance I haven’t felt in years. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for safe, effective, and motivating personal training.

At the age of 36, I never thought I would be in the best shape of my life. I started my sessions with Lena about 9 months ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I could tell after the age of 30 it was so hard to lose weight. After 8 weeks of training with Lena I was a completely different person. I slept better, I ate healthier, I was so much happier. At our first session, she asked me what my goal was. It was to lose all the jiggle on my body that I had been trying so hard to lose. Now at 9 months I not only lost all my jiggle but was able to transform it into muscle. Iv never felt so strong in my life. I know I have her to thank.

Lena is the real deal! Her knowledge, support, and patience for someone just starting is unmatched. Providing one on one training has helped me focus on fundamentals, without being distracted by the normal noisy gym setting. Even on non session days she has checked in with me to make sure I’m on the right path to my goals. It’s great knowing someone has your back and wants to see you succeed.

Lena is an amazing instructor and has a great gym. Classes are really fun with an amazing atmosphere. There’s zero judgement and she’s more than happy to accommodate various levels of fitness. As someone who is just starting out and learning different types of strength training exercises she was more than happy to teach me and help me modify. Every class is different and works out your whole body. It’s impossible to get bored or not feel challenged. Lena is really invested in your growth as well and is encouraging!

Best workout ever! I kept hurting my lower back in group work out classes until I joined Lena's class and she helped share guidance on what I need to work on to avoid injury. Lena's all about perfecting our form while pushing us to grow stronger. I'm always pumped for class, knowing it's gonna be a killer (in the best way)!

I started working out with Lena in 2023 and love everything about the way she approaches fitness! I've seen clear and significant results in my strength and endurance. Lena prepares unique, tailored workouts and teaches you very patiently to ensure that your form is correct so that you do not hurt yourself! She checks in on you throughout and also proposes adjustments you need to get better results and growth. I also really love the feel of the gym space - it is very welcoming and not intimidating at all! I genuinely look forward to seeing other class attendees who always cheer each other on. Wonderfully decorated and great music playing during class. Convenient location with street parking and dedicated parking spaces in the back as well.

I first found this gym through Instagram. I was hesitant to join since I haven't worked out since 2020. But listen when I tell you this, you HAVE to join and try out Lifted Movements. I personally have been going since March 2023 and have continued going twice a week since then!
Lena is amazing ! She's supportive and creates a fun and welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels.

I myself am apart of the weekly group sessions and it is a blast!! Each class is different so I appreciate the variety and the level of detail Lena puts into planning her sessions. You will never get bored of her classes!

Lena pushes you, corrects your form if need be and gives alternative exercises if you're struggling.

In her gym, every one is supportive and welcoming!! It is really nice to be apart of a community like this! I highly recommend this place y'all!!!

I recommend it so much that I got my boyfriend and some of my close friends to come and join into the group classes! They love them too!

After turning 40, I decided to put down the little pink dumbbells and start trying to build real muscle by lifting heavy, but I had no idea where to begin! After doing some research online, I found Lena and reached out to her for a free consult! At the first appointment, she sat down with me and asked about my goals, my current workout routine, and any injuries that I had. Right alter the meet-and-greet, she gave me a tough but inspiring 30 min workout! I immediately signed up for her personal training sessions, and now 2 months later, I can honestly say that I am getting much stronger and starting to tone up! Lena is such a genuine, encouraging, and positive person and makes our 1 hour training sessions fly! She pushes you hard, but always checks to see if there is any pain during workouts and will adjust if need be. She also checks in with me during the week, and on the days I don't work out with her, she gives me workouts to do on my own. I can honestly say that not only have I found an amazing trainer, I have also found a friend! Thank you Lena for pushing me hard while also being my biggest cheerleader on my journey to health and fitness! You rock!!!!

Wow! I cannot say enough about Lena! It all started January of 2023 when I was looking for a personal trainer. I had consultations with various personal trainers in the area and there was always a concern I had. Some did not correct my form and others did not interact with me. First of all, I have back problems. She is always checking if my back is ok during each exercise. In the past I’ve had personal trainers that push me to the point that my back gives out. After our sessions, she checks how my back is doing and offers tools to help with my back problems. She always corrects your form. However, that does not mean age does not challenge you in ways that make you stronger. She pushes me to be my best! She also compliments me which motivates me even more. I actually want to do more! She is very sweet and social. It is never an awkward session. At times the conversations distract me from the intense exercises. She is genuinely interested in what is going on in your life at the moment. She is also very flexible with her schedule. Even when I am late, she makes sure to squeeze me in. She is the best!
