I am an avid horse back rider who needed a total hip replacement last year. I credit Dalton with the success of my surgery as he prepped me for it and rehabilitated me after. He knew exactly how to get me back on my horse. I am fitter and stronger than ever before and my riding has much improved.

I have exercised all my life but in the later years I have let some of it get away from me. When I met Dalton I was reminded of the importance of strength training. What I have been impressed with is Dalton's ability to structure each training session to the specific client's needs. Dalton Genuinely cares about his clients and is constantly checking in. Making sure I’m getting my lifts in and making sure I’m keeping myself accountable. I’m constantly reaching out asking questions and he is swift to answer. His personalized online workout plan is constantly changing depending on how I feel that week or what my schedule is like. And training in person he makes sure you to push you past what you think your capable of.
